Ultimately, decisions should be made at the lowest possible level of your organisation. And if you're making all of the decisions, you've got some work to do. There are statistics out there that say we make about 35,000 decisions in a day. And you know what, as the business owner, that doesn't surprise me. But what is interesting is that a lot of the decisions that you may be making a run lower level decisions. I've got this thing around decision making that says decisions should be made at the lowest possible level of the organisation. And with a tool and framework like this. It allows people to get the craziness out of their heads onto paper clarify what we're trying to go through, understand the decision and be able to make the decision. Like everything I do at simplifying entrepreneurship. It's all around creating and simplifying some things so that you can move ahead and take actionable steps to have a better future for your life as the business owner. So many of the business owners I work with are stuck at some sort of glass ceiling essentially. And usually it involves making bigger decisions, they feel paralysed around those or they feel sort of stuck in a position and they don't know how to pursue and get through. Well, that's what the whole point of the five F decision making process is, you know, the process of growth and improvement is always ongoing. And there's always more to learn. And design already is here to support you and every step of the way, providing that solid foundation on which you can build these decision making skills. It should be part of your ritual this year in becoming a better decision maker. It's time to leave behind the sleepless nights and uncertainty and embrace a future filled with clarity, confidence and momentum. You know, we aren't born as good decision makers but transforming your approach to decision making won't happen overnight. But with the persistence and dedication, you will see things improving not only for you but for all of the team members in your business. And because you're not helping them make decisions, and you're not giving them the authority to carry the decisions through, right? These are all pieces of the puzzle in order to go from operator and move from operator to owner in your business. And when you start embracing the five F framework and watch your decisions transform from the sources of stress and confusion, to catalysts for growth and success. Well, that's when it gets fun and exciting. So for each of the next five weeks, we're going to dig into one of these five apps. And I'll say them again, because I think it's super important here along the way. But we start with the future. What does the future look like for this decision? Understanding the facts, at least as we know them now, the figures as we know them now, what are the stats in the dollars and all of the different things that we can pull together? Understand the feelings of everybody involved in this decision? Because, well, like our five p framework that we've gone through earlier in this podcast, you know, the people such a big piece of the puzzle, so we have to actually take into consideration all the feelings of the people involved in this decision. And last but not least, the feedback and get all of the feedback from all of the sources that we can in order to make the best decision possible. These five steps are going to help you become a better leader in your business, make quicker decisions that will have bigger impact on your business and on your personal life.
