In this episode host Rachel Oakes (who is currently breaking up with her husband) reflects on what went wrong with her marriage, with leading Couples Counsellor Lucy Cavendish.  They also discuss why so many long term relationships and marriages fall apart, the common mistakes couples make and problems that stem from lack of sex in a marriage,  having children and differing parenting styles.  Lucy gives advice about how to avoid breaking up if it hasn't gone that far yet and also reveals what couples need to do after separating to limit the damage to their children.
