Hello friends. I went on a bit of a tirade here, but the mental health battery seems depleted for so many, so I thought it was fitting. Thought I would send one out to the universe before the busyness of the Holidaze craze gets our goats. There are so many digital voices online vying for your attention so don't be afraid to shut certain ones out. Be in the moment as much as you can, because there are so many forces that are trying to take you out of the moment. All the time. Take care of you.
