I titled it Living Above Addiction, Depression, Disease, Lack, Tragedy, Failure, and Defeat. Because the Bible says, let me see Acts chapter 10, verse 38. Acts 10, 38. One of the big guys that's much stronger than me couldn't bring that pulpit down on the floor. It'd be fine with me. How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth. This is Peter summing up the ministry of Jesus. How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and power. I won't make you repeat things all night, but I will have you say a couple things. So there's something that separates the ministry of Jesus from Buddha and Hinduism and any other religion you want to name. Is everybody taught things. But Jesus, the Bible says, in fact, if you put it up there, if somebody's doing scriptures, Luke chapter 6, verse 17, that Jesus had a peculiar thing about his ministry that set him apart. Bible says, and he came down with them. So he's praying, then he came down in the company of his disciples, and a great multitude of people out of all Judah, Judea, and Jerusalem and from the seacoast of Tyre and Sidon who had come to hear him and be healed of their diseases. And we're saying be healed. So he carried power, not just to teach people how to be kind in a different way to live life, but when people came, if they were sick or they had children that were tormented by whatever, they would get healed. In fact, Luke was a medical doctor, and he writes about it maybe more than the other guys in the gospels because it stood out to him how powerful Jesus was. They came to hear him and be healed of their diseases. 18. And they that were vexed with unclean spirits, and they were healed. That word vexed is old English for tormented. So tormented is not just somebody that's demon-possessed. If you've ever had a family member that's a heroin addict or a severe alcoholic, they're tormented by that thing. In fact, a lot of times I've been in the ministry for 23 years. If you go up to somebody that's on drugs and say, you know, you really should get off drugs, it's not like they go, oh, really? They'll tell you, almost all of them will tell you, I've been trying to get off drugs. I've been to the methadone clinic, I've been to rehab eight times, I can't get off drugs. I feel this power come over me, and I can't get any relief from it until I have drugs or get drunk or whatever. That's a tormenting spirit. And they were all healed. 19. Everyone tried to touch him because healing power went out from him. So there's that Acts 10.38. There was a power that Jesus carried. The Bible says a woman with the issue of blood knew if I could just touch his robe, the bleeding inside of me will stop. Everybody tried to touch him, for there went virtue or you know, righteous power came out from him. No, you can put my scripture back up. They'll take my word for it when I quote the other ones. Luke 6, 19. And the whole multitude sought to touch him, for there weren't virtue out from him, and he healed how many of them? Oh, so when you have people teaching, sometimes God wants people healed, other times he doesn't. That's not consistent with the ministry of Jesus. Everybody wanted to touch him, and everyone that touched him, he healed them all. Acts 10.38. And no doubt you know how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and power, who went about doing good and healing. What did he go about doing? Good, not bad. You know, I don't know why God took my ant. God's not taking people's ants. God sent Jesus that people would have life. The devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy. Jesus came to bring life and have it more abundantly. Amen. And he went about doing good and healing all. There it is again, all who were oppressed by who? The devil. The devil's the oppressor. For God was with him. And then let me see Isaiah 54, uh, 14 and 17. Healing all who were oppressed of the devil. So Satan is the oppressor of mankind. You can deal with things at a natural route. You can take methadone if you're on drugs. You can get counseling. We're for that. We're for anybody that's trying to help people. But Jesus never dealt with things on a physical route. He dealt with things at their spiritual root because at the root of every problem is the devil. And then the Bible says in Isaiah 54, 14 about uh believers, and righteousness shalt thou be established. The Bible's telling you that when you make a choice to turn your back on sin and leave the devil's kingdom of darkness and join God's camp. Righteousness is given to you, and righteousness establishes you. Thou shalt be far from oppression. So some people teach that as long as you're in this world, you're gonna be oppressed. How many know, even as Christians, we battled depression? Well, I don't agree with that because the Bible says here you can be far from it. Secondly, you can carry the same power Christ had, that where you go, people get delivered from the things that are meant to destroy you. That's what's gonna happen this week. People that came in here bound are not only gonna be set free, you're gonna come out of these meetings and be a wrecking ball to the kingdom of hell for the rest of your life. In righteousness shalt thou be established, and thou shalt be far from oppression, for thou shalt not fear, and from terror, for it shall not come near thee. 17. No weapon, everybody say, no weapon. No weapon that is formed against you will prosper. Can you take that literally? Well, good. This is an easy crowd. Nobody needs convinced. You can know this thing's in revival already. Well, everybody say, No weapon formed against me will prosper. You know, I preach in a country uh in November and then again in January, Nigeria, where they're kidnapping Christians. They'll bust in and kidnap a whole sanctuary full of Christians. One church a couple weeks ago, 166, which was everybody in the church, got kidnapped never to be seen again. So this pastor there has the largest church in the world, 100,000 cedar, with overflow. And they were asking him at this ministers' conference, why what made your church grow? So he's gonna tell this story. I have the video of it. That they had a young boy uh that was going to university, kidnapped by Islamic jihadists, took him out into the forest, stripped him down, and then got ready to shoot him. And uh, they're gonna tell what happened. Everybody say, No weapon formed against me can prosper. Watch this.

A woman, a widow woman, who is on our well-fame church, and the sons on our scholarship in Plateau State was going to one of the bush areas in Plateau State from the school in Barak in Ladifer Polytechnic and crossing a river and going, and then they were accosted with by fool and a headsmen. 15 of them with AK-47, mashed them into the bush, stripped them naked, asked them to recite the Islamic scene, and they were not able. And they wanted to shoot now, cut the gun short, and the girl refused to fire. 15 AK-47. And then the people were released. What is this? Wear your clothes back, and they went into the book, went and the young man went back to school. About 10 days later, the head of the full enhancement traced the young man back to school, and he knew he saw him. He said, He said, Yes, I know you. You are the one who wanted to kill us the other day. He said, Yes, you really know me. Please, I came to ask you for the secret of that power. I need that same power. I can you give me that same power? And he said, What are you talking about? He said, The power that made our gun not to fire. He said, Is the power of Jesus Christ? He said, No, give me, tell me more. He said, Because since that day the gun has not fired anywhere, none of the guns, none of the guns has fired anywhere for nobody. He said, It is Jesus Christ that has given that made a difference in my life. He said, Then I need to know about that Jesus Christ. Full and he hates me. He said, Can you give me your phone number? And the man said, You collected our phone the other day.

SPEAKER_03

He said, I'm so sorry. He said, Can I have your phone number? He said, You stole my phone.

SPEAKER_02

From the road, really free. Welcome. Oh, because they had one happened. Oh, you are welcome. Sorry. I'm dead. I'm dead. Can you bring it?

SPEAKER_03

So he's saying, you can bring it back to me. He's saying the thing people were in the fear of most there were kidnappers. It'd be like if you were preaching in Matamoros, Mexico, trying to start a church, and everybody's afraid of the cartels, and then the power of God starts setting people free from their grip. These Islamic jihadists, Falani herdsmen, would kidnap, and there's nothing you can do about it. The police aren't on it with them. Then people started getting delivered by the power of God. So he said, they said, Oh, this thing's fightable. This thing's conquerable. See, if the devil can convince you that the problems of life you just have to lay down for depression runs in our family, suicide runs in our family, kidney disease runs in our family, cancer runs in our family, everybody gets depressed, we're in a mental health crisis. If that's what they tell you, then it there's no resistance. The Bible says, resist the devil and he'll flee. So if the devil can get you to stop resisting him, then he can stay. But tonight you're gonna find out there's nothing the devil tries to do to any man or any woman that the power of God won't strike it down today in Jesus' name. Whatever you're up against, there is power from heaven to knock that thing out of your family permanently in Jesus' name. If you believe it, can you give the Lord a mighty hand clap tonight? Isaiah 54, 17. No weapon formed against you will prosper. Every tongue that rises up against you in judgment, thou shalt condemn. This is the inheritance, not of pastors or preachers or expert Christians. This is the inheritance of everyone who serves the Lord, and their righteousness is of me. Notice 14, in righteousness shall you be established. 17, their righteousness is of me. That's why such an attempt is made in churches to get you to think you're like everybody else. We're all sinners. I mean, are we all sin every day? No. When you have contact with the blood of Jesus, your sins are washed away. And now you're righteous because of Christ. You look like everybody else, but you're not like everybody else. You're a child of the Most High God. Can you say amen? So I preached this yesterday in Texas, and it was the same in Arizona. There was a great flow that came out of that message. In fact, I did something I had never done before. I gave an altar code for people to get saved, which I normally do, and I got this message from a family. We had uh almost record attendance yesterday. The church is two years old, we're just under 700. And I got this message from a lady about her brother. Pastor Jonathan, I want you to know we have prayed for years to get my brother to your meetings and to get saved. He used to battle with fentanyl and alcohol and was in a recovery home. The same weekend he just so happened to visit is the same weekend you announced you're coming to Texas. I come once a month. I haven't seen him in six years. He got saved at the altar, touched by the Holy Ghost, and then she she said a nice thank you to me. So then she sent the video of the service. This is their brother that they hadn't seen in six years on fentanyl and alcohol that came right down to the altar. Right there. Came back and hugged them, smiling, back at their seat. Here is another so then I was gonna have everybody line up. Like if you came in Seattle, you saw me do. That's my standard operating procedure. And as I got ready to line everybody up to lay hands on them, I felt the Lord check me that when everybody started moving, it would get people out of the flow. You know, people shake hands and talk in Texas. And so uh I just went around the the building and started to just anybody I saw that the power of God was touching, I I weaved in and out of the aisles. And there was a lady seated, and I grabbed her hand. When I did, I felt like she had had damage on her inside from miscarriages. And so all I said was, be healed on your insides in Jesus' name. She shook her head, yes, like this, and I kept walking. Thinking she was just being polite, probably didn't even have anything wrong with her, just didn't want to discourage me. And then I got this today. Pastor Jonathan, after four C-sections, and especially over the last year, I have been really struggling with my health. My thyroid completely failed, and after trying holistic treatments that didn't work, I eventually had to go on a very strong medication. Even though I'm only in my 30s, there were times I honestly felt like I was at the end of my life. Zero strength and zero energy. When you prayed for me and said, full restoration and strength, something incredible happened. It felt like the blood in my body suddenly started rushing. I could almost physically hear it moving through me like crashing waves. My husband and I were both completely shaken by it. I had the best sleep night of sleep in my life, and today I feel amazing without any medication or supplements. We are so grateful. Yeah, nice thing. I want to tell everybody that can hear me in Spokane. Jesus, religion changes, denominations change, but Jesus never changes. The Jesus of the Bible is the same yesterday, today, and forever. And the same way everybody went to touch him so that they could be well, he said, wherever two or three gather in my name, I'm there in their midst. I'm not here to share my messages with another part of town and move some books and uh have some more meetings and get some offerings. It is time for Washington State to become the center of the move of God again. God is gonna touch the devil has overstayed his welcome, and today is the day the Lord has made. If you believe that with me, can you say a living amen? So, if no weapon formed against you will prosper, all I did in this title was make a list in the Bible. Say something with me. Say the devil has no new tricks. Anything you go through in life, you can find at least the template for it in the Bible, if not the exact thing. And so you find what does the devil do to destroy humanity? That's the list I made. Living above addiction. Now notice I didn't say getting free from. Everybody say living above. Yeah, you can get free and never go back to that prison again in Jesus' name. Living above addiction, depression, disease, lack, tragedy, failure, and defeat. I think that sums up about everything you can find in the Bible that Satan did to people. I wrote this in all caps. When you give your life to Jesus and read your Bible, there becomes a clear understanding that I am meant to live above the natural. There's a word that's associated with Christianity, supernatural. It means above. Not that you deny the natural, but God's given you power to live a supernatural life. When COVID hit in 2020, I uh wasn't pastoring a church, so I couldn't shut a church down. But I I not only kept preaching life, I booked extra meetings for the end of March, coming up on six years ago. Um, the week we were supposed to be shut down. I booked a week of meetings in Huntington, Texas, just to kind of stick it to the devil. Well, when I did that, uh we made international news. Like they tried to do to shut anybody down. This idiot preacher is gonna get everybody killed. And so I had one of my old Sunday school teachers call me that I've kept, you know, I've kept in touch with through the years. She said, You're getting kind of uh uh radical, aren't you? I said to her, You radicalized me. What did you think was gonna happen to me at six years old when you read me stories like Daniel and the Lion's Den, and Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and David and Goliath and Esther, whatever you're gonna read. When you read the Bible, even as a child, it starts to put something on the inside of you that I might look like everybody else, but when I hook up with God, I'm not like everybody else. There's a power that God gives me that the things that take other people out, not only will it not take me out, God will give me his power to set my generation free. I wasn't saying that to be a smart aleck to my teacher, I meant that. I can remember things she taught me. She was the one that taught me those stories. I remember hearing that and thinking, wait a minute, if this God is real, he's not just up in heaven divorced from our reality. He wants to share his power so that we can go and set other people free. In fact, the whole reason he went up to heaven. Remember Jesus, the disciples were upset? Quit telling everybody you're gonna go up to heaven. We want you here. Jesus said, You think it's better for you if I stay here. But it's actually better for you if I go than if I stay. Because if I stay, I can't send another. He is the Holy Spirit who is with you now and later will be in you. I wasn't gonna do this tonight, I was gonna save it for tomorrow night. But Tessa, can you find my tweet that I wrote last night? It's not going viral, but it's going bacterial. There's uh close close close to 20,000 views, which I would say my average tweet gets about four or three or four thousand. Where somebody, it's amazing how there's this effort in Christianity to take all the power out of it. Like it's just a code of conduct. In fact, while you're getting that tweet where I go, I I I bust up all everything that guy says, can you find that guy on the stool talking about how he doesn't believe in God's miracle power anymore? You know, this is what many people, why you should thank God for Pastor Russell every day. This is what many people are subjected to on Sunday. Not only are they not getting any faith, they're getting doubt seeded into them from the from the uh platform by the pastor. That the things you read about in the Bible, God doesn't do those things anymore. He can do them, but they're not for today. This week you're gonna see and hear and find out that God not only is able to do these things, he's looking for people in Washington State and Idaho and Alberta and whoever flies if our people flew in from Russia. There's nothing the devil's done to you that God can't do something about it tonight. God is looking for who to help this week. When you bring people here, there are families that are gonna get set free and what people don't understand that haven't been around revival meetings. It only takes one person in a family to knock the devil out, and then it starts spreading like wildfire through the rest of the family. There's people that are here tonight. You're the only member of your family. By the end of the week, the whole row will be full of your family that have come to Jesus Christ and received them as saving power. Can you say amen? Good. All right, here why why doesn't everybody believe like this? Because many, this is probably the kind of pastor that was here before Pastor Russell came. This is what empties a church out. Watch this.

SPEAKER_01

Why is it besides the fact that we started one and I guess we should show it? For me, uh as I may have just given away, uh, I'm a little bit uncomfortable with spirituality. Uh miracles, with God supernaturally intervening in our world. When I say I'm a little bit uncomfortable, I might not even believe that it happens at all. Which is probably a big downer for you to hear from me on a Sunday as a guy who runs a church. So if I don't believe in that, um, for instance, I'm I'm not someone who believes that, you know, Noah's Ark is a real thing.

SPEAKER_03

You can literally look it up and say, Noah's arc and settle it.

SPEAKER_01

Why am I still here? And on Sunday morning at 8.05 when I'm crawling under the stage, plugging in cables, I ask myself that question sometimes. But I have a what I think is a really good answer. Reason number one, I like the fact that Christianity is a code that teaches me what I think is like maybe the best way to live, the best way to interact in the world, the best way to treat people. Um I still find a ton of value in that.

SPEAKER_03

And so that guy couldn't have summed it up any better. If you want to have a church that doesn't bother anybody, reduce this book to being nice to people, treating people right, tipping 22% instead of 18%, and that's all good. We're not, this is not, uh, we're not promoting treating people wrong and not tipping. But if you think the Bible is just a code of conduct, you have missed the entirety of the Bible. You can't go four paragraphs in this thing without running into God, supernaturally intervening in the affairs of man. God has a vested interest in helping people. The Bible says he's a friend who sticks closer than a brother and a very present help in time of trouble. Anyone in here knows if you ever get in trouble, people go missing. In fact, during that COVID time, I didn't know Pastor Russell back then. But uh uh when I made the news and all that, I didn't even get texts. I got a text from my mom, and that's about it. My phone went silent for about two weeks. People go running when you're in trouble. Like the prodigal son, when you got plenty of money and you're throwing parties, you make friends you didn't even know you have. But when you when you get in trouble, people go missing. Did you know Jesus is the exact opposite? He went around in the Gospels looking for people who were in trouble that had no hope and rescuing them. Jesus is a rescuer of those that are in trouble. If you came here and you're as weak as can be, and you don't know how you're gonna make it, like that lady with the C-section said, I wasn't sure I even had enough ready, enough energy to make it through the service. And she came. Jesus had an interest in raising her up. Jesus has an interest in helping you today. You don't have to get your life together and get everything straight and come to him. Just tonight, if you'll reach out your hand, he'll touch you and make you well. If you can uh uh testify to that, can you say a living amen today? I'm gonna show you another video. This is in Maine. Maine is East Coast, Washington, as far as uh climate and um what you need to wear? Wool. And I would say a third thing, uh uh church attendance percentage. Pacific Northwest and Maine and Vermont are some of the lowest in the country. Well, I'm preaching at this church in a tiny town. The town only had 1,400 people with no big towns around it. In fact, the county I was in is the size of Connecticut and Rhode Island put together, but there's only 67,000 people in the whole thing. And so there's a lady there, somebody brought her. They did an outreach in Section 8 housing and passed an invitation to her. So I couldn't see her. In fact, the church was set up kind of like this. So she was sitting more in the back. I couldn't see her tattoos or anything, but she came to the altar to get saved, and I could feel God's power touching her. Find out later, it's her first time ever in church. When I went to hold her hands and pray for her, like I did for that guy in Texas, she had 666 tattooed on the underside of her wrist, a bunch of occultic tattoos on her neck, which means Jesus doesn't care. He doesn't care what you got yourself wrapped up into. If you call on him, he'll answer you and pull you out of that mess. She not only got saved when I grabbed her hands like that, uh, like their alcoholic brother on fentanyl, she went out under the power and laid on her back for about 45 minutes and laughed and laughed and laughed. Next night, she brought her boyfriend. He got saved. Final night, she brought her mother, sister, herself, and one other person. Everyone came to the altar. That person who was serving the devil had become an evangelist by Friday night and had turned her whole family around. You have it. There's the sister laughing, there's her on her back laughing. We never said one funny thing the whole night. There were no jokes, but that depression was turned to joy. I want to tell you something. God not only will take your depression away, he'll fill you with joy, unspeakable, and you'll never be the same again. He'll not only take your sickness away, he'll make you strong. Can you say amen? So there is an effort. You know, I don't have to tell you. That's how this church changed hands. The devil knows he can't stop the power of the church, of the word of God. So he tries to corrupt it from within. I wouldn't be surprised if that guy that was sitting on the stool at some point was as on fire for God as I am, or as Pastor Russell is, and got around some seminary professors. In fact, when I was preaching at Pastor Russell's church in Seattle, that's who criticized the meeting. We didn't have any problems with Antifa, we didn't have any problems with LGBTQ, the local full gospel seminary. Played clips of our meetings and mocked it. The devil hates the power of God. He doesn't care how many churches we build as long as none of them carry God's power. So he tries to get people to doubt God's power, doubt signs and wonders, and then it turns churches into nothing more than a referral center. You can't help anybody. You tell people where a kidney specialist is, your son's on drugs, I know a good drug therapy place, uh, you you battle depression, I know about LexaPro, I can help get you a prescription. But Jesus never recommended people to go outside for help. They brought unto him all the sick, and no matter what their sickness, or what their disease, or if they were tormented by evil spirits, he healed them all. And God is looking for an end-time church that will carry the power of Christ to their generation to set people free from the things the devil's using to take them out. You're gonna be part of that church. Let me see a scripture, let me see 2 Timothy 3, 5. One of the signs of the last days. They will have a form of godliness, but deny the power thereof. Let me see NLT. It says, have nothing to do with people like that. They'll act religious, a sign of the last days. They will act religious. There's no shortage of churches in Washington, there's plenty of them. But if you start saying Mother Earth is equal with Jesus Christ, then there's no power. You can the devil doesn't care if you erect half a million churches if they don't have the power of God. And a sign of the last days, they will act religious, but they will reject the power that would actually make them godly means like God. In righteousness shalt thou be established. When you come in contact with Christ, He not only forgives your sin, the sin nature comes under subjection of the righteousness of God that makes you without trying a good husband, a caring father, someone that walks with God's power in your generation. I'm gonna tell you something. Tonight, there's enough firepower in this room with you to run the devil straight out of Washington State, back into Canada, back into Puget South. When hundreds of people come out carrying God's righteousness on the inside of them, the devil won't know what hit them. They will act religious, but they will reject the power. So forming tradition is not what makes you carry power. An encounter. What's the mission statement of pursuit? Pop it up so everybody can see it. They'll act religious but reject the power. So why is God using Pastor Russell and his church? Because their mission statement is the exact opposite of what the devil's trying to do. The pursuit church does not exist to be celebrated by local newspapers and local media. You know, I would ask myself a question if I lived here. Why is there only one church Antifa doesn't like? Why? Why is there one place that people that that hate the things the Bible stands for, they're okay with all the other churches? Churches have made peace with those organizations. People keep their mouth shut about things they know without being told. Don't bring that topic up. But there's one church in the Pacific Northwest that decided we don't care what the world's okay with, we don't care what political parties approve of. We're gonna preach the gospel of Jesus Christ with power and demonstration. Revival or we die. The pursuit exists to glorify Jesus and in doing so, bring people into an encounter with the presence of God. Somebody put something online a little while ago. They said, Too many times, there's a preacher. You can tell he's backslidden just by his tone of voice. He said, Too many times we emphasize God's power without emphasizing his presence. And it hit my spirit wrong. So I said to Chad GPT, why is this a stupid statement? I can't quite put my finger on it, but maybe you can help. And Chad GPT, in under 10 seconds, said there's no place in the Bible where God's presence appeared, and his power did not also manifest. I'm telling you, I'm not one of these evangelists that thinks all my services are awesome. But yesterday in Texas, God's presence. Let me see what we started with. Luke chapter 6, verse 17. Luke 6, 17. When they came down from the mountain, the disciples stood with Jesus on a large level plain, surrounded by many of his followers and by the crowds. There were people from all over Judea and Jerusalem and from as far north as the seacoast of Tyre and Satan. They had come to hear him and to be healed of their diseases. And those troubled by evil spirits were healed. Everyone tried to touch him because healing power went out from him and he healed everyone. Let me see it at 19 in the King James again. And the whole multitude sought to touch him because there went out virtue. His presence went out. And when his presence went out, it healed everybody. There's people being healed right now as the word of God's going out. The presence of God is here. And where the presence of God is, the power of God is, and where the power of God is, there is freedom from every oppression of the devil. I tell you tonight, whatever you came in here with, as real as it is, the blood of Jesus is more real and will take it out of your life today. In Jesus' mighty name. Go ahead and take 30 seconds and celebrate it. Pop your hands on ye people. Shabbandagama. Let me see the pursuit mission statement again. The devil that's in back of these groups that hate the church. That's why there's a problem with this church. That's why no one ever protested outside this church till four weeks ago. Because they're not looking to have dead lethargic church services. They're looking to bring people into having an encounter with the power of God. And I'm telling you tonight, you're gonna have an encounter with that power, and you will leave out of here never to be the same again. The devil does not have permission to dictate the future of your life. God is gonna put you on a different path today, and you'll never be the same. In Jesus' name. That's the last thing the devil wants is for people to have an encounter with the presence of God. I'm not picking on Catholics, but my mom's family were faithful Catholic. My oldest aunt said they went once every other Saturday, twice a month, their whole lives to Catholic Church. Nobody knew what it meant to be born again. Nobody was saved. Everybody battled. My one aunt, the second youngest one, already had had a son to a guy that was in prison outside of marriage, going to church every other weekend. Church without the power of God is a fancy building that bores people to death. You come in bound, you leave bound. You come in sick, you leave sick. But I read you twice out of Luke chapter 6. Jesus' meetings were not like that. When you came to Jesus' meetings, you could come full of the devil with no clothes on and leave with clothes on and in your right mind. They brought unto him everybody. And he told us, after I leave the same kind of services I had. That's what I want you to have. That's what this week is set apart to be. 2026 will not be a repeat of 2025. God is gonna turn everything around in you and your family's life. You're only one prayer away. The devil is not gonna possess one United State. He's coming out of Washington, he's coming out of Oregon, he's coming out of Minnesota. All 50 states are gonna be shaken by the power of God this year, whether the devil likes it or not. And Washington is getting in on the ground floor. Get ready for the best week that you've ever had. The last thing Satan wants people to know, in or out of church, is that you can have an encounter with God's power and never be the same. Look at this uh tweet this guy put up. Scripture never instructs Christians to rebuke our disease, cast out our problems, speak into our trials, proclaim our success, demand God to do something. God is not your genie, and the Holy Spirit's not your puppet. However, you want to phrase it, my friend. God's the one that said, come boldly before my throne and ask for help in the time that you need it, and I'll do it. So I felt like put it back, I felt like this dusting guy uh very succinctly and pointed out. I thought if I were the devil, that's what I would want people to think. You have no power to rebuke disease, you shouldn't even try. You can't cast out problems, you can't speak in address. So let's take it one by one. Go ahead. Rebuke our disease. Luke 4 39. Jesus stood over Peter's mother-in-law and rebuked the fever, and it left her, and immediately she arose and ministered unto them. Jesus rebuked sickness directly. You know why this is going bacterial? Instead of 4,000 views, 20,000, who knows how many you'll end up with, it's only less than 24 hours old? Because there's this false dichotomy that people make you think that guys like I put the the the prior tweet up, people like this Dustin guy, they have good theology. But um guys like me and Russell, we have more exciting services, but we're kind of brain dead. You know, if we sat in a room with this guy, we don't know what we're talking about. So that's the real Christianity. But if you want to have, you know, a Monday night that's exciting, you can kind of just set aside the fact that me and Russell don't have good theology and enjoy a good service. But I'm telling you, we we understand from the Bible, none of those things are true. Go ahead, pop it back up. So people like to see that what they believe has scriptural backing. Luke 9:1. Then he called his 12 disciples together. Keep that up, and gave them power and authority over all devils and to cure diseases. You guys are an easy crowd. All I gotta do is yell Bible verses and you clap. He called his 12 disciples together and gave them power. I would say power and authority. Over what? How many devils? Jonathan, there's a demon principality that's over Washington Great. Does it fall under the category of all? All devils and how many diseases to cure all diseases. And so one guy wrote to me, I was surprised. He was from Ghana. West African churches usually know better, but I guess this guy got lost. He wrote to me, he said, yes, Jesus did that, but that doesn't mean we're commanded to it. Well, first of all, put up Matthew chapter 10, verses 1 and 2. When Jesus had called on you NLT, when Jesus had called unto him his 12 disciples, he gave them authority to cast out evil spirits and to heal how many kinds of disease and illness? Then it tells the names of the twelve. Keep going. Then Jesus sent them out with these instructions. Don't go to the Gentiles or the Samaritans, but only to the people of Israel, God's lost sheep. Go! Now here's what they were not told to do. Go and tell them that the kingdom of God is near. And heal the sick. Everybody say, heal the sick. So you actually don't have a choice if you're going to be a real minister to be a healing minister or not. Everybody say, heal the sick. Raise the dead. Cure those with leprosy. That was the most feared disease of the day. Cast out the devils. Give as freely as you have received. Let me see John 14 verse 12. John 14, 12. I tell you the truth. How many of this was only for the first 12 apostles? No. Do you know what the word anyone means? I tell you the truth. Anyone who believes in me and would say, I believe. Now think of this. Keep that scripture up. That girl with her 666 tattoo and occultic tattoos on her body led more people to Christ that week than many people in that church. Do you know why? She has never had the chance to have a seminarian cede unbelief into her. No one told her those parts of the Bible don't work now. She just believed what she heard from me from the Bible and decided to tell people Jesus changed my life and he'll change your life too. Not I'm uncomfortable with supernatural activity, not I don't believe in miracles. What God did for me from the Bible, He'll do for you. So all it takes to mess someone's faith up is some moron telling you it doesn't work today. But all it takes to let you on fire is somebody to come and tell you with force, the same God of the Bible is with you today and is anointing you to set your generation free. Not by might, not by power, but by the Spirit of Almighty God. I tell you the truth. Anyone who believes in me will do the same works. What kind of works? So when you read Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, and you read all that Jesus is doing, it's unscriptural to say, well, that was Jesus. Because Jesus said, I'm not doing these just to help people, I'm setting an example of what's to be the normal part of a believer's life. Can you say amen? I tell you the truth. Anybody who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even what kind of works? Because I'm going to be with the Father. So when that guy wrote to me, yeah, Jonathan, with those verses you wrote, that Jesus rebuked the fever out of Peter's mother-in-law. But that was Jesus. You can't, that's incorrect theology. Because Jesus, A, he said, I only do what I see my father do. And I only say what I see my father say. He wasn't some anomaly. He was showing us how to act like God on the earth. 13. You can ask for anything in my name. What can you ask for? And I will do it. Not I might do it, but I will do it. So that the Son can bring glory to the Father. Keep going. Yes. Ask for anything in my name. And I will do it. I would tone it down a lot if it said I can do it. Or I might do it. But he said, I'm leaving the earth. You can only pack so much into one night. Ephesians 1. He is the head. We are the body. So he said, I'm leaving, so that instead of there being one of my bodies on the earth, everyone that's in Christ will be a member of my body. And instead of there being one person that can lay hands on people, I'll have a hundred million in America, eight hundred million worldwide, that are full of the spirit that cast out devils and heal the sick. Think of how different Washington will be after tonight that there's now hundreds of people that don't just go to church, don't just read their Bible, but they realize I'm here for such a time as this. Anywhere the sole of my foot shall tread, I'm on land that God's given to me. I'm here to heal the sick, cast out devils, and raise the dead. I tell you in advance, congratulations on making impact for the kingdom of God and giving the devil the worst year that he's ever had. Let me see my tweet again. We're never told to rebuke our disease. He rebuked the fever, literally. Then he called the 12 disciples together and gave them power and authority over all devils and to cure diseases. Keep going. We're never commanded to cast out our problems. Believers were explicitly commanded to cast things out. Mark 16, 17. These signs will follow them that believe. In my name, they will cast out devils. They will speak with new tongues. Now that girl that was in Maine, I thought I was gonna have to cast the devil out of her. I grabbed her by the hands at the altar, and when I did, her face, I'm not trying to get spooky on you, but I've cast a few devils out. People get hard eyes and a hard face, and then usually they'll yell, her face scrunches up. She gripped my hands real tight. And then you could just feel the thing leaf. And that's when she breathed and smiled and went under the power and just laughed and laughed and became an on-fire evangelist for Jesus. Because the problems in life are real. But Jesus gave you authority to tell those problems to hit the road, and they have to obey your command. If you believe that, can you shout aloud amen? Matthew 17, 20. For verily I say unto you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, remove hence to yonder place. That means get out of here. And it shall remove. And how many things will be impossible for you? If you'd have told Pastor Russell when he was in that barn at their first church in Snohomish that the day will come where you'll have three big churches in Seattle, and then another one five hours away, and you'll preach in all of them on Sunday when he couldn't even afford a generator, had to borrow electricity. I went by borrow we mean steel from the neighbor's house. He'd have told you that's impossible. But you start realizing as you go with God, God starts increasing your capacity. Where you start with God is never where you finish. If we could go back in time together and sit by that lady with the 666 tattoos, the first service you came to on Monday night, I bet she'd have said, I don't even think I'm gonna go down there and get prayer. I'm in the occult. I don't believe in this stuff. She would have never believed that by Friday she'd have brought six people down to the altar and they all would have got filled with the Holy Ghost. Because with God, where you start is never where you finish. If you'll stay with him, he'll keep growing you and building you and increasing you. It's not you trying, it's him pouring his anointing out on you to do great and mighty things for God. I prophesy in the name of Jesus, nobody in here will die small. God is gonna connect you to his power source tonight, and you're gonna change your generation for God. Now, I would like to tell that Dustin guy, if you feel we're not supposed to speak to our problems and tell them to leave, then you would have to interpret Matthew 17, 20. That Jesus wanted us to tell what's the closest mountain here, the big mountain. Spokane Mountain? I believe it. You look honest. Spokane water, Spokane Mountain. So I would say, then Dustin, do you believe that Jesus put this verse so we can move Spokane Mountain to Northern California or to Indiana? Spokane Mountain in Jesus' name? Indiana's so flat, they need a mountain. We have too many mountains here. I command you to go to Indiana and the mountain uproot and go there? Is that what you think? Because this verse is there. So if it was physical, then Jesus wanted us rearranging landscape for no reason. But when Jesus spoke about mountains, he was talking about things that in the natural cannot be moved. Longstanding, everybody say longstanding. Longstanding and large problems. There would be very few people in this crowd that if I said, What longstanding, large problem do you have in your family? Some places nobody's ever gotten out of debt. Some places nobody's been able to keep a marriage together. The devil has set up shop in an area of life. Everyone's been sick. When one person gets cared, another person has to go to the hospital. Jesus said, You don't have to put up with those mountains anymore. You don't have to climb those mountains anymore. You don't have to go around those mountains. You can speak to that mountain. You can speak to cancer. You can speak to poverty. You can speak to sin. You can speak to alcoholism. You can speak to addiction and say, in the name of Jesus, you come out today, and that mountain will obey your command. I see every mountain that set up shop in your life coming out today in Jesus' name. Number three, speaking to our trials. Jesus specifically taught, speaking to situations. For fairly I say unto you, that whosoever shall say, but say, Say to this mountain, be thou removed and be thou cast into the sea, and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass. He shall have whatsoever he saith. We're never told to speak into our trials. Faith is expressed by speaking. What's the next scripture? Claim our success. We're never told to claim our success. Scripture repeatedly teaches confession and expectation of victory. 2 Corinthians 4.13, powerful scripture. We have the same spirit of faith the psalmist has, where it is written, I believe, therefore I have spoken. We also believe, and therefore we speak. Joshua 1.8. This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth, but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and you shall have good success. Say with me, this book of the law shall not depart from your mouth. But you'll meditate, that means you think on it day and night, but you don't. Just keep it in your mind or in your heart. You speak it. Now, there's a there's uh, you know, YouTube and stuff, they they think they figure you out by algorithm. So because they know I'm a preacher by now, they think I just like all preachers. So they'll pop up people speaking live on YouTube, which is fine. I was driving to church with Abraham that's with me, and they popped up a pastor who was getting ready to preach, and I thought, well, I'll listen to him preach while I'm on my way to preach it or get me thinking about the word. So they introduce him and they said, This guy is a church planter. And uh they have him come up, everybody clap. And he said, as they said, I'm a church planter. He said, When you're a church planter, that means you start a new church. You find out four things you don't have much money, not many people come, you don't have your own building, and uh you don't have any help. I thought, man, while you're at it, why don't you just tie a noose and kill yourself? Say something with me. Say death and life is in the power of the tongue. You want to know why that guy doesn't have many people come to hear him, doesn't have any real estate, doesn't have any help, and doesn't have much money? Because he got what he said. You know what I never heard Pastor Russell say when he'd call me on the phone? I'm gonna take a church in Spokane. They don't have much many people, they don't have any money, it's gonna be hard. He said the Lord is starting to transfer a building in Spokane to us. I believe that God's gonna bless that place. I believe we're gonna pack it out on day one. You know what he decided to do? Rather than speak about how hard things are, he started speaking about how God's gonna help him, how God's gonna make every crooked way straight, have no weapon formed against him, will prosper. You'll be amazed what'll happen in your life when you stop speaking about what's against you and start claiming the promises of God that are yes and amen. Don't just believe them in your heart, speak them with your mouth, and they'll manifest. Go ahead, take 60 seconds and clap your hands. Feels good in here on Monday night. Hallelujah. What's the last one? Demand God to do something. Scripture actually invites bold requests. They uh shortened that one on my tweet. Let me see Isaiah 45, 11 in the King James. Full out. Obscure scripture. They don't tell you this one. It's too strong for me. Thus saith who? The Holy One of Israel and His Maker. Ask me of things to come. They would say, ask God about things to come. God knows the future better than we know the past, and you can actually ask. Instead of stumbling around, learning by trial and error. Anybody ever heard, especially if you're a young person, you ever heard an adult say, experience is the best teacher? Okay, well, if that was true, then a driving instructor would just tell you, go 60 miles an hour and slam your car into that telephone pole. Then we do it, say, no, don't do that again. Experience, I would say, is the worst teacher. The best teacher is God's word and God's spirit. There's no lesson God has for you to learn that you have to go outside of this book to learn. Can you say amen? You don't have to learn by trial and error, you don't have to have four divorces to learn how to have a good marriage. You can actually do everything right from the start because the Holy Spirit will lead you. I said, the Holy Spirit will lead you. From today, you're gonna enjoy being led by the Spirit of God, and the Holy Spirit never leads you backwards, he never leads you sideways into a ditch, he never led anybody in the Bible into decrease. The Holy Spirit moves you forward and takes you easily where you could never go at all in your own strength. Lift your hands all over this place. One of the blessings you're gonna get on this Monday night from being in God's house, you're going to enjoy God's leading, and he's gonna take you to an amazing place in 2026. If you believe that, can you shout amen like thunder? Ask me of things to come. And concerning the work of my hands, command ye me. Tell me where you want me to put my power. God's not up in heaven and you're some bother to him. Excuse me, there's a lot going on in Iran right now. Can you just chill for a few months till I get things sorted out? God's not worried about anything. God knew everything that was gonna happen before it happened, and he said, It actually pleases me when you tell me what to do with my hands according to my word. You know, I didn't who who made that lady's blood start rushing inside her body again? Wasn't me? I don't know how to do that. All I did was touch your hand and said, Be healed. You're commanding God's hand according to the things that he already said in his word that he wants to do. Can you say amen? Can you say a better amen? Who would write such a stupid tweet that never we commanded? Let me see it again. Never we commanded to tell God what to do. You're not commanding him like you're in charge of it, but he actually put his power in your hand. He told Moses, I'm giving you a rod and I'll make you as God to Moses. Take this rod and with it do signs, part the Red Sea, throw it down and have it swallow up the other snakes. God hasn't held this power and you're bothering him to ask for it. He gave the power that's in his hand and put it in your hand that you can do a mighty work for God. And I tell you, a fourth time tonight, I see you doing a mighty work for God with your life. The devil will rule the day. He didn't kill you when he had the chance. Today, God is anointing you with power to set your generation free. Let me see Isaiah 45, 11 on the tweet. Command ye me concerning the work of my hands. Hebrews 4:16. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace in the time of need. How did he say to come before him? Beggarly? Like a beggar? What'd you say? Boldly. Come like talk like her and get your prayers answered quickly. Everybody said boldly. That's how God said to come. He doesn't like timidity. He's not timid. He created us in his image. He said, if you're gonna come into my presence, ask me for something big and ask in a bold way. That's what we're gonna do right now. Everything that you thought could never happen, every diagnosis and prognosis that's been made over your life, you're gonna find out that God doesn't upbraid people when they come to him. He's happy to answer them and to deliver them from all their trouble. I'm gonna give you one more scripture before we pray. Put James chapter 1, verse 5 up. James chapter 1, verse 5. KJV. If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all men liberally and upbraideth not. Do you know what upbraideth not means? Because I didn't. It means God won't do to you what the author of that tweet did. You are not to command him. Who do you think you are? Whoever came to Jesus to be healed, and Jesus said, get away from me. All you people ever asked for is healing. They came one after another till the whole village came. Then they brought their children and he laid his hands on them and blessed them. God will never be upset when you come to him, he enjoys that you come to him. Can you say amen? He'll not only give you what you asked for, he'll give it liberally, and he won't rebuke you for asking. And it shall be given to him. What else? Six. Here's a caveat. But let him ask in faith, never wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea. So look before they switch it, let him ask in faith, doubting nothing, never wavering. Now, if you had that guy sitting on the stool in the t-shirt that's two sizes too small, and he was your pastor, you would never be able to ask in faith, never wavering, because that guy would have put a lot of doubt in. I don't believe that God intervenes supernaturally. I don't think you can do that. So when you went to pray, part of you would have faith, but part of you would hear that guy talking in your head. If you followed that guy on Twitter, you could never ask in faith, nothing doubting. Because, well, I'm not he said we're not supposed to ask, uh uh command him anything, and that God never told us to rebuke our problems, so you won't get anything. But if you hang around the right people, it was a hang around the right people. My daughter goes to Christian school, and I went to pick her up. And uh when I picked her up, she said, Hey Pa, my teacher said today that God doesn't heal people anymore. I said, What did you say? She said, I just laughed. I think she doesn't hang around the right people. I like that. You can't trouble my daughter, she's got too much faith, she's been in too many meetings, and she was right, she had compassion for her. I think she just, but it is kind of funny to hear a 12-year-old say that a 45-year-old doesn't hang around the right people. She could tell that whoever's influencing that lady is not influencing her to faith and miracles. Basically, what my daughter was saying is if she would hang around where I hung around, my daughter's in those meetings. My daughter sees those people get healed. You can't get her to doubt it. That's the value of this week. The devil may have surrounded you with bozos that doubt the word of God and tuck up the devil and tuck down God, but after today, you're in the company of the people of faith. Something's rubbing off on you right now. The overcoming spirit, the more than a conqueror spirit, the spirit of faith. And now you're surrounded with a room full of champions. You're gonna finish your race, you're gonna win the prize, you're gonna do everything that God's called you to do. The plan of the devil has failed. Sit on your feet, everybody. Every hand lifted once you stand up. I thank you, Jesus, for this week that we have in the beautiful state of Washington with your holy people who have gathered here, those that are being brought in. I thank you, Lord, for touching people today. I thank you for healing people today, and I thank you for infecting people with the gift of faith where they'll know I can't doubt God. I've seen him do too much in me, I've seen him change too many things in my family. In Jesus' name. Not Friday, Lord, but right on this opening Monday night. Let there be a mighty moving of your power and spirit that back up your word. In Jesus' name. I thank you that whatever stronghold the devil thought he had in the Pacific Northwest, it is firmly and completely shattered tonight. I thank you that the windows of heaven are opening. The dam that the devil erected to block people getting saved and delivered and to keep them out of the house of God. I thank you that that dam is being broken right now, and people are gonna rush in by their hundreds and then thousands to receive Jesus Christ in the east part of Washington and the west part of Washington. Thank you for your fire. Thank you for your fire breaking out on people even right now, that a new generation of Washingtonians will leave here, knowing God and carrying his power to their generation. In Jesus' name. I thank you that you gave us power to live above the natural. Everything that's of sickness, everything that's of disease, everything that's of depression. Like my friend in Texas yesterday, things that are lingering physical and mental results of trauma and hardship and near-death experiences. I thank you that you not only heal people, you restore everything the devil took. Let everybody come out of this meeting, shrunk that they were before the attack! Shop that they were before the attack! In Jesus Muddy Day! With your hands the f- I thank you, for turning whole family for! Even right now! For turning whole family for Jesus Day! I thank you for I give you praise! I give you honor! I give you glory with your hands to find this take 30 seconds! And then you have force with your fingers! I give you to the Jesus and Love you. I thank you. Thank you for all you've done. Thank you for all you're doing now. Thank you for all you're going to do. Thank you for setting people free. Thank you for delivering people. Thank you that the taste and passion and lust for drugs and alcohol is broken today. Thank you for turning whole families around today. In Jesus' name. With every head bowed, every eye closed, put your hands down. If you're here tonight and you've never made Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior, I'm going to pray like I did that night for that Satanist girl that came who received Christ. Thank God for all the great stories of last week and the past, but it's not enough till you're ready and right with God. We want all men to be saved and come to a knowledge of the truth. I want everybody who's here tonight to ask yourself a question. Are you sure you're ready to meet the Lord? Are you living a life that's a hundred percent right with God? Or do you need to make things right today? When I pray, I would love to include you in that prayer. And you make Monday night for you, St. Patrick's Day, will have a different meaning for the rest of your life. That's the day I got right with God. That's the day my old life died, and a new life was born on the inside of me by the Holy Ghost. If you say, Jonathan, when you pray tonight, I want you to pray with me. I want to receive Jesus Christ. If you fell away from God, I want to come back to the Lord. Maybe a tragedy took place, and the devil used that tragedy to drive a wedge between you and God. But tonight you realize God brought me here to bring me back to Him. There's nothing you've done that's too great for God to forgive. I would love the privilege to pray with you tonight. If you say, Jonathan, yes, when you pray, include me in that prayer. Please put your hand up and wave it at me, and I'll pray with you right now. Wow, that's awesome. I want you to do something. The Bible says in John 1.12, if you confess me, or if you confess me before men, I'll confess you before my Father in heaven. John 1 12, as many as received him, to them he gave power to become the sons and daughters of God. I want you to do it the Bible way. The Bible says, if you'll come out from the crowd and be ye separate, if you'll confess me publicly, there's something powerful about it. Because it's the exact thing you're gonna have to do your whole life, is not care what the crowd's doing and do the thing you know in your spirit you need to do. Those of you with more courage, I want you to come first. It'll help those that are more timid. But everyone that lifted a hand in that business with God, join me at the altar and we're gonna pray right now. In Jesus' name. Come. I'm gonna pray with you right up here. Keep coming, keep clapping. Yes. Keep clapping, welcome. Thank you, J. Keep coming, make room. Go right across the front. This is great. Anyone else before we pray? If the Lord stir in your heart and you want to make things right, I'd be happy to wait for you. We love you very much. God bless you. God bless you. Tremendous. Lift your hands all across the front. I'm gonna give you the words to say, but say these words after me. As your own, as your own prayer to God. Even as you're praying this, God is gonna do a work on the inside of you. Take out your old heart and give you a new heart. Say this nice and loud. Heavenly Father, I've come forward today to give you my life. Forgive me of all my sins. Wash me in your blood. I believe in my heart. You raised Jesus from the dead. I confess with my mouth, Jesus is Lord and my Savior. Right now, I receive forgiveness by the blood of Jesus. I am saved, I am forgiven, I am clean. In Jesus' name. Amen.
