Nina is an accredited Nutritionist, sports nutritionist and CrossFit coach, as well as content creator and recipe developer behind @naturally_nina_.
A plant-based athlete and total foodie, she developed her passion for nutrition after being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and overcoming a severe eating disorder. Her aim is to inspire, educate and empower people to learn to best fuel their bodies, with evidence-based, fad-free and individualised nutrition, highlighting the fact from fiction, and sharing plenty of delicious plant-based recipes along the way!
