Today's episode is so fun! I'm chatting with two sober girls, literally, and also the co-founders of 2 Sober Girls, Michaela and Erinn.

These two found each other through sobriety and have created a safe haven for women looking for guidance, community, and all things wellness, spirituality, and beauty on their sober paths.

We decided to tackle the subject of sober sex and dating because it's something we all have to face once we quit drinking and it can be overwhelming. Not enough women talk about this stuff openly and we want to change that!
