Hey y'all! Welcome back to Creative Sobriety where we talk to interesting people who happen to be sober! Today I have the treat of hosting my friend, Ron, who you may know online as @therecoveringnomad! Ron is a self-proclaimed digital nomad who's visited over 44 countries all while maintaining a sober lifestyle.

Ron shares a bit about his sobriety story, his work in the very important men's work and mental health spaces, as well as an abundance of resources specifically for men interested in unlearning maladaptive masculinity and working on emotional vulnerability.

I'm so grateful Ron was willing to be open and vulnerable about his own journey and that he now dedicates so much of his time and energy to paying it forward and facilitating the same healing for other men.
