Graventown
A kindness, positivity, mental health and music-magic-based informal conversational town hall created, authored, and produced by award winning Canadian singer songwriter and ex-journalist Matty McKechnie (known musically as Graven). Whether he has acclaimed or interesting pals, comedians, musicians or artists to interview - or even if it's just a solo-yolo convo that he "sends into the universe", Matty would always want you to know that you - whoever and wherever you are - are ALWAYS welcome in Graventown.

Episode 102: The Low Flow
Friends. Howdy. I sure haven't been around these parts but I've appreciated the clicks and upticks. Thank you! I'm entering hibernation station for this part of the season so please excuse my slow podcast delivery system, but I wanted to fire one off into the universe, regardless. I used to have a supervisor who would say "irregardless of that" all the time to try and sound smart, and it always irked me (because that's not even really a word - well, it sort of is - anyways, let's not get too deep into the word-weeds). I have some shows upcoming and some thoughts I wanted to share and I hope you all enjoy the auditory rollercoaster ramblings of my current state. Love, peace and chicken grease.
Catch me in a town near you in 2025 alongside Melissa Payne, Stephen Stanley (Lowest of the Low) and many other rad artists by visiting my website to see where I'm playing. I'm also getting ready to launch a brand new album, so brace your sonic souls for that. If people can hate for no reason, I can love for no reason - and I love you. Thanks for stopping by Graventown. Yer always welcome here. As a full time independent artist, you can support me by buying the Always Everthing vinyl or brand new "block heater" toque here or by joining my SUPER RAD subscription service at https://ko-fi.com/gravencanada - and remember - you're always welcome in Graventown.
