I strongly believe that we were all born to live a healthy life . Everyone here on earth has a special purpose and I want to support you on your own journey. This podcast is for both men and women. I believe that it is so important to take care of your overall wellbeing . I will also be sharing free tools to hep you with on your mental,physical and spiritual health because it is so important to take good care during these times. I feel like working with the conscious mind is also important. Your conscious mind is made up of 5-10 % and it tries to use will power to control behaviors , habits and beliefs. Longterm memory, critical thinking and logical thinking. The part of your brain that thinks, sets goals , makes plans and makes decisions. Its the voice playing inside your head all day (internal dialogue).
It is important to constantly fill your mind with good thoughts constantly and its the most challenging . The positive voices should be louder than the negative voices in your head . It is like going to the gym.. you have to workout that same muscle for it to grow stronger. It will.
I am worthy and I am strong. I deserve to be love, cherished and appreciated. I am worthy of receiving the same type of love that I give. I am who I am and that's enough. I respect myself . I value myself. I cherish myself. I nurture my inner child. Being seen is safe. I am a powerful woman or masculine. I love my heart and the way that it loves deeply.
