Every cell in my body vibrates with love.  I love myself just as I am. I embrace by body and my curves. I am grateful for a healthy body. My flaws are unique and beautiful . I respect , cherish and value myself. I am powerful,worthy, strong, successful and I deserve to be here. I enjoy all foods in moderation. I am getting physically stronger each day. I am getting strong from the inside and out. My muscles are growing. I am a 10/10 no matter what I look like. I am by ideal dream body shape. I appreciate being able to eat healthy foods. I am learning how to build a good relationship with food. I have a good relationship with food.
