Fareeha is an anthropologist turned Dietitian based in Plymouth, who currently runs her own private practice where she consults/ coaches clients across the globe. Fareeha also works with the NHS as a Diabetes Specialist, and has a special interest in South Asian diets.

As a Diabetes Specialist in the NHS for the last 5 years, her work is focused on delivering educational sessions to people newly diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes.
Fareeha's special interest in South Asian diets ultimately led her to develop the South Asian Eatwell Guide.
She has expertise in healthy eating and sustainable diets for ethnic minority groups, where she uses evidence-based nutrition to support communication messages to the same target group, resulting in a larger social media following.
In recent times, Fareeha has also conducted talks on sustainable eating, immune optimisation, and healthy eating on a budget. She has also run talks/ workshops to community groups, organisations and schools on varied topics around nutrition.
