Pleasure gets a bad wrap in religious and spiritual teachings and also in secular society. The “there is no gain without pain” meme needs to be questioned. Here we’ll skip the bias, leave behind the cultural conditioning and discuss the importance of pleasure (including sexual pleasure!) – with the scientific research to prove it!
