Ephesians 4:23 You are being renewed in the spirit of your minds. 

We are constantly changing our thought patterns daily. God will always restore you and help you recharge  though so it is very important that you rest and drink enough water when you are going through this transition. We are in a season of facing our fears and releasing any limiting beliefs that are hidden in the subconscious mind.

1. BE STILL. OBSERVE THOSE FEARS AND SIT WITH IT.

2. SIT WITH THE PAIN AND FEEL IT ALL.

3. EMBRACE YOUR FEARS.  How can I learn how to love this or enjoy this more?

4. Rest and recharge . DAY OFF

5. TAKE ACTION . Show up and go for it.  You deserve a happy life.
