I'm trying to bring the thing real clear that we don't have to leave here tonight not understanding all Jesus had for you. He wants you to have a live a victorious life. We're going to start at the 25th verse.

Luke 2, 25. And behold, there was a man in Jerusalem whose name was Simeon. And the same man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel. And is a term describing the coming and ministry of the Messiah. And the Holy Spirit was upon him. He was being led by the Spirit. Verse 26. And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Spirit that he should not see death before he had seen the Lord's Christ. Consequently, each day he was anticipating this great event. Verse 27. And he came by the Spirit unto the temple. The Spirit of the Lord had pressed upon him strongly that at this particular time he was to go to the temple. And when the parents, Joseph and Mary, brought in the child Jesus to do for him after the custom of the law. Jesus was made of woman under the law. The law is mentioned five times in this chapter, and so confirms the statement in Galatians, to save man justly, doomed to death by the law, it was necessary that Christ should be born under the law. Verse 28. Then took he of him up in his arms and blessed God and said, Proclaim Simeon the first on record to have handled the word of life. Other than Mary and Joseph. Verse 29. Indicates that it had been a number of years since the Lord had revealed to Simeon that he would actually see the Lord's Christ. Verse 30. Simeon didn't have to ask Mary who the child was. He recognized him at once by inspiration of Jehovah's Anointed. Jesus is salvation, and salvation is Jesus. Verse 31, which you have prepared before the face of all people, opens the door of salvation to every human being on the face of the earth, regardless of color, nationality, or country. Once again, the Holy Spirit includes all people, and the glory of your people Israel. Regrettably, Israel would not accept him. Verse 33. And Joseph and his mother Mary No. Yes, and his mother marveled at those things which were spoken of him. It is to be noticed that the Holy Spirit, through Luke, wrote Joseph and his mother, and not his father and mother. The reason is obvious. Joseph was only his foster father, so to speak. Verse 34. And Simeon blessed them, refers only to Joseph and Mary, and not Jesus. While Christ blesses all, none are qualified to bless Christ. Sometimes the word blessed is used in the sense of praise, which then becomes not only acceptable but desirable. And said unto Mary, his mother, Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel, according to the acceptance or rejection of Christ, and for a sign which shall be spoken against. Men who have agreed in nothing else, have agreed in hating Christ.

Okay, that's it. Y'all see that? Now the Lord God let him know that he wasn't gonna leave here until he handled the word of God. He said, Hannah, the word of God, which is Jesus. And he prophesied. And he began to tell them Simon blessed them. Bless Joseph and Mary. Why he then after that he was ready to leave. And the 35th verse said, Well, he was ready to leave after he did that. Read the 35th verse.

Verse 35. Yes, a sword shall pierce through your own soul also.

That's what he's telling Mary. He recognized that Jesus is gonna go to the cross, and that's that's gonna that's that's gonna pierce through your soul also. Why? Because of the things that Jesus had to go through. So he let them know ahead of time. This was the purpose why Jesus had to go to the cross, seeking to save that which was lost. So we have to understand that everybody's not gonna love Jesus. Everybody's not gonna love you. If they hate Jesus, they hate you. And we have to understand that a lot of times people think that, oh well, this person loved me so much. But if they don't love your Jesus, they don't love you. So they hated Jesus without, he said they hated me without a cause. But yet he came to fulfill his calling. He came to go to the cross, his purpose. And that's why it's so important for us to understand all that Jesus had to go through. Because if we don't understand what Jesus had to go through, we'll never be able to live a victorious life. We always be grumbling and complaining. We always we won't receive the things that God had for us. But if we put our faith in what Jesus has accomplished on the cross, that's why it's so important. A lot of people don't even understand. The Holy Spirit is there to sanctify us through the word of God, teaching us the things of God, all that Jesus accomplished for you. You were born again when you accepted him as your Lord and Savior. The things that God has in store for you, we got to realize all that God had for us. But we got to believe it. See, it's not enough to say, yeah, I know, I know he got that for me, I know he got that. But who are we gonna believe? Are we gonna believe the word of God? Or are we gonna believe our five senses? We can look at something and say, I know that's not gonna work. I know it's not gonna work. But what did the word of God say about the situation? That's why the word of God said you should know the truth. You're not reading your Bible, you don't know the truth. Everything comes along, you just look at it, oh, I think I'm gonna do that, I think that I think that might work. But when you understand what Jesus went through so that you might live a victorious life, you begin to stand on the word of God instead of standing on your five senses. Yes, you see things that's happening in the nature. But then you already, which one are you gonna believe? You're gonna believe the word or you're gonna believe what you see with your natural eyes. Yes, the circumstance of whatever's going on, that problem might be there. But you got to realize that Jesus is greater than the problem. That's what we got to realize. Very important. If you don't, you're not, you're not gonna live a victorious life. You're gonna always be, oh, I wonder what's gonna happen to poor love me. It's always gonna be dirty and unbelief. And Jesus gave us the word. That's the problem why he died. So that you might live. Very important. We don't get into that word, we get up in the morning, we don't get into that word, we just do everything else all day long, then we groan the rest of the day because nothing ain't going right. It ain't gonna go right because you're not doing what you're supposed to do. He told you what to do. So we're gonna go a little bit further here. So he what did he do? He paid for everything. We must understand that everything you receive comes from God. It's bought and it's already bought and paid for, y'all. Why can't we see that in the spirit? It's already paid for. He paid it with his blood on the cross, y'all. He said it is finished. Everything we need was paid in full. But we still sit back and we grumbling and complain. I don't know why when God's gonna fix the. He already done everything he's gonna do. If I can believe all things is possible, but you gotta believe. You don't believe, you can't receive it. Living victory for Christ, it calls for putting our faith in what Jesus had already accomplished. When he said it is, it's it's a done deal. I died, I went to the cross, died with uh crucified on the cross, so that you might have life. Now, in order for us to know who we are, we got to first know who He is. If we don't understand who Jesus is, we don't know who we are. We don't know. So when we understand who Jesus is and all that he went through, then we begin to understand who we are. Very important. Mm-mm. That's why it's very important. That's what the Bible says. Any man be in Christ Jesus. He is, he is a new creature. Old things are passed away. Behold, all things have become new. You got to see yourself a new creature in Christ Jesus. You have been forgiven of your sins. Now you have to walk by faith and not by sight. When you were in the world, you walk by your five senses. I think I'm gonna do this, I think I'm gonna do that, I think this will work, that'll work. But now we look in the word of God and say, Lord, what are you saying about this situation? What is he saying? If I can believe, can you believe by faith? It's a faith walk. I don't see with my natural eye, but I see by faith his word. I have faith in his word. Let's look at uh Romans, the eighth chapter of Romans. See, we must understand how to live in this victorious life, and it may be in Christ. You got to realize first, where are you? What did Christ do on the cross for you? How did you get in him? See all these things you need to know. How did I get in him? When he was crucified, you too was crucified according to Romans the sixth chapter. When he was buried, we were buried also. When he rose up out of the grave, we also rose up in this mind of Christ to walk a new life. Rise up to walk a new life. We don't live the same old way we used to live. That's why the Lord prepared me. His word will prepare you to be that sanctuary. Romans 8 and 2. But um, that's what I'm talking about. You rise up out of the grave to live. You were dead in sin and trespasses. Every one of us. We were dead in sin and trespasses. But when we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior, He justified us, He wash us, He's cleansed us, He sanctified us, He made us holy, no longer guilty. We have been set free. But you got to know you've been set free. Why allow the enemy come and tie you back up? Bible says he goes around as a rowing lion, seeking who he may destroy. But he's not a ruined lion, but he goes, he acts like he's royal. But he can't do nothing but you because God said, I give you power over all the power of the enemy. Nothing, I don't care where it comes from, should by no means hurt you. If you're hurting, you're not walking in this in victory. Nothing by enemies should hurt you. I give you power. Nay, and all these things, do we believe it? You are more than conquerors. All these things, you are more, not just a conqueror. We sing the song, I'm a conqueror, I'm a conqueror. Do we believe it? The word said you are more than a conqueror. How? Because of him. Romans 6 chapter, how did I get in him? First thing you got to know all about him. Then you got to know how did I get in him? If you don't know how you got in him, how can you receive the things that he had? Whatever belonged to the Jesus belongs to you. You got to understand that. Whatever belongs to him belongs to you. You got to understand all that he accomplished for you upon that cross. It is finished. What else? He's gonna come. I wish that you would prosper, he said, and be in good health, even if your soul prosper. I wish you'd hold fast to my word and prosper. Prosper in your if your soul ain't prospering, how can you be prospering so much? See, we got to take this word faith value. We got to realize that Jesus, who knew no sin, was made sin, that we were made the righteousness of God in him. But if we don't get into this word and we play around all day long, don't get into this word, and we do everything else, everything else is so convenient. Go shopping, go to this place, looking at TV all day, playing video games, looking at these stores, looking on your first thing in the morning, you're grabbing your phone, see if anybody's text me, let me look at my text. Let me see if anything on my anybody text me or not. Let me see on my email. We get caught up with the things, the world of things. But we leave Jesus behind. Those things are not gonna give you victory. Nothing wrong with looking at those things, but it shouldn't be the first thing. Everybody now got cell phones. You see, the everybody be walking down the street, almost bumbling into stuff. They're trying to look at the phone. It's crazy. They don't realize. They bumbling into a thing, trying to look at the phone, see if anybody calls me. Oh, did anybody text me? Driving, trying to text people while they're driving. But if we were understanding all that Jesus had accomplished for us, some of us wouldn't be in the shape that we're in right now. The body of Christ is a lot of them is just falling by the wayside. They're giving up. They are giving up. They might be still in the building, but they're giving up. They're not laying before God and getting a word from God, they're not laying before God and hearing what God's saying. Because AI, most of them, a lot of them going by AI. They get information off the computer. All this kind of stuff. God wants us to lay before Him and get a message. He wants the Holy Spirit to lead us and guide us and teach us the word. But we want to grab a quick fix, a microwave fix. That's what most people want a microwave fix. Well, let me look and see what AI said about this. You better look and see what the word of God said about it. We weren't too much about AI. AI is good in some areas and bad in some areas. But you know the word of God is true. Because everything else is going down, the word ain't gonna go down. I'm not against AI, but I'm some saying it's causing people to go the wrong road. And some things they might look at it, might be halfway there. But the Holy Spirit, he said, when the Holy Ghost comes, he's gonna teach you. He's gonna lead you. He didn't say AI is gonna lead us. He's gonna lead us in all truth. Because he is truth. But we get on that social media, and then them people, only half of the people don't even know what they're talking about, and they got all kinds of stuff they're talking about, they don't even know the self what they're talking about. Half of them don't even know Jesus. But we listen to that kind of stuff. Instead of opening our Bibles up and reading the Word of God. Very important. Very, very important. Let's look at some more scriptures here. God said He wants us to live a victorious life. That's the purpose why he saved you, so you can live a victorious life. You were already in bondage, you were already messed up until you accept him. And he's no longer guilty. Your sins have been forgiven. Past, present, future. But do you believe it? Well, I don't know. I mean, sometimes I believe it, and sometimes it ain't no sometime with God. Either we believe it or we don't believe it. If we believe it, then we act like we believe it. If you believe that God's Jesus saved you and that he's leading you and guiding you, why are you trying to lead and guide yourself? Your ability. This is what I'm gonna do. It's time I for what I'm gonna do. It's time to hear what the Lord said about us. It's time to do what God said, do, because he's coming back soon. So it's very important. We must stand, understand how to live this victorious life that God called us to. We must look to Christ to live this life, not our own ability, not our own power, not our own strength. I'm strong. You you're not strong. You think you're strong. You're only strong when you're strong in Christ. Let's look at uh 8 and 2, uh Tyree, chapter 8, and the second verse. Victory. God wants us to live a victorious life. He saved us so we can live a victorious life. And it's up to us. But we can't do it in our own strength. I want to continue to say that. Too many people trying to do it in our own strength. Well, I'm gonna fast too many days. I'm gonna do this, I'm gonna do that. If fasting and all this, reading of this word and all this could help you, why would Jesus have to go to the cross, y'all? Come on. Why would he have to die on the cross? If all these things could have benefited you. That's the problem why he died on the cross. Then after he died on the cross, he made a provision, whosoever will, let him come. Just because he died on the cross, don't mean everybody's gonna be saved, y'all. But he's not willing that any should perish, but all come to repentance. He made a provision that we don't have to stay where we were. When we were in the world, we did what we wanted to do, we did everything the devil wanted us to do. But when we come on God's side, why is when people come on God's side, a lot of people don't want to do what God said do? But when you were in the world, you did whatever the devil told you to do. And you didn't complain, you didn't grum about it. Spend your money in gambling and everything else, and you didn't pay, you didn't complain when you lost all your money. But when it comes to giving money to God's heights, oh, I ain't got enough for myself. Come on now, we gotta give real with ourselves and get real with God. It's time right for play. Very time out for play. It's time to give God what right for the His. He's looking for somebody that will live holy because He's holy. Let's look at everybody got Romans 8 chapter. You first gotta realize who Jesus is before you realize who you are. That's why he was able to, but for the joy that was set before him, he was able to go to the cross. Because he knew he knew his purpose. You do you know your purpose? Do you know why you're here? That's what I'm talking about. Jesus knew his purpose, that's why he was willing to say, not my will, but thy will be done. Not what I want, but what you want, Lord. When Paul fell out that the whatever he was on, Lord, what would I have me to do? He called him Lord. Lord me rule, ruler. People want saviors a lot of times, but they don't want nobody to rule them. They don't want nobody tell them what to do. You're no longer your own, you're born with a price, you're born with the blood of Jesus. When you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, the Bible said, therefore, the enemy be in Christ. That's how you got in him. You accepted him. You accepted what he did on the cross. When you accepted what he did on the cross, you became a new creature. Them old things that you use to say, this is what I'm gonna do, I'm gonna do this, I'm gonna do that. You gotta cut it off. You're no longer your own. I don't care how old you are, you can be 40 or 100 years old. You're no longer your own. Your body now belongs to God. That's who your body belongs to. You can't just say, Well, this is what I'm gonna do tomorrow. You gotta find out from him what he wants you to do. People want to go so far in God, but they don't want to go all the way. They'll do a little bit, enough to get past. But they don't want to give the total surrender. They'll sing to something, I surrender, I surrender all. Are you surrendering your all? He wants you all, he's looking for that man, that woman that bore that girl, they would give him that all. They will allow him to lead God and direct their steps. That's what he's looking for. We give him so much of ourselves, but we keep so much back. Oh, mm-hmm, I ain't doing all that. Mm-hmm. That's too much. I don't believe God wants me to do all that. Yes, he wants you to do, you don't know how much you're gonna have to give up. Why don't you give up that and more and be led by his spirit? Romans 8 and 2. Let's read that, Tari.

Romans 8 and 2. For the law that which we are about to give is a law of God devised by the Godhead in eternity. This law, in fact, is God's prescribed order of victory of the Spirit, Holy Spirit, i.e., the way the spirit works of life. All life comes from Christ, but through the Holy Spirit.

All life come through Christ. That's why he had to die on the cross. It wasn't hindered. On the cross, we couldn't have no life. We were dead in sins and trespasses. Dead in it because of Adam and Eve sin. We were dead in it. But we came alive when we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior. Therefore, now no condemnation to them who walk not after the flesh, your own ways, but walk after the spirit. We live now by the spirit. Walk in the spirit so you won't fulfill the lusts of your flesh. So easily. That's why we got to do it God's way. Allow the Holy Spirit to lead God and direct us. Walk in the Spirit. That means live in the Spirit. You don't get up in the morning and do what you want to do. You find out from God, what we doing today, Lord? What will you have me to do? You were working on the job, you asked the boss. You had no problem doing what the boss wanted you to do. You didn't understand something, you ask. But we just go up on our own way, doing it our way. Not our will, but our will be done. That's what I'm talking about. It's not even about you, it's about him. So he's telling us right here, for the law, this is the law, the Holy Spirit talking about. He's the one that's gonna lead you and guide you. Once you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, he's not gonna do nothing until you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. Then he will lead you. Because an unredeemed man ain't gonna do what God said, do no way. He's not gonna listen to God. But when you give your life to Jesus, you soul liked. Then when you begin to not do what God's telling you to do, you are committing spiritual adultery with the devil. That's called spiritual adultery. You married to somebody and you mess around the natural, you mess around, the woman married to this man or the man married to this woman, and he messes around with somebody on the eye side, you are committing adultery. Same way it is, we we we married now to Jesus. We died to self. We died when we went to the cross, we were crucified. Now we're in Christ, we're married to Jesus. And when we don't do what Jesus is telling us through his word, we do what we wanted to do. We are committing spiritual adultery. With the devil. Doing what you want to do, when you want to do, how you want to do it. It's very important that we understand because if you don't understand this, you think you're fine, you're ready to go in the gate. But we got every one of us gonna have to stand before God one day and give an account. So the Holy Spirit is there to lead us, guide us, direct us. We are no longer under the law. The law couldn't do it, showed us what's wrong with us, couldn't do nothing about it. But here comes Jesus as we accept him. In fullness of time, God sent forth his son. Made of a woman, made under the law to redeem mankind, bring mankind back. Well, Alan failed God, running from God. Because what sin. Sin is a terrible thing. If you could really see sin in the net in the way you could really see it, you'll say, Oh my god, I don't never want to do that. It's a terrible thing. It called Jesus his life, it caused him his life on the cross. Sin. Unrighteousness. You know what's wrong and you won't do right. It's it's sin. All unrighteousness, it's sin. You know when you get up in the morning, the Bible says, Seek ye the Lord while he may be found. Call upon him. How often do we call upon him? Seek him. He said, You seek me, you're gonna find me. But do we seek him? Seeking me, continue, not just read one script and say, okay, let me get out of here. But seeking me and continue looking. What are you saying, Lord? Open my understanding through the Holy Spirit. Seek him, and you'll find him. But you gotta do with your whole heart. See, what happened? Maine looked at the ice wall up here. God looked at our heart. He knows whether we're real or not. We can't fool God. We can't fool him. He know whether we really believe his word or we don't. He said, I give you everything you need pertaining to life and godliness. You got it. But what you gonna do with it? I had you got it, you keep coming to Lord, do this, Lord do that, Lord, Lord, Lord. He said, believe my word. If I can believe, all things are possible to them that believe. But you're not believing my word. You're staying on your five senses. You're looking at the thing and still looking at what my word says. That's why we can't get what we need from God, some of us. Because we keep on believing with our mind, the battlegrounds in the mind. The devil plays with your mind. Oh, that ain't gonna work. This ain't gonna work. That ain't gonna work. You might will just let that, you might will just not believe that because that's too much. Is anything too hard for God? Words say, nothing. Ain't nothing too hard. It ain't gonna be easy all the time. That one with the issue of blood, she had to press her way, get through the crowd. It's always gonna be things in the way. Because the enemy is gonna always put things in the way. He tried to stop Jesus from coming through the lining that Jesus had to come through. He tried to do all kinds of things to corrupt the lining. So the inclination where it could not become flesh. Drill among us is Jesus. The enemy ain't gonna sit back and let you just do this and do that. Do you really think he's gonna set back and let you do what God wants you to do? He's not gonna do it. It's a welfare. And the Bible said what about welfare not called but mighty through God to the pulling down strongholds. The enemy has already been defeated. And we got to be able to see it in the spirit. He had been defeated at the cross. But we act like he's still the deboss, some of us, some of God's people. He tells you what to do, and you listen to him. He's no longer your master. God says, sin power has been broken over you. Sin power. That's what uh Paul himself in Romans the seventh chapter. When he said the things I want to do, I find myself doing the opposite. I didn't want to do that. But he came to a place in his life where he realized oh wretch man, I'm coming. He recognized I'm in the flesh. Oh, wretched man that I am. Who gonna deliver me from this bondage of sin? Then he came to a place, but thanks be to God. God is at the 24th and the 25th verse of the seventh chapter. Thanks be to God. He realized my help coming from the Lord. That's where my help comes from. Not in me, not in self, not in my five senses, but my help. Hey, glory. Coming from the Lord, made the heaven and earth. That's the problem why he came. So that you and I might live. That's what I'm talking about. What a mighty God we are serving. We don't even realize what we have. God said, I'm giving you everything. You got it all. Use it. Stand on it. Don't let the enemy steal from you. Because he's a thief. He wants to steal the things that I've given you already. You got it.

Where is it? Don't see it. You're not gonna see with your natural eye. You keep trying to look through the natural. It's in the spirit. The Holy Spirit begin to show you things. Allow him to lead you in God. He's gonna show you all things that you need. But we gotta believe. The just, the righteous, to live by faith. It's a faith walk. The just. You say you're righteous, you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, and you accept him in your heart. Where is he? He's in my heart. If you accept him in your heart, then let him be ruler, let him be Lord. That's what I'm talking about. He didn't obey. When he said go this way, go this way. Don't let your five cents say go this way. Because your help coming from the Lord. You don't belong to yourself, belong to him. We listen to too much at what the negatives, too much negative. We gotta listen at what the word says. We know God can't lie. Doctors can lie, but God can't lie. That's what I'm talking about. We got to grab a hold of faith. Lay hold on eternal life. That's what I'm talking about. So many of us have missed out on our blessing because we don't believe. God said, I want to do it, but I can't move as I faith. It's like faith is impossible. You're not pleasing me. I can't move. I need your faith to work. I need faith. You gotta believe it. We put everything else first, then the last thing we go to the Jesus. Well, the doctor said this. Who cares what the doctor said? What did Jesus say? We worry about, well, the doctor said, I don't think I can do nothing about this. And that yeah. He wants to make more money. He'll lose his job. Won't be able to make no money if he can't get you. You insurance. We got God said, I'm giving you everything you need. You got it. What are you gonna do with it? We sit back and come to God's height. Like we can come in this door praising God. Lord, I thank you. I made it this far. Lord, I thank you. I've made it to your heights. I was glad when they said unto me, let us go into the heights of the Lord. Come on in here praising God and giving them all in glory. Lord, thank you. I thank you for your grace is sufficient for me. I don't care what the devil said. That's what I'm talking about. We got to get real for God. Stop letting the enemy keep fooling us with all this foolishness, all this humanism and stuff. We listen at all this old different lives of the enemy, and we listen to it and listen to it. That's why I get in your spirit, and you can't get nothing from God. Everything comes out of your mind. Yeah, but but get the bite out of the way. Let's serve God. God be God, let's serve Him. Too long the enemy has been fooling us, every one of us. When we was right there, He fooled us. He tried to kill us when we was right there. He didn't love us. Make you drink yourself to death. Party too much. Don't get no rest. He tried to kill you when you was right there. He didn't do it then. He still tried to do it on this side. Got to live for God. If thy canist believe. That's the police paraphone of Krishna. Getting him to believe what God said. If thy canist believe all things, not something. Your healing, your deliverance, your peace, your joy, your strength. Joy. He said, in this world you're gonna have tribulation. But be of good courage. I overcome the world. He didn't tell you you wasn't gonna go through no tests and trial. Can our joy knowing this? Trying to your faith is working like something we're gonna like something in you, working like patience, endure, go through. That's what he's telling us, go through. Stop grumbling. Children of Israel grumbling so much, the land was theirs. But they couldn't go in because of this over this disbelief. This giants, and we are like grasshoppers. They saw themselves as grasshoppers, and they saw that the people there as giants. They didn't see what God told them. The land is already yours. Go on in and possess the land. Same thing telling us. Go on and possess your healing. Possess your deliverance, because I was wounded for your transgression. I was bruised for your iniquity. It's chastisement. With the stripes, we already heal. Say we were healed, now we are healed. Do we believe it? Yes, the pain is gonna rack your body. Because that's a test. What do we do? We are what? The devil has been defeated. He's gonna make you think that it's still there. It's still there. God is calling us to another level. Whosoever will stand on the word. You should know. If you continue in my word, you're gonna know the truth. And the truth is the only thing that can free us from every bondage. These are bondage. You were in that thing we used in the world. That's why Jesus has to die on the cross to deliver. You were already in bondage, every one of us in sin. Sin is bondage. But when Jesus went to the cross and we accepted what he did on that cross, we have been delivered from the powers of darkness. We were translated into the kingdom of light. Mm-mm-mm. Sin has no more power over you. Except what you give him. That sin nature, doom it. Can't do nothing unless you activate it. That's what I'm talking about. And people try to sanctify themselves. You can't sanctify yourself. You can't make yourself holy. Are you gonna fall sometime? Yes, get up. Don't stay there. Stay in on the word. That's what God is calling for. People ever stand. After you're done all the stand, stand. That's what I'm talking about. We listen to all these messages. We go home, we listen to these messages. But yeah, but we get to keep putting that B-U-T in the mess. And it ain't nothing gonna move until you get it out of the way. It's hinder you from receiving what God had for you. You might not be saying that your mind, but you believe it. I know what Pastor's saying, but she doesn't understand what I'm going through. She ain't had to go through that, so she don't understand it. I don't have to understand, I know what the word say. I don't have to know what you're going through. I know I know God is real. He's the same today, yesterday, and forever. He don't change. He healed by heal them all. Same God. That's why He said, Come unto me. He's the only one who can give us rest. Take my yoke upon me, learn of me. He wants us to learn of Him, learn His ways. We don't know Him, so we don't trust Him. If you don't get in this word, you don't get to know Him, you're not gonna trust Him. Ain't nobody gonna trust nobody you don't know. Yeah, but I know what the doctor said I know what He told me. I don't care what that pastor said. I know what He told me. Yeah, we scared, we scared we're gonna die. If you're gonna die, then you're gonna all be with the Lord. Make sure you're living right. See, the enemy knows the fear. God said, I ain't give you no spirit of fear. I give you love, power, soundness in the mind. We're so scared. Oh, I don't know. I ain't ready to leave here yet. When God gets finished with you, you're gonna leave here anyway. So it's only you to try to protect yourself. That's what God is calling for somebody who's willing to go all the way. Psalms are all the way. I'm going. I'm going. He was wounded. All that he went through for us, not just for us, for the body of Christ. And a lot of the body of Christ is trying to do it in their own strength, sanctify itself. I'm gonna pray ten times today. I think I'm gonna pray every hour, only every hour, only every hour. I'm gonna fast, I'm gonna pray. Get finished praying, you're right back where you were. Pain hit you again. Oh, ooh, there it is. Right back where you was. It's by faith. There's no other way. That's why Jesus said, Nevertheless, not my will. But Lord, your will be done. Come on.

The law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made. If something made you, you then has made me free. You're no longer tied up in bondage. Has made me free from the law of sin and death. The Holy Spirit. God is giving him the giving us the best. And the Holy Spirit lines up with the word of God. He brings the word of God to you when you need it. If you can trust him. If you can believe, if that can believe. He'll bring that word to you when you need it. Romans 6, 18. Too many people are losing out on God because they're not believing. Not trusting God. Well, yeah, but you gotta get that butt. Until you get that butt out, you ain't gonna receive nothing. Y'all don't understand what I'm going through. You just don't understand. Pastor, you don't understand. This is happening. Yeah. God understands. He knows everything. Nothing hid from him. Romans 6 and 18.

Being made free from sin. It's right that big as it can be. Why is it so hard for us to believe? Being made free from sin, you became the service of righteousness. He who knew no sin was made sin, that we was made the righteousness of God in him. I mean, the word is so plain. How can we miss it? It's telling you right there. Being made, then made free from sin. We were the servant of sin, but never accept Jesus. We have been justified, no longer guilty. Made free. Anybody in this world, uh in this place here tonight, know what the word free means. Maybe, maybe we would have to give you the definition of free. Because if you don't know what free means, then you might think, oh, what is she talking about? Being made free. That's what I'm talking about. Being then made free from sin. No longer in sin because your sins have been washed. Cleanse. Move forward from the east to the west. Past, present, future. We've been made free. But we gotta get in our spirit. See, we we get in our head. It don't do you no good when you get in the head. You gotta get in the in the heart. That's where the word got to line in the heart. Because the spiritual thing deals with the heart. You get in your head, the devil can steal it. He'll beat you in that, just in your mind. But that word gotta be in your heart. And when we sin against God, we really don't believe his word. That word where I head my word headed, so the enemy can't steal it. That word I had in my heart. If I hide it in my head, the devil's gonna get raffle with me with it. Brain death and unbelief. But I gotta hide that word in my heart. I know that word is head in my heart. Lord, this is what your word says by me. And we gotta believe it. See, this is a lot to the you can't do that if you don't spend no time with God. It's impossible. 18 February, 22nd verse.

Everlasting life. Let's look at uh Romans 8 and 11. We're gonna have to get into this Romans book and read and find out who you really are. What Jesus did for you. Because you just y'all keep some of you just keep reading all these Old Testament, Daniel and the Lion Den and this and that and that. You better read some of the stuff that God is saying to you who you are. Because some of us don't know who we are. You got to know that you know that you know who you are. Get into this word and stop listening. Yes, when you go to your building, where you go to the ministry in, take your Bible along and read it. Go home and read it. Don't just listen to everything the person telling you. You gotta read this thing for yourself. Here. Spend time in God's presence. That's what I'm talking about. You ain't gonna get nothing but just run into the building once or twice a week and don't go home and read that Bible, open that Bible. You gotta get into this word for yourself and spend some time in God's presence and build up your relationship with Him. That's what we all gotta do. No, no, nobody's exempt. Alright, where we at 8 and 11, you read that. What are we at? Now Romans, what is that next one?

Romans 8:11. Okay. But if the spirit of him who raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he who raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies. By his spirit who dwells in you.

See they're saying if the spirit, the Holy Spirit is talking about from God, who raised up Jesus from the dead, that same spirit that brought Jesus, the resurrection power, brought Jesus back from the grave. If it be in you, it will quicken, it'll Bring you alive. That's what quickening means life. Life. From the dead shall also quicken your mould about your dead by give power in our mouth about it, that we might have a victorious life. God wants us to have a victorious life. He wants us to have that kind of life. He not holding nothing from us. He wants us to live victoriously so we can enjoy life. He said, I come that you might have life more abundantly. What does that mean? That means that you're not drifting and you're pulling your hairs out and you're working, you're taking all these pills at night, trying to go to sleep, and you can't sleep and all this kind of stuff. God said, I want you to rest in me. Rest in my word. That's what He wants us to do. Rest, get that word and rest in it. But we rest in all this other stuff. We listen to everything else, all this stuff. Get off them telephones sometimes. Get off that social media mess. Get off them people talking, don't even know what they're talking about. Get into this word. Word is real. We listen to people. When we listen to people, you're gonna go down. They're already down, you're gonna go down with them. So it's very important. Who in your circle? Find out who's as if these believe the same thing you believe. Don't listen to all that mess. Garbage. Garbage in garbage out. All right, let's go where we're at. 11th verse 10. But if the spirit, the Holy Spirit of him from God, who raised up Jesus from the dead, if it be in you, if it be in you, do you know that you have the Holy Spirit in you? First thing you got to know that you have the Holy Spirit in you. Do you know you have the Holy Spirit in you? If you don't know you have it in you, then you ain't walking by faith. I think I'm saved. Some people ask, I think I'm saved. I don't know. I thought I got the Holy Ghost. I'm not sure. You're not sure, you better go back to the altar. I think I'm safe. You don't have to think. You better know. You better not be playing around with this salvation. Because you ain't gonna be able to win this battle in your flesh. Who dwells? He says, I'm all about us that we might live a victorious. God wants us to live a victorious life by his spirit who dwell in us. We have the same power in us through the spirit that raised Christ from the dead. You got the same power, the same Holy Ghost. Ain't no two different Holy Ghosts. We got the same Holy Ghost that raised Jesus from the dead. Think about what's in you. The great I am. Oh let that sink in. What's in you? Y'all see it? Look at it. Look at it. It said, give us power, and I'm all about that. We might live a victorious life by the His Spirit who dwells in you. We have the same power. Look at that. Y'all see that? In us through the through the Spirit. That power comes through the Holy Spirit that raised Christ from the dead. And it's available to us only on the premises of the cross. When we learn about what Jesus did on the cross. And our faith's got to be there. You can know about the cross, but if you don't put your face there, put your faith in yourself and other things, you're not going to get the victory. You got to know about the cross and you got to put your faith there. Like Esther said, if I die, I die, I'm going to see the king. We got to get the place in our lives where we said, look, I'm going to trust God. I'm going to trust God for this. Whatever that need is, I'm going to trust God for. That woman with the issue of blood. I don't care. People might be looking at me and making fun of me, they would say, but I'm going to press my way through. I got to get to Jesus. See, that's the thing, we got to get our eyes off people, worrying about what people think about. We got too much pride. Some people got too much pride. I don't want nobody to see me doing all that. You got to come to the end of yourself. You got to say, Lord, I give myself to you. I come to the end of myself. I want you to lead me, guide me, direct me. Oh, you gonna do you gonna stop doing this? Yes. If it's called for God says, stop doing it, I'm gonna stop doing it. I can't do it in my own strength, but I'm gonna believe the Holy Spirit is gonna lead and guide me. See, we gotta the things that we our flesh want, God don't want. He don't want nothing of the flesh. No flesh. Oh glory to his sight. No flesh. That's why he had to get rid of that's why it's so much problem right now with Sir Abraham and Sarah. They tried to worship or send to do what God was telling them He's gonna give him a child. Isaac. What did he do? They tried to do it in their own strength, made a mess. And when we do things in our own strength and don't do it God's way, it's a mess. It's a mess. Here come Ismail. Same thing with Jacob. God told Jacob what to do. Go to Bethel. No, he didn't want to go to Bethel, he went there to succor. That's not what God told him. And that's why his daughter got raped. Because he made it went the wrong. He didn't God didn't tell him to go there. That's how she got raped. And then the one that raped her want to get married to her. And then God don't want you to get hooked up with people that don't love God. I would say in natural right now, it would be people who not safe. But he ended up wanting marry her. He wants to do all these things. And the brothers end up killing him. Because God didn't tell him to go to Saksa. God told him to go to Bethel. See, we gotta do what God said to do. A lot of times we do it our way, and that's why we get in trouble. God tell you to go one place, God tell you come to highway, come to highway. He didn't say go by way. See what I'm saying? Might be some testing, but that's what you do. He tells you to read this word, read this word. He didn't tell you go on the computer and be trying to speak out this and that. Get in the word, let the Holy Spirit lead you and guide you. You got time, you got 24 hours. Everybody got 24 hours a day. Everybody got time to get into this word. You got to make time for God. The devil don't try to steal your time, but you got to find some time. First Corinthians 6 and 14. Read six and four because some people might not know how we got in Christ. See this whole thing. A lot of people might not be reading the Bible. You might just think they're reading the Bible, but a lot of people is not reading their Bibles. They're only gone by what the preacher said. And that's why a lot of them are in trouble right now. The false prophets is coming up left and right. They give you half word, half scripture. But we got to preach Jesus Christ and Him crucified. They get away from the cross, then he do what he wants to do, when they want to do. Well, yeah, I've been at the cross a long time. I I got other stuff now, God tells me to do. God ain't gonna lead you away from the cross here. Because that's the foundation. That is the foundation. So if you got other things, that's your ideas. It's not God. You gotta know when the devil's speaking and when God speaks.

All right. Romans 6 and 4. Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death. Not only do we die with him, but we are buried with him as well. Which means that all the sin and the transgressions of the past were buried when they put him in the tomb. They put all our sins in the tomb as well. So you see that?

He put all your sins, everything you ever done in your whole life. Where is it? It's in the tomb. Buried with him. These are saying we got to believe. I don't understand. How could that happen? You're trying to figure out with your little mind, you can't figure it out with your five senses. All your sins were buried in that in that grave, too. When they buried him. That's why he said, Now we have been delivered from the powers of darkness. Sin power has been broken over us. We no longer have to obey sin if we do it God's way. We don't have to obey the devil no longer. He's no longer our master. I know I'm giving you a lot of scriptures, but you might not read all, but go over some of these scriptures. Stop reading about Daniel and the Lion Dent and all this and all that. So many other things that under the law and stuff like that. We're no longer under the law. We're under the new covenant, grace. Come boldly to the throne of grace. That you may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. He didn't tell you to run this place and run that place. Come boldly to the throne, to the throne room where Jesus is. That you may obtain mercy. You need some mercy. You need grace, God unfavored mercy. Come boldly to the throne of grace, that you may find mercy and find grace to help in time of need. Right now, it's a time of need, all this stuff going on in the world. We should be concerned about what's going on all around us. Don't wait till something happens. And that's what a lot of times we do. We wait till something happens. Then everybody groaning and complaining. And God is not gonna put up with it. He hates it. He didn't put up with it with the children, if he ain't gonna put up with it with us. Thank you, Jesus.

1 Corinthians 6 14. And God has both raised up the Lord, the resurrection of our Lord, and will also rise up us by his own power. Carries the idea that the human body belongs to God, not just the soul and the spirit, because it will also participate in the physical resurrection of believers.

Know that you don't belong to yourself. Let me read this to you. I'll read this down. Faith chooses to believe God's word above the evidence. What do I mean by that? Faith chooses to believe God's word. Faith, what do you mean, faith? What does God's word say about it? Faith chooses to believe God's word above the evidence of the senses of your five senses. Faith will not deny the problem. This the problem is not there. Yes, maybe you got a cut here. Yes, maybe uh something going on with your eyes here. It does not deny that the situation is not there. Faith don't deny it. But believe God's word and live in an agreement with it. What faith would do, yes, I know it's there. But I'm believing God's word, what God's Word said about the situation. I'm gonna find out what God's Word said about it, and I'm gonna stand on the word. I'm gonna agree with the word. I'm not gonna agree with what the doctor said, I'm gonna agree with what the word says. That's what I'm talking about. You don't deny that it's not there. There's nothing you see, the evidence is there, but which one are you gonna believe? What did God's word say about? I am what I am the God that what that heals thee. If I can all to them, then which one you're gonna stay on? See, that's what God is telling us. We got to start standing on the word. He said a lot of people are not getting that deliverance because they're not standing, they're staying on what they believe, they're staying on what the eyes see. They're staying on how I feel. I feel like this is going on with me. I feel this is I'm getting ready to have a stroke. I feel like I'm getting ready, this is gonna hit me, that's gonna hit me. I feel like you gotta start wearing up on what you feel like and say, Lord, I thank you for my healing. You're the God that heals me. Whatever's going on in my body, you're the God that's healing me. Not staying on your word for it. You gotta start speaking God's word and believe it. And the enemy is gonna try you again, yes. Always gonna be tested. You ain't gonna get out of no test until you leave this world. The Bible said, Can it? He told you what to do when it comes, can't it all joy? Not drum and complaining, joy. Knowing this, your faith is being tested. God see if you really love God, show enough for now. Do you trusting God or are you trusting yourself? Which one are you gonna trust? Your five senses, or you're gonna trust God. We gotta make up our mind. God said, I got we had the mind of Christ. Sound mind. I got a sound mind. I got the mind of Christ. We gotta speak it over ourselves and believe it. That's what He said. Trust in the Lord with all thine heart. Lean not to our own understanding. All our ways acknowledge him. He will direct our past. God is calling, God is talking to somebody tonight. He's saying, You had not been faithful and believing me. You've been doing things your own way, what you felt like you want to do, when you want to do it, how you want to do it, and that's why you're not getting the victory. But tonight it can be a change in your life if you only trust me. Trust me with your life. Trust me in every situation, not in some situations. But Lord, I trust you in this, but I ain't trusting this. He won't go in every room of your house. I'm not talking about a natural house, I'm talking about your soul, your spirit. God won it.
