Life is weird and sometimes hurts. This pod was designed to cultivate a space where we can be honest about this and hopefully feel less alone. I believe it's okay to not have all the answers, to be overwhelmed by all the things, and to be figuring out who you are until the day you die.

Meet My "Hair-apist" Kaitlyn
I've had many awkward and honestly soul-defeating experiences with hair stylists over the years. It took me a long time to understand how important it is to have someone I have fun with and feel safe around work with me.
The process itself takes hours, and is actually quite vulnerable. Those like me who rarely leave the house due to crippling anxiety need a person who truly accepts us as we are.
For me, that's Kaitlyn: friend, ray of sunshine, and talented artist.
