Guess who finally edited the episode they recorded with Dad & Deb back in MARCH? This guy 👈

And thank goodness, because it's hilarious.

They came to town to celebrate his 60th bday and visit our house for the very first time, so naturally, I handed them microphones 🎤 What followed was one of my favorite conversations we've ever had - equal parts heartfelt, hilarious, and awkward.

We had so much to discuss concerning six decades of life, including:

  • What he thought he'd have figured out by now 🤔
  • Whether you ever truly stop caring what people think
  • Why life is better at the beach 🌊
  • What 30-year-old him would think if they met today
  • How their neighbor accidentally went viral 🤳
  • Everything you need to know about aliens 👽
  • A mortifying moment from when I was a teen

PLUS: We conducted a live Pepsi vs. Coke taste test to determine which reigns supreme. The results of this experiment will shock you🥤

P.S. If you want to hear his first episode, check out #59, "Hey Everyone, It's My Dad Keith" 🎧

SPEAKER_01

Hey everyone, it's Dev, and it's been a long time. I'm back at this moment. I can't tell you what the plan is. I don't know, but here I am. I'm back. And we're sharing a mic for the first time ever. We are having technical difficulties. Would you like to introduce yourself?

SPEAKER_00

Hello, I am Tiffany's father.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, I came right from his sperm. And Deb, will you please introduce yourself? Yes, hi, I'm Deb. Yes.

SPEAKER_00

My gorgeous wife, Bebe. So nice.

SPEAKER_01

Right here in the studio. So we've obviously had my dad on before, but we haven't had Deb. They're here visiting, so we had to have part two with the full crew. I'm apparently a little rusty. We've still made some primo content. The reason we're sharing a mic is because we couldn't figure it out. Not for lack of trying. It's been about two hours. He talks pretty quiet, but we're hoping to get something amazing still for you. So hi, we're here. But we've never had my stepmom on, and I don't like that word. It has like an angry tone to it. You know? You need to lean in.

SPEAKER_00

Do I?

SPEAKER_01

Um, but my dad's here visiting at my house, so we're here. We're excited. We're recording a pod because why not? You know? So it's his 60th birthday. We have we have six zero balloons. It's very exciting. And we're gonna ask some questions today of the lovely couple.

SPEAKER_00

All right.

SPEAKER_01

So thank you for being here. We're having technical difficulties, that's why we're sharing a mic.

SPEAKER_00

Okay.

SPEAKER_01

Great. So, as I mentioned, you're turning 60. Yes. What year were you born?

SPEAKER_00

66.

SPEAKER_01

Oh. That was the year of the Mustang that I had.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, it was.

SPEAKER_01

So, what were you doing in 69?

SPEAKER_00

Crawling around, probably. I was three, so I was toddling.

SPEAKER_01

How old were you when you lost your virginity?

SPEAKER_00

Four.

SPEAKER_01

Wait. I laughed, but that's sad. Folks, that's a joke. Stop.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, sorry, we can't say that. I was illegal. 18.

SPEAKER_01

18? Wow, so was I.

SPEAKER_00

Not by choice. Trust me. But yes, eighteen.

SPEAKER_01

What do you mean?

SPEAKER_00

It would have been earlier. I would have liked to, yes, but see. You need someone else, so it kind of you need someone else.

SPEAKER_04

Death looks horrified.

SPEAKER_01

She's like, uh what a weird start we're off to. If you're comfortable, how old were you when you lost? I was 16. I was 16. I was very proud. Yeah, I was very proud of that. That's that. I felt like a loser at 18, I'm not gonna lie. Did you?

SPEAKER_00

Yes, yes. It's worse as a boy, believe me. At least it was back in my day. Anyway.

SPEAKER_01

At 60, what's something you no longer pretend to care about?

SPEAKER_00

Pretend to care about?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, like maybe people's opinions or that's what I'm saying. You don't pretend.

SPEAKER_00

Not now, there's not much I don't pretend, but that has been for quite a while.

SPEAKER_01

What do you mean?

SPEAKER_00

I don't care about shit for I haven't for a long time, is my point. Anyway, let me think if there's anything new stuff.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, like, you know, that you feel that's a little bit like, wow, I really couldn't care less about that all of a sudden, but maybe I used to.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Not with your toe on the camera. Look at you. It's this first time in a stew, folks. Whoops, whoops. Sorry about that. What is that? I put you on the spot with that. It's yeah, you did. Okay. Plus. You can come back to it.

SPEAKER_00

Okay.

SPEAKER_01

But do you care what people think about you?

SPEAKER_00

That's what I mean. I haven't, it's not 60. I haven't cared for a long time.

SPEAKER_01

Well, I still care. Did you care at 33?

SPEAKER_00

You get less and less as you get older trusty.

SPEAKER_01

Deb, what do you think about this? Absolutely.

SPEAKER_00

I still care. What people think. Well, I mean, I still do to a point.

SPEAKER_01

You're still a human.

SPEAKER_00

Right, but I don't leave the house looking unkempt.

SPEAKER_01

What the hell does that mean? Unkempt.

SPEAKER_00

You know people go to the store.

SPEAKER_01

Your thing's small.

SPEAKER_00

Well, thanks.

SPEAKER_01

Sorry. Anyway, you're gonna go around unkempt, whatever the hell that means.

SPEAKER_00

That means I have to at least I don't go out with messy hair or I'm not talking about that.

SPEAKER_01

You don't worry about people think about you emotionally.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. Can't get back to how you look.

SPEAKER_00

Well, no, no, that's that's a whole different thing.

SPEAKER_01

That's what I'm asking.

SPEAKER_00

Well, I was going the other way, sorry. No, of course I care. It depends who. Who the person is. Well, uh, do I care about people's feelings? It depends who and what I'm caring.

SPEAKER_01

Not even their feelings, their thoughts about you.

SPEAKER_00

Like, what if someone thought like yes, because people think the wrong things about me all the time.

SPEAKER_01

It bugs me when people think wrong about me too.

SPEAKER_00

My whole life. Not my whole life. My adult life. Because I'm quiet, people think that I am arrogant and not I don't want to talk to them because I'm too good for them.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, really?

SPEAKER_00

Which is true, but Which part?

SPEAKER_01

That you don't want to talk to them or that you're arrogant?

SPEAKER_00

Well, both of them. No, but I just don't talk to people because unless I know them, I just don't share. It's I'm very quiet.

SPEAKER_01

I remember as a kid when we go to like the grocery store, the cashier would say, How you doing today, sir? And you just wouldn't answer, and it would break my heart. No, you wouldn't say anything. You just mm-mm. I didn't. And me as a kid, I'd be like, He's good, we're good. We're having a good day.

SPEAKER_00

You thought I didn't say things, but I did it's hard to hear him.

SPEAKER_01

Here's something about my dad, he's quiet.

SPEAKER_00

Ask Tony.

SPEAKER_01

You guys are familiar with Tony? Going down, going down, done dams. Anyway, sorry, Deb, we're not even letting you talk. We're annoying.

SPEAKER_03

No, no, to your point, he absolutely, and that was one of the most shocking things about him when I first met him was that we went out to eat, and the host was like, Hi, how are you guys? I'm like, good.

SPEAKER_01

And he's like, Yeah, you act like you respond, you don't.

SPEAKER_03

No, not even a little bit. I was like, how?

SPEAKER_01

Oh my god. I'm like, you don't talk? He's like, I don't talk.

SPEAKER_00

Is it sad?

SPEAKER_01

It's sad because when I hold the door open for someone and they don't say thank you, I'm like, Yes, people think I'm a dick all the time. So that doesn't bother you, or it does bother you?

SPEAKER_00

After a lifetime of people thinking I'm a dick, no, it doesn't bother me anymore. Now I'm old, I'm expected to be.

SPEAKER_01

A dick? I'm confused. You do or you don't care? About some people. Okay.

SPEAKER_00

The general public, I don't give a fuck.

SPEAKER_01

So who? People that know you and love you? Yes. Okay. That feels right. Um also later today we're gonna do a taste test. Completely random, but I want to introduce it. If you guys watch the Super Bowl, which they didn't, but I was telling them about the commercial with the Coca-Cola bear. If you saw it, he was like debating back and forth between Diet Coke and Pepsi Zero. So anyway, we got to talking and we're gonna do a full-on taste test today, folks. So Gabe's gonna come in. We have five different options. He's not gonna tell us what they are. You are bumping the camera again. Get your little tozies out of here. We have Diet Coke, Pepsi Zero, Coke Zero, Regular Coke, and Diet Pepsi. That's all those. Sorry, folks. All those. And so we're gonna try them and we're gonna see a couple things. Number one, can we taste the difference? Number two, what's our favorite? And number three, is Coke truly better than Pepsi?

SPEAKER_00

We must know. We must know.

SPEAKER_01

We've been wondering. And apparently he can taste like if there's a sniff of regular Coke in his diet coke. So he's apparently like a police dog. So we'll see if that actually tracks. And we have some nut thins to cleanse the palate in between. We've thought about this, we're ready for you. Hello. But anyway, in a bit. What's a trend that's happening right now that makes you say absolutely not? What do you see these days that the kids are doing that you're like, that's weird?

SPEAKER_00

That's weird. I don't have a a child that that uh I don't have a child.

SPEAKER_01

I'm right here. I am the child. Um anyway, Deb, any thoughts for you? Maybe you're more hit. What did you mean? You're not familiar with Gen Z?

SPEAKER_00

Right.

SPEAKER_01

I'm a millennial, folks. Is Tony? What? A millennial?

SPEAKER_00

I don't know the cutoff of those things.

SPEAKER_01

I don't either. What are you? You're Gen X.

SPEAKER_00

No. Yeah, you are.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, you are. Yes, you are. You're not a boomer, and you're not millennial. So you're a Gen X.

SPEAKER_03

Gen X goes to 65, 65, 50.

SPEAKER_01

The balloons ain't lying. They say 6-0. Anyway, we love a Gen X. But like I said, what's a trend you don't like?

SPEAKER_00

Oh, big giant legged friggin' jeans.

SPEAKER_01

Me and your wife just wore big-length jeans last night, so that's not.

SPEAKER_00

I don't like them. Yes, that.

SPEAKER_01

You don't like ours?

unknown

No.

SPEAKER_03

No. He doesn't. He's appalled. He hates them.

SPEAKER_01

Well, I don't like your skinny jeans.

SPEAKER_00

And I don't care.

SPEAKER_01

But you know and love me, so you do care. That's what you said. Yeah, okay. It's fine. I like your skinny jeans.

SPEAKER_00

No, just giant leg jeans make me. It looks like a 90s rap video.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. I don't want a scrap. Well, I guess you're wrong about that, but you don't like it.

SPEAKER_00

You asked me, I didn't.

SPEAKER_01

No, you're fair. Sorry. Everyone's valid here. Deb, are there any trends you don't like that you see? No, I like them all. They're all cute. Yeah.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

She wears them, so but they're cute and like we don't see, but like because you know, he likes, I think, skinny jeans.

SPEAKER_00

My woman.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. It's he likes I like to see the way the curves. That's right. Yeah. He's 60, folks. What does he know? You know, I'm kidding.

SPEAKER_04

I'm just kidding.

SPEAKER_01

Comedy. What's something you thought you'd have figured out by 60, but you don't?

SPEAKER_00

You people.

SPEAKER_04

What do you mean?

SPEAKER_00

Women, man. Women. Uh-oh.

SPEAKER_01

Right. But you seem to be doing just fine.

SPEAKER_00

It's a day-to-day thing, believe me. It could go wrong really quick.

SPEAKER_01

What does that even mean? If you've been married that long, you've clearly been doing a good thing. What year did you guys get married? 2016. Ten years this year. Wow. Broke the record.

SPEAKER_05

Broke the record.

SPEAKER_01

What do you guys crushing it? What um I have a few questions about that. Number one, how are you gonna celebrate this year?

SPEAKER_00

We're going to Disneyland.

SPEAKER_01

When is it? We're going to Disneyland in May.

SPEAKER_00

No, we're not. We're going to.

SPEAKER_04

No, we did that last year. November.

SPEAKER_00

We don't know yet. Oh, do we?

SPEAKER_01

We don't know. And what do you attribute to 10 years? Both of you.

SPEAKER_00

Being old this time.

SPEAKER_01

Give me a tip. I'm at four. I got six to go.

SPEAKER_00

I had one, but I don't know if I can say.

SPEAKER_01

Is it to suck knob?

SPEAKER_00

No.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, sorry. Sorry. Do you not want to say it still? No, I can say it.

SPEAKER_00

You can take however you want, but this has to do with uh get your fucking toes on the bottom.

SPEAKER_05

Oh god damn it.

SPEAKER_03

Wow, that is your deal. I can't move it.

SPEAKER_00

I just I just have nervous toes, I guess.

SPEAKER_04

Put it on this pillow. Fold your legs or something. Toe fuck the pillow. Don't put it on the stand. Oh my god. Crazy.

SPEAKER_00

Anyway, it's like Mauricio and PK.

SPEAKER_05

Okay. And me. Okay.

SPEAKER_00

What we all have in common, what you guys don't get. If you want to take some time and separate, if a guy's at that point, it's over. There's no coming back. You saw what PK did, you saw what Mauricio did. Gone.

SPEAKER_01

Wait, so that's your tip? Yes. What do you mean?

SPEAKER_00

If you tell a man we need some time and take some time, he's over the relationship. If it gets to that point, don't think he's coming back. He's gonna go get some strange. Okay. So if it gets to that point, what I'm telling you is, as a woman, okay, don't do that.

SPEAKER_04

Okay.

SPEAKER_01

The reason you don't be made it to 10 years, if I'm judging this right, is because she hasn't said that to you, because that's all I'm tracking. Is that what you're getting to? What the fuck else is this example relevant?

SPEAKER_04

I haven't asked for time.

SPEAKER_03

We've made it because I haven't asked for some time to joke. Oh, and he hasn't gone out and gotten strange. Strange. Daddy calls it strange.

SPEAKER_02

What the Yes, he calls these rude things like strange. Yeah, stra I've never heard it called out. Do you understand what we're saying?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, how is that advice?

SPEAKER_00

One thing clear. I'm not drunk. I'm just high.

SPEAKER_01

Totally. Anyway, Dad was saying something that made no sense. You were saying that you and Debbie made it because she hasn't asked to go sow her oats elsewhere. Like that's your tip.

SPEAKER_00

No. The tip to you people for longevity is don't let it get to that point.

SPEAKER_01

How do you do that?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, that's really work on stuff. And stuff.

SPEAKER_01

Like it's easy to say work on it. What the fuck does that mean? Give us something, give us a nuggets.

SPEAKER_00

Move to the beach.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. I would say argue on the beach.

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_03

Now we're getting somewhere too. In the car or on the beach. Don't let people know you're biz. Okay.

SPEAKER_01

I love that. So if 30-year-old you met 60-year-old you, what would he roast you about?

SPEAKER_00

I don't know, man.

SPEAKER_01

When you were 30, how old was I?

SPEAKER_00

Well, how old are you now? I take 30 years away.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, three.

SPEAKER_00

I dressed you funny.

SPEAKER_01

Yes. And I was always very cute.

SPEAKER_00

Yes.

SPEAKER_01

Always. Remember when I went down the stairs at the cabin? Headfirst. But for some reason I do, and I was little. I felt that. Of course you remember. Yeah, and I've hit my head a lot, and I am pretty fine. Anyway, what would he roast you about? Um I don't want to make you feel bad, but I feel like he'd be like, You're in parades? Oh, probably. That's fucking crazy, dude. He'd be like, you're on floats?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Like, what are you, the mayor?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah. You're right. Right? Good one, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

It's a good one. That's crazy. He would be surprised, I feel like.

SPEAKER_00

Yes.

SPEAKER_01

Like, you're that social, eh?

SPEAKER_00

Like, what are you doing? Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Like, wow, you're up there.

SPEAKER_00

You're that guy.

SPEAKER_01

Parade. You love a parade though, don't you? I do. You fucking love a parade.

SPEAKER_00

As long as I'm in it.

SPEAKER_01

As long as he's in it. Fun fact about these guys, they're pretty much a part of the community and they're in all the parades. Not all of them.

SPEAKER_03

It is the locals only 4th of July bike parade held before the biggest parade on this side of the Mississippi, which is televised even. Yeah, it's a pretty big deal. I want to catch that next year. Wait, so we're veterans, so that's why they invite us to be on the phone.

SPEAKER_01

Seriously. Yes, you're welcome. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

But they have cars or trucks. Yeah. It's always fun. Hot rods. Yes, you're welcome.

SPEAKER_01

See how small yours is compared to hers? Talk louder.

SPEAKER_00

Dude, get a better mic, man.

SPEAKER_03

No, it's you. Honey, put the pillow behind your back and I'll just push you up a little bit and just be up like that. You're gonna kill me in a minute.

SPEAKER_00

Does Tony get this kind of Yes?

SPEAKER_01

And I'm up her ass about it, and she's so annoying.

SPEAKER_00

Well, damn.

SPEAKER_01

What's the most I'm 60 purchase you've made?

SPEAKER_00

No, if you have one, go what? Oh no. You shook your head like, oh yeah.

SPEAKER_03

It's your question. Yeah, no, it's your question.

SPEAKER_00

Well, I know, but 60 questions. I don't.

SPEAKER_01

You're blanking for real?

SPEAKER_00

Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_01

It's yellow.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my my midlife crisis car.

SPEAKER_01

I don't know, that's what I was thinking.

SPEAKER_00

Well, but that was a long time ago. That's just me. I mean, I I've always had weird cars, so yeah.

SPEAKER_03

What else? Dead nose hit us there. Well, your under-eye makeup that you got.

SPEAKER_00

Oh yeah, but that was a long time ago and I didn't use it, so I mean Well, like within the last year. Yeah, it wasn't makeup, it was cream to shrink the hit tissues. Well, it wasn't like eyeliner or anything.

SPEAKER_03

No, but it but you thought it was gonna shrink, and all it was was like cover up. It was like highlighter. Well, I don't I don't know if it shrank or not.

SPEAKER_00

I would have had to use it to find out if it shrank. It was just I never used it. No. It wasn't makeup, damn it. It was clear.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, yeah. Oh, so you ordered something else?

SPEAKER_00

Oh, that little yellow tube. Oh, the most I got the most old thing that I bought. What? Hair coloring that you shampoo in and it gradually fades the gray. There.

unknown

Oh, they make that?

SPEAKER_00

Yes, they do. I use it. Okay. Does it work? Look at me. Come on. Come on.

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_01

Great answer. Took you a minute, but I didn't give you any prep. Um, first time seeing my house. Be honest. First thoughts when you walked in. Both of you. You can tell me if it was so good.

SPEAKER_00

No, it's great. It just the outside doesn't look like the layout. It's like, that's weird. Yeah. It's nice though. It's very nice. I like it.

SPEAKER_03

It's gorgeous. It is, yeah. It is absolutely beautiful. Everything matches. I was just talking about it.

SPEAKER_00

Very well.

SPEAKER_03

Even your bathroom. You have the animal with the hair. Yeah. And then I'm like, the wall. There's no clutter. It's like the hair. It all I love a match. There's no cluttering. And downstairs. I'm like, oh, this looks like the hair on the and like was it intense? It was intentional. I feel like everything you have. Thank you. Every single thing in this house. Yes, it's decorated wonderfully. It is.

SPEAKER_00

That's what I mean. There's no cluttering. It's beautiful.

SPEAKER_03

No, and no, it's not everything. Because like we're kind of judging. No, I have clutter. I know. We do.

SPEAKER_00

I don't clutter. Trust me.

SPEAKER_03

No, this is it looks like a model home. It's absolutely beautiful. I love the vibe. Yeah. No, but everything is intentional. It all matches. It all flows.

SPEAKER_01

I love that. And what do you think 18-year-old me would think of this house or my life now?

SPEAKER_00

I don't think you'd believe you where you are. I don't know. You were just so full of doubt of everything yourself. And yes, you even said yourself you didn't you're scared of everything.

SPEAKER_01

I know, but I didn't know. You were scared of everything.

SPEAKER_00

I didn't know that was awesome. Oh yeah, I don't know if your dad could tell if I was scared of everything. No.

SPEAKER_01

Oh my god, that's so sad. So I was so doubting myself.

SPEAKER_00

Yes.

SPEAKER_01

Well, you made it. What else is new? No, I'm still doubting myself.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, but you're here, so yeah. Everybody's making it. Trust me. It's life, man. Everybody's just here making it.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

What was I like as a teenager that I probably don't remember correctly? Maybe what you just told me?

SPEAKER_00

I don't know what you remember, so I don't know if it's like. Jovial? You weren't bad. You weren't a bad teenager.

SPEAKER_01

I wasn't fat? Oh, bad.

SPEAKER_00

Bad.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

What the time that I had you, you weren't you weren't a problem. You weren't sassy. Eh, a little sassy, but not.

SPEAKER_01

What do you mean? He goes, you weren't sassy.

SPEAKER_00

No, I mean you weren't like a ho uh Hollywood kid or movie kid. I'm going to my room. That kind of shit. No, you weren't that. You were fine.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. I didn't have a room to go in, but yeah.

SPEAKER_05

No, that's not what I mean.

SPEAKER_01

There was nowhere to storm off to. There was nowhere to go. But yeah, you're right. You're right. Was Tony more sassy?

SPEAKER_00

Tony was Wednesday. Tony had sass.

SPEAKER_01

What's a moment where you thought, yep, that track, she's mine.

SPEAKER_00

You?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Like, oh, that's my kid.

SPEAKER_00

Early on, like. There's been all kinds of things. Recently, you're uh sending us to good restaurants because you know good restaurants. Exactly.

SPEAKER_03

That's what he said. He goes, That's my daughter. Good recommendations, Fabs. Yeah. He goes, Of course, that's my daughter. It was really cool.

SPEAKER_01

That's pretty cool.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, and now to you love birds. Now, when did you first fall in love? And how and why? And when and how? Take it away and talk loud.

SPEAKER_00

I listened to this uh radio show. It was a long time ago. And there's an online following of that radio show.

SPEAKER_01

Much like my cherries. Yes.

SPEAKER_00

But it was for the radio show, not a podcast. But whatever. You get what I'm saying. Did I tell you it was a radio show? Anyway, on this radio show, there's like a fan thing. I don't remember it was it's like a Patreon. I think it was a Facebook group or some shit. I don't remember.

SPEAKER_03

It was a Facebook group.

SPEAKER_00

And you know, fans, I'm sure you're like your fan group exchanging zingers back and forth amongst themselves. Yeah, so I don't know. I was friends with some people. And I was moving back down SoCal from up here. I told those people, and one of those people turned out to be her sister. I was getting off drinking at that time. So your sister said to you, what?

SPEAKER_03

So there's this guy I know on Facebook, and he's a little coming undone right now. And he's moving to Southern California, and I think he's trying to stop drinking, but I think you'd get a real kick out of him. And it sounds like he's gonna be kind of around you. I don't know.

unknown

Whoa.

SPEAKER_03

Next exit down. When did you meet in person? And what did you think? Well, I remember him because I was also on Belcher's fan page, but then he got a little bit too like gnarly for me, and I was like, gotta not this. But I remember seeing his profile, and I literally stopped in my tracks. I'm I will I know this moment. I was in my son's bedroom on his computer, and I was going through Facebook, and it was his profile picture, like by a lake or river or something. I stopped and I was like, What a beautiful. I was like, Oh, it just took my breath away for a minute. And and then so when she was like, You can be friends with this guy, as soon as I got on, I saw and I'm like, I remember him.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, you had already seen.

SPEAKER_03

I had seen his picture like years be earlier. Wow. Uh-huh. I was like, hmm, yeah, he's pretty cute.

SPEAKER_01

Wow. Okay. And then someone messaged someone.

SPEAKER_00

Well, yeah, I had like several like chicks from high school I was also talking to at the time.

SPEAKER_01

So I had like several offer Was that what you like to do in your free time between relationships? Go back to high school?

SPEAKER_00

No. I had things lined up on my way when I got back here.

SPEAKER_01

I know, but why high school?

SPEAKER_00

The high school girls, they just found me.

SPEAKER_03

The Anaheim area from that locale. He was lining things up.

SPEAKER_00

Actual high school girls. Girls from high school.

SPEAKER_03

I know. I know.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, got it.

SPEAKER_00

See, those girls got married and then they got divorced, and now they're all the guys they should have married anyway. Anyway. So I had some of them lined up, and she was like, nah. She jumped right in front and texted. She jumped right in front. Texted, texted me all the way down from the trip down the grapevine and cock block me from then on.

SPEAKER_01

How did she get you?

SPEAKER_00

Well, look. She's wonderful.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, but look. Oh no.

SPEAKER_01

That was a good flirt. That was a good flirt. You need to teach Gabe that move.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, she's wonderful and she adores me most of the time.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. That's good. Nobody can, you know, not be annoying a hundred percent of the time.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And I know that, you know, you have your things. One of them folks, he gets really angry driving. Um it's not a big deal, but you've never seen anything like it.

SPEAKER_00

Um You've probably seen things like it.

SPEAKER_01

No, I don't think you have, not his brand. But overall, that's really cute. Okay, rapid fire. Okay. Pion. Early bird or night owl for both of you.

SPEAKER_00

Early, early.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, early. Planner or wing it?

SPEAKER_00

Wing it.

SPEAKER_02

You yeah, wing it. Oh, planner. Oh, yeah. Two. Me too.

SPEAKER_01

Me too. Yes. Okay. Competitive or it's just for fun.

SPEAKER_00

It's just for fun, usually, yes. I'm not competitive. Who am I competing who do I compete with? Oh, yeah, I guess I am. Who? It just depends what, like driving or whatever, yes. My little games. Okay, okay, woman. Fine.

SPEAKER_01

Your little games. I already know this answer. Lake House or Beach. Come on. Apologize first or dig your heels in.

SPEAKER_00

I apologize. Yeah, I do, yes.

SPEAKER_01

I don't think that tracks in the room.

SPEAKER_00

Apparently that's not the s the expected answer.

SPEAKER_03

But you're it takes a little gray area.

SPEAKER_00

I know, so okay.

SPEAKER_01

It's it's a little bit wrap it up faster. Forgive and forget or forgive and remember.

SPEAKER_00

I forget. I don't know. Forgive and forget.

SPEAKER_01

Water on the bridge. Strict parent or cool parent?

SPEAKER_00

You tell me. Why are you asking me?

SPEAKER_01

Well, what do you think you did?

SPEAKER_00

Both. Yes, no? Yeah. Okay. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I think it was a blend. What about you? Oh, I was cool. Yeah. Chorch chart or chaos?

SPEAKER_00

Me? Chart.

SPEAKER_01

No, you're not.

SPEAKER_00

What?

SPEAKER_01

You have no chore chart? Oh, chore chart. Yeah. I mean you were little. You mean like I used to clean your house for fun. I'd be like, I think this weekend we're gonna clean.

SPEAKER_00

No, no, I didn't have a chore chart.

SPEAKER_01

No, I know. You're chaos.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Absolutely chaos. But I didn't allow chaos either, so. It wasn't messy.

SPEAKER_01

I mean you let the dog shit all over the place.

SPEAKER_00

Outside?

SPEAKER_01

No. They would always poop in the house.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, that house? Yes, was chaos. Um.

SPEAKER_01

These are dumb questions. What grade was my peak?

SPEAKER_00

My peak?

SPEAKER_01

Mine!

SPEAKER_00

In what?

SPEAKER_01

I don't know. Entertainment. One time, I don't know if you remember this. But I didn't know that boobs grow hair. And I was at your house when I discovered that it had a really long hair coming off my boob like that, because I didn't realize. And I plucked it and I brought it out to the group to show everyone. And I was like, this is crazy. You don't remember? You guys were like.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, I don't remember that.

SPEAKER_04

I do. How old were you? Like high school. I was confused. Okay, but I didn't know boobs grow hair. Do they?

SPEAKER_00

Blonde chicks don't have these kind of problems.

SPEAKER_04

I don't have hair on my boots. I have hair on my book. I'm confused. You don't get a rogue.

SPEAKER_00

She's a real blonde, dude. She's Nordic.

SPEAKER_04

I have to pull that out of my body.

SPEAKER_00

But it's soft and blonde. You probably do, but they're soft and you wouldn't know. Dude, she doesn't have to shave her thighs or anything, Harley.

SPEAKER_02

Do you have to shave your big toe? I do.

SPEAKER_00

Because the glitter got out of my god, it's gotta be. It's not black though, right?

SPEAKER_01

Oh no, you can't see it.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's not black.

SPEAKER_01

Whoa, you don't get any rogue hairs on your boobs. No, it's gonna hold up. Oh god, thank Jesus.

unknown

I don't want that.

SPEAKER_04

Okay, the one thing I've been able to avoid filing, I catch a break.

SPEAKER_01

Okay. If you're in this episode this far and you've made it, message on the platform. Do you have these two, or am I just a beast?

SPEAKER_00

Oh dear. That's your Italian side, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Clearly, yeah. They're like dark and shit. Anyway, um, relationship rapid fire about YouTube. Who apologizes first? It's clearly Dev. We just learned that. No. We just learned that.

SPEAKER_00

I say I'm sorry all the time.

SPEAKER_01

It's first.

SPEAKER_00

First.

SPEAKER_03

First, I come around real quick when I After I say sorry.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, you do.

SPEAKER_03

It's pretty balanced. Yeah, it's pretty balanced. Okay, good. Yeah. You know what? We are always working on that. Okay. That's good. Yeah, don't be able to do that.

SPEAKER_00

That's why we're still together after 10 years.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Who is more stubborn?

SPEAKER_00

Meow me.

SPEAKER_02

For sure you. I don't even for sure. I'm like, you're pointing at me? Rejecting. Yeah, no, not at all.

SPEAKER_00

Whatever.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Who spends more? Probably, because I buy more stuff for the house. There you go.

SPEAKER_00

All those the clothes. The house needs all these clothes. She buys clothes.

SPEAKER_01

For herself? Yes. Well, they're cute, so let it happen.

SPEAKER_00

But she says I spend more. There's one. See, yeah. He has a 3D printer. You didn't get my.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, you buy like expensive shit when you buy it. It's like big stuff.

SPEAKER_00

I haven't.

SPEAKER_01

Your leather boots weren't cheap, I'm sure.

SPEAKER_00

That was cool money. It was.

SPEAKER_01

So it's fake money or what? What do you mean?

SPEAKER_00

No, I wouldn't buy those if I was my money.

SPEAKER_01

Oh God. Put that to good use.

SPEAKER_04

Anyway.

SPEAKER_01

Uh who forgets anniversaries?

SPEAKER_00

Well, I can't because it's her birthday.

SPEAKER_01

What does that mean? Today's your birthday?

SPEAKER_00

No, our anniversary is her birthday. Oh, it is? Yes. Oh, nice. See?

SPEAKER_01

Tomorrow's his birthday, if we didn't mention because we weren't recording. The big six. Oh, can you grab the balloon? We'll show it on the camera. Yeah. Cute. Thank you. So yeah, he's here celebrating. This is his first time visiting my house. He lives in Southern California. We live in Northern California. Yeah. He used to live in Northern California, but he's from Southern California. Do you say Hella?

SPEAKER_00

No, because that's a thing when you were a kid, not me.

SPEAKER_03

I feel like Hella is a NorCal thing.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. It must be because I am. Yeah. Well, I did live in SoCal for six years, but I never dropped it. It was always with me. You can't brought that with you. Yeah. Doesn't count. Who's the better driver?

SPEAKER_00

Right here, dude.

SPEAKER_01

Yes. Jeez, yes.

SPEAKER_04

Did you hear that?

SPEAKER_01

Yes. Who holds a grudge longer?

SPEAKER_00

I think it's balanced because I, you know, I really don't remember holding a grudge.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, between us?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Or overall. Oh no.

SPEAKER_00

No.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, overall.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Yeah. It depends.

SPEAKER_01

In my relationship, it's me. No T no shade. It just is.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it would be you.

SPEAKER_01

Who says we don't need that and then buys it?

SPEAKER_00

Oh, I say we don't need that and she buys it. That's how that goes.

SPEAKER_01

What?

SPEAKER_00

Dog shit. We don't need that. Oh. Yeah, yeah, we do. We don't need that. Yeah. Yeah, we do.

SPEAKER_01

Okay. Okay.

SPEAKER_03

Okay. Yes. Okay. Guilty.

SPEAKER_01

Who would be better on a reality show?

SPEAKER_00

Me, probably.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Why? You're pretty quiet.

SPEAKER_00

I know, but I've been trained dramatically.

SPEAKER_01

And what do you mean you've been trained dramatically?

SPEAKER_00

Back at Academy, I was in drama.

SPEAKER_01

You were?

SPEAKER_00

I was in plays, man. That's your grandma. What? Yes, since the third grade, I've been an actor.

SPEAKER_01

No wonder I have this spark for the theater.

SPEAKER_00

I didn't tell you because.

SPEAKER_01

That's not because why? Wait. When were you in plays? That's so funny.

SPEAKER_00

Like in in grammar school and junior high.

SPEAKER_01

Wow, you were old.

SPEAKER_00

How old is that?

SPEAKER_01

Like you weren't like a little one. Like you weren't embarrassed, so why'd you lose your spark for it?

SPEAKER_00

I was too good, that's why. I couldn't keep up.

SPEAKER_01

You've been trained.

SPEAKER_00

I was destined for Hollywood.

SPEAKER_01

Wow, you were. Somebody's gotta be. Traitors, pick me. Come on. Are aliens real or no?

SPEAKER_00

Yes.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Okay, well, where are they?

SPEAKER_03

In the ocean. In Antarctica.

SPEAKER_01

Oh shit. You knew exactly where they were. You're like, what else are you? Wait, what are they doing there? They're studying. You know. Are they penguins? I don't know.

SPEAKER_04

Penguins.

SPEAKER_03

They're beneath the ice. All the other all the nations have like an agreement.

SPEAKER_05

Dude.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. When are they coming out? They already have. I mean, there it's already a thing. Like they just had it in Congress where they asked about UFOs, and they're like, Yeah, we've even have the biogenics of the pilots of the crafts that have landed. Yeah, it's the reverse engineering all this.

SPEAKER_01

Were they walking around?

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, some will say. They did say that one time one was not dead that they were able to take. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

What if Gabe is downstairs?

SPEAKER_00

Probably.

SPEAKER_01

Wow, that's really cool.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, that's what they say. So just recently they're they're going to declassify the government UFO files because for years it's just come out now where the presidents didn't even know about the aliens because there was deniability, which they wanted them to have if they were ever questioned.

SPEAKER_00

You gotta start.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, okay, there's let's not.

SPEAKER_00

I don't.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, okay, okay. Worst fashion era you lived through.

SPEAKER_00

Well, in the 80s were cool. The 90s was I don't even so you don't like this one, maybe. You said which one was worse?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, the worst one. So maybe the current one you don't like because you don't like the baggy pants.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, I thought you meant my fashion. How I felt about my fashion.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, you've lived through. No, just like the world, like what's in at that time.

SPEAKER_03

But what about like the HM that you talk about that you don't appreciate? The little house on the prairie dresses. What's your beef with HM?

SPEAKER_00

That trend that like you don't like the cottage core.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, is that what it's called? Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

No, I don't.

SPEAKER_01

Like the trad wife, I'm baking this in my dress.

SPEAKER_00

It's roughly if you have a buggy with horses, that's you should be no, I don't like that.

SPEAKER_01

What do you like?

SPEAKER_00

I told you.

SPEAKER_01

Oh yeah, figure forming. You sound like you're from the 1920s. Well no. I like my women to be in pencil skirts and in the office. And not to talk.

SPEAKER_00

I don't like a pantsuit.

SPEAKER_01

Okay. Who was your celeb crush as a kid? This will give me a better idea of who you like and you too. Or even as an adult. Who do you like?

SPEAKER_00

I'm trying to remember like the first poster of like a chick with half a titty out.

SPEAKER_05

Half a titty out.

SPEAKER_00

She wasn't that famous. Well, and at the time I can't remember. God damn. She wasn't like really famous.

SPEAKER_01

But then why do you how do you have posters?

SPEAKER_00

She was famous at the time. No, she was famous at the time, but not famous enough to like that was it.

SPEAKER_01

The chick from Ferris Buelers Day Office.

SPEAKER_00

No, it wasn't a she wasn't a star. It was just like she was like a model. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. What do you want for me?

SPEAKER_01

Who's a crush that you remember?

SPEAKER_00

There was a lot of cute girls on TV back then. Like the Morgan Mini girl was cute. Who? What do you mean who?

SPEAKER_01

You're not saying Farah Fawcett or anyone that's Farah Fawcett? Molly Sims.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, now as an adult, East is a child.

SPEAKER_01

Well, I'm talking both.

SPEAKER_00

Well, yeah, but that was a long time ago. I don't even know. Is she in anything?

SPEAKER_01

No, but she's still hers.

SPEAKER_00

Well, I don't if I can't see her, I don't know.

SPEAKER_01

So you don't have any crush that's your go-to.

SPEAKER_00

You mean like right now? I thought you meant as a kid.

SPEAKER_01

I meant both.

SPEAKER_00

Like right now?

SPEAKER_03

She opened it up because you're struggling. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Well no, right now I don't who's who do I get the stem ones?

SPEAKER_01

You watch a lot of shows.

SPEAKER_00

Who do I have the stamina knees for? Oh, you asked me a housewife.

SPEAKER_01

Which housewives is your favorite out of all the house brands. That I watch. Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

And which husband?

SPEAKER_01

Oh, um.

SPEAKER_03

Joe Gorga? Yeah, that's a good one. If that's kind of your type. Because he's really funny.

SPEAKER_01

He is funny.

SPEAKER_03

And you know, I I because I have to like laugh.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Yeah. I agree. That's a good one.

SPEAKER_03

So he's funny.

SPEAKER_00

I don't know. Um, Whitney's cute.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, that tracks.

SPEAKER_00

I wouldn't kick Dorite out of bed.

SPEAKER_01

Dorid! Okay. Okay. Kick her out. Um, would you guys ever start a podcast?

SPEAKER_00

No. I don't have anything interesting to say. Yeah, you do. What?

SPEAKER_01

This stuff.

SPEAKER_00

I'm saying it on you for your thing.

SPEAKER_01

That's true. That's true.

SPEAKER_00

We have neighbors who do this shit and it just You hear them? No, we see them.

SPEAKER_03

No. They I had a neighbor that went viral on TikTok.

unknown

For what?

SPEAKER_03

And how? Okay, so we have the sweet neighbor, and she lives on the corner, and she's a retired teacher, and she had her heart replaced in 1997, and she loves us. Uh, we've sat on her patio. She's like the queen of the neighborhood. We walk past her all the time with the pets. Uh so she has a border. This guy from Texas anyway, he's doing TikToks and he's recording her, and all the surfers walk past all the time. And it was really hot one summer, and she had her hose, was watering her. She's like, Hey, you guys want to get squirted down? Everyone's like, Yeah. So she's squirting these young, cute 20-something kids or something down, and she keeps shooting him in the crotch area. And he's like just grinning, and so it's like this thing, and it went viral. And like the LA Times covered it, and they were yeah, it was really cute, and he got t-shirts and all kinds of free stuff.

SPEAKER_00

And so now he's everywhere all the time.

SPEAKER_03

There's so many streamers live streaming. Over streaming constantly, all the time. So he it's he has it's just turned into it's turned into his life, and then recently he left because TikTok takes 60% of your proceeds. Apparently, I don't I don't know. Yeah, so he's like, I'm taking it to another platform, follow me here. But yeah, he they stream constantly. Wow, okay, and even my boss was like, Have you ever seen like this guy? And I'm like, You're like, yeah, I'm familiar. Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Wow, okay.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, our old neighbor sells jewelry on TikTok.

SPEAKER_04

Oh my god.

SPEAKER_00

And it's weird, it's not even jewelry, it's like stuff she finds in her drawer. No, there's a broker, here's half a button. And then people are like, ding, ding.

SPEAKER_02

Yes, yes. Why are we not on TikTok?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I don't know.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, no, you could. You could go in your closet and just be like, Yeah, you got really cute stuff in there. Thanks. Yeah, I've been watching that. I love it. Your IT. I'm like, that's so cute. Our stuff's hung up there. Yes. Yeah, super cute.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, Cherries. We're gonna have Gabe come with our taste test. Let me get my little helper. Gabriel, taste test.

SPEAKER_03

This is so fun. Yeah. And oh my god, you just glow and light up your in your element. Jeez, and you two are like off of each other. This has like been the highlight.

SPEAKER_01

All right, cherries. So we're officially doing the Coca-Cola slash Pepsi test. We're gonna try different ones. Gabe's the only one who knows which cup is what. We have one Diet Coke, one Coke Zero, one regular Coke, one Pepsi Zero, and one Diet Pepsi. We're gonna see if we can tell the difference. Alright, first up, Deb. She's sipping the flour. We don't know what the flour is. Write down what you think it is. Give her a piece of paper. There's a little notepad right there in my little thing, Gabe. Give everyone a pen and a piece of paper, please. Thank you so much. You can probably just rip one piece into three. Okay, let me take a sip. Ooh, I don't know. That one's like spicy. That one reminds me of Christmas. And also, you're gonna say which one's your favorite. Diet Coke, regular Coke, Coke Zero, Pepsi Zero, Diet Pepsi. Yep. Okay. Okay. Okay. I'm cleansed. I'm ready. What's the emoji on this one? This is the star. Okay, the star. Interesting. That's throwing it.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, that one kind of tastes like Dr. Pep.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, there's something different about that one. Okay. Folks. Cherry. Oh, the cherry. Oh, is this number three? It's number three. I wrote out Diet Coke and I'm putting like Diet Coke, I think, is number three. Oh, is that what you wrote too? Yeah, for number three. I did too. Yep. I think that's Diet Coke. Sorry to spoil. Sorry to spoil.

SPEAKER_02

We just oh god, we just like tanked it right. Just that one. No, just that one. Okay.

SPEAKER_01

Well, yeah, it might not be Diet Coke. Now we're doing the sun. That was interesting. Something I'm not familiar with. Only one more, folks. I think we're gonna be shocked. Last one. This is the last one. The smiley face. Smiley. Ooh. That's interesting. That one tastes like rhubarb. Wow, they're all so different. For the same product?

SPEAKER_03

They're also two of them really stood out as different to me.

SPEAKER_01

I'm so excited to discuss, folks. Okay. Let's go one by one and say what we thought. My favorite was number four. Yours was number one? What was yours, Deb? Number three. Number three. Okay. So go in order. What was number one?

SPEAKER_05

Okay, I might have switched.

SPEAKER_01

God damn it, Gabe. No. The first one was the smiley face. Okay, the last one was the smiley face. Okay, cool.

SPEAKER_05

Okay, okay. Okay. So you want the answers? Yeah. So what was the first one? The first one was Coke Zero. Oh no.

SPEAKER_01

Damn, I put Pepsi Zero. So did I.

SPEAKER_03

I put regular Coke. At least I was in the family. Oh.

SPEAKER_01

First one, Coke Zero. Interesting, because that's your favorite, right?

SPEAKER_00

I put it as my favorite.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, you liked it. You liked it the best. Okay. What was number two?

SPEAKER_05

Number two was Pepsi Zero. Oh my god.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, I put Diet Pepsi.

SPEAKER_03

You got it? Number two, right? I put Coke N. Pepsi Zero. And I didn't like it. I put a little N. I did not like that one. Don't like Pepsi Zero. I did not like Pepsi Zero.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, that one was spicy. Yes. Okay, number three. Number three is Diet Pepsi.

SPEAKER_04

Oh.

SPEAKER_01

I thought Diet Coke.

SPEAKER_04

I put Diet Coke. So I have we have to. Damn.

SPEAKER_03

That was my favorite. What was that one?

SPEAKER_05

Diet Pepsi.

SPEAKER_03

Wow. You liked it.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, Diet Coke. Okay, okay. So I got those two wrong too.

SPEAKER_05

What was number four? Number four? Is the one you said?

SPEAKER_01

I liked the most?

SPEAKER_05

No. Oh, you said that one was interesting.

SPEAKER_01

I liked number four the most. What was it? Regular Coke?

SPEAKER_05

Diet Coke. Diet Coke, yes.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, it was Diet Coke. That's funny. That was my favorite. So Diet Coke was your favorite? Yes. But I didn't guess it. I thought it was Coke regular. The last one was Coke Regular. The last one was like. I didn't. Can I try it again? Can I try the smiley face again?

SPEAKER_00

I got the zeros reversed and the regular is reversed.

SPEAKER_01

Interesting.

SPEAKER_00

But I got them both as the same both as the Diet as Coke probably.

SPEAKER_01

That tastes so weird.

SPEAKER_00

That's how you know it's sugary.

SPEAKER_01

Wow. That does taste so weird. What was that one? Regular Coke.

SPEAKER_03

I put number five is Coke Zero. Regular Coke.

SPEAKER_00

Wow, you got them both. You got them exactly opposite. Exactly opposite.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. I just became a Coke drinker like six months ago. I never I drank it in high school and then never drank it and then just picked it up. Wait. And I I wish I didn't because it's yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Okay, so your favorite was Diet Pepsi. My favorite was Diet Coke. What was your favorite?

unknown

Coke Zero.

SPEAKER_01

So in the scheme of things, is Coke better than Pepsi? We don't know. But here's the thing, folks, they all taste different. So now I do understand why people have a preference.

SPEAKER_03

Because there is different definitely big difference in some of those, especially the Pepsi Zero.

SPEAKER_01

And I would love to know in the museum or the the laboratory why they're all different and why they taste different, but I also don't want to know. But they taste hella different. You should do this at home, folks. It's fun. It's good, clean, fun. Anyway, thank you both so much for coming and visiting and being on the pod and for dealing with all my technical difficulties. It's great to have you back. We'll have to have you again. And thank you for being your first time, Deb. Oh well, thank you for having us.

SPEAKER_03

SPEAKER_01

So thank you for that. Cheesecake, thank you. We're gonna go have some cheesecake to celebrate once again his sixtieth birthday. Woohoo! Woo! You've had a good life, no?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, so far.

SPEAKER_01

Are you pretty happy with it? Amazing.

SPEAKER_00

Amazing.

SPEAKER_01

Thanks, folks. We'll see you soon. Love ya. Hi. I was not expecting to release this episode. I don't I did I was expecting to release it. Sorry, it's two in the morning. Um, I just didn't know when. And I got a wild hair up my ass about four hours ago to just finish the damn thing. Um, so here I am delivering it to you. As you can tell, it was recorded back in May, or was it March? It might have been March. No, it was it was March. My email says May, but it was definitely March. So uh long time coming, but such a fun episode. I apologize if there were parts that were harder to hear because of having to share a mic, especially towards the end there with the Pepsi and Coke challenge. Uh did my best and will fix that for future episodes. Also just wanted to share that I still don't have a schedule, but I am looking to get back to the pod. I know you've heard it, but this is proof of that. I am now actually unemployed for many reasons, but that has given me free time to pursue a lot of different things, get my life together, refill my cup, etc. etc. So that has given me more time for this. I'm hoping that that will allow me to create a more streamlined process. But in the meantime, I hope you enjoy. I'm off on a road trip tomorrow, and then my birthday is next week, and I'm just looking forward to it. So I guess the only other thing I want to tell you for now is that I've become such a bookworm. I'm obsessed. I have read all of the Fourth Wing books, and now I'm on Avatar, and I'm just in my romanticy era. I'm loving every minute of it. I read so many hours a day now, and it's kind of like my own personal treat, and I'm really grateful for that. So if you've read any of those books or you have any other recommendations, please pass them my way. I've also been going to Nashville quite a bit to help with my sister. And we're definitely due for an episode where I kind of catch you up on my life. But in the meantime, follow me wherever you listen to podcasts, rate, subscribe, leave a review, that would make my life, um, specifically on Spotify or Apple Podcasts, and you can join my email, which you can join by just giving me your email directly or going to my website. There will be a join email list button there. I'm on Instagram, I'm on Facebook, I'm also on YouTube. There's merch available if you want any, just reach out to me and share this show with your friends. Let's get this all back going. Would love to find new cherries and also submit your questions for the next get to know me episode. What do you want to know? Love ya. Bye. Worth the wait. Oh, it's worth the wait.
