Ditch the New Year's Resolutions (Achieve Your Goals Now)

As the year is ending, many of us start to create our New Year’s resolutions.  This is probably a very unpopular opinion, but I do not like New Year’s resolutions.    It seems like a way to procrastinate or delay achieving goals and allowing your fate being defined by a calendar start.    We set these enormous expectations upon ourselves because it is January 1st and it can feel forced.
