Pete Mohr:

Are you ready to move from operator to owner? Well, decisions in your organization should be made at the lowest possible level of your business every day, there is a framework that can help and it's called the five P's. Understanding your promise, aligning your product process and people to it will generate the most amount of profit. And that's when the freedom comes. Freedom from the day to day management and freedom to start doing the things that you want, and deserve to do, inside and outside of your business. No one ever said it was easy, but it's time to start the process on the business owner breakthrough. If you'd like to chat with me about helping you breakthrough in your business, simply go to speak to pete.com that speak to pete.com, to book an appointment and to see if we're a right fit. While I'm excited to relaunch the simplifying entrepreneurship podcast now known as the business owner breakthrough. As I said in the intro, it's all around the five P's. so, so important that all major business decisions flow within that framework. And that's why most of the podcasts here ongoing will always be referring back to one of those five P's. And we're going to have actionable tips, actionable items, and things that you can do to break through in your business as the business leader or owner, you know, it's all around turning your frustrations in the freedoms. And if you're feeling that overwhelm of making every little decision all the time and helping people through and you're asking yourself, you know, my team should know what to do in this situation, yet, you're still involved? Well, these are the things that we're going to continuously work through here on the business owner breakthrough podcast, the idea really here is to move you from operator into ownership, and you know, are you going to be pulled back down into operating? Absolutely, are you going to be pulled back down into managing? Absolutely. But this idea is that you shouldn't be doing it every single day, and you shouldn't be involved in every single decision that's happening in your business. And, you know, when we put the process in place, it really changes things, those five P's, the alignment of your product, your process, and your people all the sphere of influence around your business, to the promise, and the clarification and communication of your promise, internally and externally, really changed things so that all those decisions can be made for you instead of by you. And that's the cause of freedom for you. So that you can actually have some freedom inside your business and outside your business. Remember, you got into business and became a business leader, because you had certain things if you kind of wheel back a little bit and think about you know, one year, three years, five years ago, when you were deciding to become a business owner, you're saying, Why do I want to become a business owner, it's because you know, I can achieve maybe this, this and this, reel it back a little bit and regenerate those thoughts. Because if you're not experiencing those yet, there's some work to be done. And a lot of people aren't as business owners, they find themselves mired down in those frustrations of opening the door every day of making every decision of hiring every person of doing all of those different things in the business as though they were managing the business instead of owning it. And I think really interestingly, we do need to manage sometimes, and you're not going to always get out, you own the business still. So for sure you're the bottom line. But at the same time, if you want more than that, then that's what the business owner breakthrough is all about. So share this podcast, with any of your friends that are business owners, they're going to be quick tips. I know business owners are busy like you. And the idea here is, you know, five minutes eight minute podcast once a week, with an actionable item that will change and 52 weeks later, you're gonna have all sorts of things if you've taken the opportunity to actually do a couple of the things that we talk about. It's like compound interest, they just tack on to each other. And when they do that, it frees you up as the business owner. So one of my favorite quotes is from Jack Welch and he was the leader, longtime leader of General Electric and he said, When you become a leader success is about growing others, but you have to do it in a way in a system that makes sense, not only for you but for them too. It's exciting times ahead here on the business owner bro breakthrough podcast. Looking forward to sharing some tips, tools and fun with you make it a great day
