The Motherhood and Leadership series will focus on the realities of leadership from a mother’s perspective.

The conversations will provide a range of role models in a range of settings, with diverse responsibilities and stories of motherhood. We will be discussing the gender pay gap and the gender disparity in leadership that is exacerbated by the motherhood penalty amongst the other realities of being a working mother.
