Attention to Intention
Are you feeling frustrated, unfulfilled, as if you're just going through the motions of life?
You have found your community!
I've been there (I was there for the majority of my life) having my life on autopilot, being the woman everyone wanted me to be, and feeling that I was meant to do more.
I got brave and still enough to really uncover what I wanted and I'm here to share my lessons with you to help you navigate through your own journey.
This is intended to be a place of purposeful community as we discuss small practical steps that will help you maximize how you show up in the world.
It is possible to have a life you're excited about, one that you can't wait to get out of bed in the morning, that everyday seems like a new gift.
Episodes will consist of things I'm learning, reading, and experiencing (with you right beside me) as we discuss small practical steps that will help you maximize how you show up in the world.
Here's to the power of putting attention to intention.
Attention to Intention
Vulnerability & Awareness Featuring Dr. Liz Sweigart
Before you can be vulnerable with others, you gotta do it with yourself first & that sh*t is HARD.
To quote, my friend, Viola Davis: she'd rather go toe to toe with Mike Tyson than face the demons & the stories she's been telling herself about herself. #preach
That is one of the many topics that Dr. Liz Sweigart & I dig into in this kitchen table #shareyourstory conversation.
We talk about the power of curiousity to overcome our gremlins, the gift of reinvention & the power of awareness, and we both talk about finding hope in the darkest of our days.
**suicide is discussed in this episode**
If you or someone you know has thought or is thinking about suicide, it's not a sign of weakness to ask for help: it's a sign of strength. Dial 988 if you need a friend, it's a beautiful gift (use it)
