Her journey into the magical world of somatics started after her first Trauma Informed YTT in 2013, which led to quitting her job in politics & dedicating her life to learn how to become her own best healer & to guiding others into doing the same. She creates personalized & unconventional ways for her clients to land somatics in their body, their way. She guides her clients in uncovering their body's unique language as a tool to build a life centered around who they really are and what they truly desire.
