Keely White, CEO & Co-Founder of Liinchpin, has coached and trained over 3,000 CEOs and Founders in scaling and systemising businesses and shaping high performance and harmonious teams.
Prior to this, Keely was the Executive Director of Training and Development for Australia's most successful entrepreneurial education company and wrote curriculum across various pillars of business excellence: marketing, systems, strategy, operations, culture, people management, leadership and more.
Keely was instrumental in helping to grow REA Group's flagship company, realestate.com.au, throughout Queensland. She was also the host of the ‘Entrepreneur's Unconvention’ voted in the top 3 best events for business owners worldwide by Entrepreneur.com. Keely has shared the stage with, and coached founders of, many of Australia’s greatest success stories such as Canva, Atlassian, Culture Kings, Rubik3 and more.
Keely has successfully sold 2 of her own 7-figure businesses and has received multiple business awards in both sales and leadership.
Keely now spends her time delivering workshops, keynotes and coaching high profile founders and professionals and has recently launched The Collective Campus, a sprawling resort-style homestead that hosts business and personal empowerment retreats all year round.
