Dr. Jane received her doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Botany Department in 2014 and her professional experience includes scientific capacity-building in under-served populations, work as a postdoctoral research scientist at Emory University, serving as Collection Manager at two different Herbaria, and over 15 years of teaching and outreach experience at the University of South Carolina, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Emory University, the University of Texas at Austin, and their surrounding communities.
After becoming dissatisfied with Western science as the only avenue for exploring the mysteries of life, Dr. Jane began rigorously studying metaphysics and the Hermetic sciences. Experiencing the unity of metaphysics and biology inspired in Dr. Jane a deeper understanding of her lifelong calling to stewardship.
