I strongly believe that we were all born to live a healthy life . Everyone here on earth has a special purpose and I want to support you on your own journey. This podcast is for both men and women. I believe that it is so important to take care of your overall wellbeing . I will also be sharing free tools to hep you with on your mental,physical and spiritual health because it is so important to take good care during these times. I am healing but I deserve to enjoy my life as well.I love & accept myself just as I am. I can go in and out of the healing journey. I deserve to be here, whatever happened to you was not your fault. My voice deserves to be heard. I deserve to be seen. It is okay if others do not understand or support me. It is okay to only surround myself with a few people as I learn how to love myself. It is okay to set boundaries and take care of me.

Observe the negative thought, Why do I think this way? Who said this? Where in my family are they struggling with their mental health? Do not get attached to the negative story inside of your head or believe these voices. It is most likely not true. It is okay to be scared but do not sit in fear or anxiety. Allow these thoughts to just pass by and choose a different thought pattern. You can change the story each time. Always give yourself love & compassion as you navigate through this .
