Thank you, Jesus. Let's look at Romans the fifth chapter. Lord, I thank you. If it had not been for the Lord on our side, where would we be? Thank you, Jesus. God wants his people to mature in him, to grow. My purpose is to bring you the word so you can grow. Grow in grace in the knowledge of God. Grow, grow, grow. That's what God wants us to do. Grow in him. Realizing all that he accomplished for you. Realizing all that he has for you. Realize all that he accomplished on that cross. We're going to keep our focus on him. Bible says, in him I live. In him I move. In him I have my being. I am complete. Don't need nothing added. I'm complete in him. You are complete in him. If you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior and trust him to run your life, to be Lord of your life, and be what he called you to be. That's what he's calling you for. Another day with Jesus. Somebody said another day with Jesus, sweeter than the day before. Everybody got the fifth chapter of Romans. You got it, Tyree? Yes. Fifth chapter of Romans. We're going to start at the first verse and we're going to read a little bit and we're going to talk a little bit. I'm going to loud the Holy Spirit. I want, Father, in the name of the Lord Jesus, open their hearts up, oh God. That they'll be able to open their ears. Their hearts, that they'll be able to hear the word of God and be able to receive. And when they leave these places, even their thinking, mind will be changed. Their hearts will be changed because of your words. It's your word that changes us. In the name of Jesus. We thank you for it. We have so many people that falling by the wayside. But Lord help us stand. Alright, we're going to start at the first verse. We're going to read a little bit. If I would have a topic tonight, my topic would be faith always wins. Faith always wins. Always wins. That's why Jesus said, I come that you might have life and might have it more. Not just drift in from day to day. What's going to happen to poor little me? That mentality, but we're going to have the mentality, Lord. I thank you. This is the day that you have made, I will rejoice. And I will be glad in it. As the days are so shall my strength be. That's the kind of get up, we get up in the morning. Rejoice because of what He has already done. He has made you free. All right, let's read the first verse. Faith always wins, y'all. Always remember that when you're going through your test, faith, your faith, your confidence, your trust in God. Where do that faith come from? Faith comes by hearing, hearing by the word of God. Your faith. That's where it comes from. Hearing by the word of God. When you get into God's word, you got to get into God's word. You want to grow, you want to mature, you got to get into God's word. You cannot mature outside of God's word. Gotta get into that word and let that word take root and it'll grow in your heart. More abundantly. Life more abundantly. That's what God wants you to have. But if you don't do that, you're gonna fall back. You keep going backwards, backwards, backwards. And you don't really know who you really are. But when you really understand all that he accomplished for you and who you really are, he who knew no sin was made sin. Think about that. That we was made, the righteousness of God in him. We was made. When something's made, you can't take it away from it. How many times at home and you made this or made that? Made cookies or made bread or whatever it is. It turned out to be what you made it. We got to understand that he lives in us, he gave us the best. That's what we got to look at. The great I am is on the inside of you. He's not living on the outside. See, the Holy Spirit is on the inside of you to lead us and guide us and direct us in all that we do to be led by the Holy Spirit. But we got to move on out of the way. If we don't realize who we are and the job of the Holy Spirit, we're gonna continue to try to do it ourselves and not allow the Holy Spirit to do the work he wants to do in each and every one of us. When he begins to do the work in us, and we allow him to lead us and guide us, that's when your peace, your joy, your strength, that's where it comes. So it's very, very important that we move ourselves out of the way and let God do what he wants to do in our lives. We're gonna read a little bit, we're gonna talk a little bit, and when you leave this place, I pray that everything will be different, that your thinking will be different, that your heart will be changed, that you'll see yourself through the word of God and begin to move. Grow in grace and a knowledge of God. That's what God wants for each and every one of us. We gotta grow in grace and a knowledge of God. Undeserve faith. He didn't have to go to the cross, but he did. He made the provision that we might live. Look at Leah, my brother Leah. Look to Jesus and Leah.

Romans 5 and 1. Therefore, being justified by faith, this is the only way one can be justified, refers to faith in Christ and what he did at the cross. We have peace with God, justifying peace through our Lord Jesus Christ, what he did at the cross.

All this because of what Jesus did at the cross. We was made righteous. We accepted. It don't automatically happen, y'all. But we were made righteous because we accept what Jesus did at the cross. He made a provision that whosoever will, let him come and take his water life freely. He made a provision that we don't have to stay in sin. Because everybody was born, was born in sin. Adam and Eve, our forefathers. And because of that, that's why Jesus had to come. Go to the cross. Let us know that we don't have to stay in sin. We have no excuse. If he wants to stay there, he's not gonna pull us out, not gonna twist my arm, not gonna twist your arm. But he wants you to realize that when you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you become a different person. You are now a new creature. Bible said, old things away. Behold, all things has become new. If we don't understand that part, then we really don't know who we really are. We accept Jesus and we still walk in fear, diet, unbelief. That's not the way God wants us to walk. He wants us to walk in the spirit, that we will not fulfill the lust of the flesh. The old man wants to pop his head up anytime he wants to, but now we have been delivered, and we got to see ourselves being delivered from the powers of darkness. And now we are translated into the kingdom of light. We are in a different kingdom with different rules. When you were in the kingdom of darkness, you did what the devil wanted you to do. We all did. You might say you didn't, but you did. We all did. But we are in this kingdom of light where we can walk in the spirit, walk in the spirit. My words are spirits and they are life. Walk in it, live in it. It's a daily walk. That's what God is calling us for. Come ye out from among them and be separated. Don't try to hang out with the world system. He had you have been delivered from that. Why go back into bondage? When he has set you free. That's what I'm talking about. You have been set free. Why go back into bondage? That's why when you don't know who you are in Christ, you will go right back into the same old thing you used to do. But you got to realize Jesus has given you power over all the power of the enemy. And nothing, I don't care where it comes from, should by no means hurt you. We gotta believe it. But if we don't believe it, if that can believe all things are possible to them that believe. But if we don't believe it, we can't receive it. You gotta believe that you have been set free. You're no longer tired of, you're no longer in prison, but you have been set free. But the enemy will make you think that ain't nothing change in your life. But you got to know that you know through the word of God, who reporter you're gonna believe? He said he comes to set the captive free. Those that was in bond, I come to set them free. I come to loose them from the bondage. Thing that the enemy has been telling you all your life, you ain't gonna never be nothing. Low self-esteem, all these things. The enemy put all this on you so you could be listening to the enemy. Giving it to the enemy. You ain't gonna never be nothing in life. You ain't gonna get healed, you ain't gonna get delivered. That's not for you. If Jesus said, I've given you everything you need pertaining to life and God, he means what he said. He can't lie. That's why we got to understand who we are. We're a child of God. We have been delivered. Some been delivered, a baby's been delivered, can't go back into the mother's womb. The baby's been delivered. So it's very important. So he's saying here, therefore, being justified, made righteous. Justified means made righteous. When we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior and allow him to come into our heart, it's all by faith. What did I say at the top of the book? Faith always wins. Faith always wins, y'all. So we when we get into this word and what God said about us, He's talking to you. He's telling you who you are, He's telling you what you can have. So it's telling us, therefore, being justified, made righteous by faith, we now have peace. With God, the peace of God. We were separated from God. We were the enemy of God. Sin separated us from God because of Adam and Eve, and we were born in sin. But when we accept what Jesus, when Jesus went to that cross and died on that cross and gave his life, so that you and I can be free from sin, we no longer have to stay in sin. Very important. And it goes on. This second verse said, What uh what is it? The second verse, uh, Tari.

Romans 5 and 2, by whom also we have access by faith into this grace. We have access to the goodness of God by faith in Christ, wherein we stand, wherein alone we can stand, and rejoice in hope, a hope that is guaranteed of the glory of God. Our faith in Christ always brings glory to God. Anything else brings glory to self, which God can never accept.

You see that? The Christian life is the resort of the cross, y'all. The Christian life is the resort of Jesus going to the cross, which brought up by God's grace, which we don't even deserve it, but he gave it to us. We don't even deserve it. As the Lord returned, the grace will be fully revealed. Let's look at uh Titus 2 and 13. We shall see him as he is when he returned. He's coming back. That same Jesus that left here is coming back, y'all. Do you believe it tonight? If we really believe it deep down in our hearts, sure enough, we wouldn't be so uh not uh the body of Christ wouldn't be so dragging their feet. They'd be on fire for God. Because they know that that same Jesus that left here, he's coming back for a prepared church. Because of his grace, we don't even deserve it, but he gave it to us anyway. He made everything possible that we can live this life. That's why I praise him like I do. Because I understand that it had not been for him, where would I be? Titus, read that Titus 2 and 13. That's Jesus. Titus right behind Timothy. See, that's why we gotta get into our Bible and get to know where all these scriptures here. So when we need it, all we gotta do is reach for it. Because it's the word. You should know the truth, and the truth should make you free. Only the truth that you know can make you free. If you don't know it, you can't be set free. And when you get to truth, faith in the truth will make you free.

Titus 2.13. Looking for that blessed hope refers to the rapture of the church.

Just as what we are looking for, y'all. We can't celebrate looking sad. The body of Christ don't know where they are. We have a hope. And that hope is in Christ Jesus. We are looking for that blessed hope. He's coming back again. For a prepared people who's ready to go back with him when he comes. But we're gonna work wise, David Knight come. No man can work. We're gonna do what we need to do while we're here. But when he comes back to rapture the church, he comes to get us. Take us back. We have a hope, a blessed hope. We are looking for that blessed hope. And the glorious appearance of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ. We are looking for him. The same, the angel looked up and let the disciples say, that same Jesus that you see leaving here, he's coming back likewise. He's coming back likewise. That same Jesus that you see living here. Why is it so hard for a lot of the body of Christ to believe that? They go to the building and leave the building, it's just as bound as it was when they went in the building. Because they don't stand on the word of God. Everything else is going down, but God will never fail. It's very important. He died that you might have life and might have it more abundantly. That's what I'm talking about. That's what that word telling us in titles here. Looking, what are we looking for? We have a hope. How did we get this hope? Through the word of God. What Jesus accomplished for each and every one of us in the body of Christ. But we gotta believe. That blessed hope. I don't care how long it takes before he comes back, but be ready. Because he's coming back. Same Jesus left here. And the glorious appearance of the great God and our salvation who gave himself for us that he might redeem us from all iniquity, sins, big sins, little sins. Mm-mm-mm-mm-mm. Everybody see that? I want everybody to look at that 13 verse. This is what keep that. This is your hope. When the enemy try to sidestep you and say all kind of things that this ain't real, that ain't real, and all this and all that. You don't have to do all this and all that. When you read in the word what God is telling you to do, do what the word tells you to do. But you can't do it in your own strength. And this is what's happening to a lot of people. They're trying to live for God in their own strength and it's not working. We need the Holy Ghost, we need the Holy Spirit to do the work in us. When we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior, if we really, really mean it from our heart and believe it and accept it from our heart, He cleaned up our slate. Everything we ever sinned, every sin, He removed from us. Everything you have ever done in this life, you are free now to worship the Father. See, we were separated from God because of our sins. But when Jesus separated, when we accepted His Savior, Jesus as our Savior, we are no longer in bondage. We have been set free. Free means just what it said. Free. Free to do what? Not your own thing, but free to serve the true and living God. Not do what you want to do. I'm free now. I can do what I want to do. No, no, no. Free to serve Him. Slave of God. Very important that we understand that. What happened? When we get to know ourselves, we won't go, oh, I don't know what's going to happen. I just, I just, I hope this happened. I hope that happened. You don't have to hope this happened, hope that happened. Read the word of God and say, Lord, this is what your word said by me. And I stand on it by faith. I believe what your word said. And I'm not going to listen to what the devil said. I'm going to listen to what your word said because I know you can't lie. The devil is a liar. He's a follow liars. So why would I listen to somebody who's a follow liars when I can listen to somebody who's telling me the truth? Is it the truth that freed me from every bondage? I don't care what you're going through, sickness, diseases, headaches, whatever. Smoking, you can't stop, drinking, alcohol, drugs, whatever it is that you're in bondage to. Even from a childhood, maybe things that have been spoken into your life. When you was a little girl, a little boy. You ain't gonna never be nothing. And all these things came, and you always had your head hung down. Lift your head up and shite, hallelujah, anyhow. Look what the Lord has done. He has delivered you. You don't have to stay where you were. Very important. Yes, you might have been there, but you don't have to stay there because Jesus is your deliverer. All that he went through, just think about it. All that he went through on that cross, being nailed to the cross, the hurt, the pain, the suffering. And the body of Christ, he did it all for the body of Christ. So that we can have life more abundantly life, not just drift from day to day. I don't know what's gonna happen to poor little me. And the devil just talking to your mind. But we can't allow him to talk. His Bible told us what to do. Casting down imagination, every high thing. They exhort itself against the knowledge of God. If it doesn't line up with the word of God, cash it down. Because he's doing his job 24-7. But are we doing our job? The body of Christ doing their job 24-7. Very important that the body of Christ understand. If they really manage it from their heart when they accept Jesus, you are free. You don't have to walk around with your head hung down. What I'm gonna do, how's gonna how I'm gonna come out of this? Get in in the presence of God. Spend some time to get to know Him, build up the relationship. Once you're born now, you build up the relationship. Just like a baby. When that baby comes out, that baby, that mother and the baby build up the relationship together. And that father. He builds up that relationship. Get into know each other and things that's going on. And when we get to really, really know all that Jesus has accomplished for us, get into know him, building up our relationship, we will trust him. But if we don't get to know him, we can be his child, but we don't trust him with our life. We think he don't want to have a lot of young people think that God don't want them to have a life. And the devil tells them, you gotta have a life. What are you doing? You gotta have a life. And most of them, what are they doing? They're trying to make a life out of going to school or doing this or doing that, and all this college education and not uh uh uh psychologies and all the stuff people telling them is it wasn't your fault. It was that this is that that happened when you were small and all that, but you don't have to stay there. See, all these things you don't all say you're trying to do is put yourself up high, but humble yourself under the mighty hand of God and let God exhaust you in due time. He knows how to bring you up, he knows how to take you to a place in Him where you learn how to rest. Not stressed out, not giving up. Ain't no time to give up, it's time to move forward. There's no time for a child of God to give up. I don't know. This thing is hard. It's hard for the transgressor. Isn't that hard for a real child of God to do what God said to do? You got to get in the word. Well, you don't understand what I'm going through. I'm lonely and this and that and that, the devil telling you all this kind of stuff. If you do what's right, God will send the right people in your life at the right time. But we try to go out and get it on our own. We're gonna grab something and then lay it on. You ain't gonna have it nowhere because it ain't gonna stick with you. It's gonna leave. Because it wasn't that obtained by God. Light and darkness don't mix. You try to go outside the covenant. It's not gonna work, y'all. So we might as well just come on in, buckle down, and say, Lord, it's me. It's me, oh Lord. I need help. Show me, teach me how to live for you. That's what I'm talking about. Teach me. The disciples said, Lord, teach us how to pray. They want to learn how to pray because they realize they just see Jesus going up in the mountain praying. And they see Jesus getting all these results. They want to learn. Lord, teach us how to pray. So we can get the victory. See, we need to learn how to pray to spend that time with God. I'm telling you, things will begin to happen in the spirit. You get so excited and happy, you I don't want to leave this place in Him. I just want to stay there. I'm just higher. Lord, take us to another level. You want to go to another level. You won't be trying to get out of it. Well, yeah, I'm going to do it after a while. After a while. We always put it off after a while. Bible said, the day that you hear my voice, harden out your heart. Don't harden your heart against God's word. If God calls you to something, then He's calling you for a purpose. But you got to get into this word so you can grow. You're going from season to season. You actually got to go from one season to another. He gotta take you this way so you can learn him in this season. So when you get over in another season, you'll know what to do. But if you don't learn nothing in this season over here where you're already at, you can't grow. You stuck. You get over there, you don't know what to do. But learn everything when you're going through these tests and trials. Learn. Learn from the test. Learn from these things that you're going through. Because in the midst of what you go through, God is molding and making it shaping you and what you want you to be. See, you can't see, you got to see this thing in the spirit. He is molding and shaping you. You grumbling and complaining. Oh God, why I gotta go through the why, why, why, why? Stop asking questions and say, Lord, take me through. I know you got it all in control. Just take me through, Lord. You lead me, you guide me, you direct me. God wants you to know He is here for you, He is here for every one of us. But we got to do it His way. He can't do it no other way, except His words. He can't change His words. But He loves us enough to take us through whatever we have to go through if we do it His way. But we got to want it. This thing gotta be in your heart. I want more, Lord. I I I decrease and You increase in my life. I want more. I'm not satisfied where I'm at. But we can satisfy where we're at, we're not gonna grow. We we stuck. We got to want to move from this place to the higher heights, deeper deaths. Very important. He's saying, Yeah, but whom uh second verse, what uh Toby, we read that, right? We read that second verse. Let's read Ephesians 2 and 18. Hold on to this, we're coming back to Romans. Thank you, Jesus. Those on our side, if you're looking at this podcast, you're looking at the website, God is talking to you. You're not just looking at it by coincidence, but God has a purpose for your life, is also the body of Christ. If you're in the body, God has a purpose, purpose for your life, and you must allow him to do the work in you that he wants to do. Don't pull away, don't act like it's oh, this is so hard. It's only hard for the transgressors, those that don't want to do it. But if you be willing and obedient, God will do a work in your life. You have to hear what the Spirit of God is saying unto you, the church. All right, we got Ephesians 2 and 18. Write these scriptures down when you get home. Go back over these scriptures again. Don't just when you hear and you write these scriptures down, don't go back over no more. Only way you're gonna go to keep going back over and over. Meditate upon it, meditate upon the word of God, let God speak to your heart. When you read it over and over, you go back home, and you're in your secret closet. Read these scriptures and watch yourself begin to grow. Watch. That's how you grow. Meditate, turn it around. Lord, what are you saying to me? Talk to God about the situation.

Okay, that's good there. So you see what it's saying here? For through him, through who? Through Jesus. We both, Gentiles and Jews, not only for Jews now, for Gentiles too. Deep and drafted in. They have access by one spirit unto the Father. Whosoever will now can come. Come, come, come. Take us water life freely. Very, very important. So you see what it's saying here? For through him, through Christ, we can come. John, St. John 10 and 9.

Yes, St. John 10 and 9. I am the door presents an emphatic statement that the church is not the door to Christ, as the Catholics teach, but Christ is the door to the church. By me, if any man enter in, he shall be saved. As the door, Jesus is the savior. And shall go in and out and find pasture. They went in for safety and went out for pasture.

Jesus said, I am the door. Jesus is the door. He's the one that you got to come through. Jesus. If you want to be saved, you gotta come through Jesus. Bible said, fullness of time, God sent forth his son, made of a woman, made under the law, to redeem mankind, to go to the cross. Incarnation, word became flesh. Jesus walked around down here. The Bible said, uh, in the beginning was the word, the word was with God, the word was God. And who was walking around? Jesus. That same Jesus that went to the cross. We are not serving the high priest who cannot be touched with the feeling affirmatives. But he was in all points, he was tempted just like you and I. But he didn't give in to the devil. He let the devil know where to get off at because he had the word. You should know the truth. And it's the truth that free you from every bondage. That's what I'm talking about. See, if we don't know the truth, the enemy can tell us all kinds of lies. And we believe it. That's all right, honey. You go ahead because God understands your heart. He knows that you're lonely and you need to be shacking with somebody. No! God ain't told you to shack. Imagine the honor but the bed I defy. Homemongers and they're gonna head up part in the lake. He ain't said nothing but shacking because your body, your body craving for sex. I'm just bringing on down to home for the body of Christ. This is what happened to a lot of bodies of Christ. They go to church all dressed up and everything, and they go right back checking, doing everything married couples supposed to be doing. God never ordained that. Marriage is honorable. Never ordained that. Very important that we understand it. I don't understand. I'm just lonely. I just talking to this person because I'm lonely. If they don't love Jesus, they don't love you. They're using you. You got to get it in your head. If you don't, you're gonna get hurt down the road. They don't love Jesus, walk away. Why you got the opportunity to walk away. Lord, I want what you have for me. I don't want what the enemy wants to give me a phony, phony, phony thing. But I want the real thing. Somebody that's gonna be there for me. Somebody that's gonna worship God along with me. Somebody that's gonna go all the way with me, serving God. But if you go out there and pick somebody on your own, that flesh were caught for this and that, looking at it on the eye side, but you can't see the heart. Definitely wicked. Who can know it but God? That's why you gotta let God pick people in your circle. You just can't pick anybody in your circle. Well, I want this person, I like this person. These seem like they're real nice. The enemy always gonna act like he's nice because he wanna get in it to defeat you. See, you gotta get into this word. That's why you think Jesus said, Come yeah from among them and be separated. Yeah, because everybody goes to the building. Don't mean everybody's saved because they go to the building. You're only saved when you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior from your heart. It's not about how much your life's sad, but y'all gotta be a heart change. It gotta be a lifestyle change. When you still dipping into the same old mess you were dipping into before you got saved, ain't nothing change. You're allowing the old man to take charge. But God is calling for you to come on up higher. Drop all that mess. I've given you power over all the power of the enemy. Nothing. I don't care where it comes from you by the enemy, he hurt you. Very important. He said, I am the door. I am the door. That's where he said, by me, if any man enter in, he shall be saved. You got to come through Jesus Christ and what he did on the cross. You can't just shake the pastor's hand. You got to come through Jesus Christ. Shake his hand. Just want to get in the in the in the building to get in the choir. Sing psalms and all this and all that. You want to do the works? But God said, I'm looking for somebody that will live holy. I'm looking for somebody that's willing to go all the way. That's what God is looking for. We like to do works, religion. There's nothing but religion. A lot of works, but not living for God is nothing but religion. But God is calling us to a higher height. That's what God is calling. If it's for me, it's for you. Same God ain't got no different rules. The rules are for everybody that loves Jesus. You want to live for Jesus, want to do what's right. Yes, you might slip up sometime, and maybe certain areas, but you quickly repent. Get it right. Get up from there and go forth. And ask God to forgive you and go forth. But don't plan. I'm gonna do this. When I leave here today, I'm gonna do this, I'm gonna do it. You already got your mind made up. What you're gonna do? There was no slip up, there was a plan. Very important. We put things before God. We put our education, we put our jobs, we put all these other things, people, before God. God said, I'll be number one, none at all. He gotta come first. Love the Lord that God with all that heart, all that soul, all that strength. When you love it with all your heart, you're gonna obey God and do what God said. You're gonna be led by the Holy Spirit. That's what I'm talking about. In all that ways, acknowledge him. He said, I want to direct your past. You can't direct yourself, you don't belong to yourself. Your body belongs to God now. You don't belong to yourself. Must be crucified, nailed to the cross. When Jesus went to the cross, you too went to the cross in the mind of God. You too was buried. You too, when he got up out of the grave, you too rise up to walk a new life. That's what I'm talking about. We got to live this life. It ain't about talking about it, it's about a lifestyle. Live the life. God is calling you. He's calling every one of his people in the body of Christ to another level. Too long they've been sitting back, laying back, ain't doing nothing. Just like the disciples. But when Stephen got stoned, everybody got him began to do what these folks have been doing all the time. If people knew tonight that Jesus was coming back tomorrow, do you know everybody would be getting ready tonight? The prayer meeting wouldn't have probably couldn't get enough people, enough seats for the people to sit down there in the church. But people come and go and do what they want to do because they figure, oh well, just like it was in Noah's days. Noah said, Come on in, it's gonna rain. They didn't want to come in. They were too busy partying, giving in marriage, doing all this. It was all but the flesh. Doing what they wanted to do. But when it started raining, we never never rained before. All at once, everybody wants to come into the heart. Too late. I want to say to you that had not received Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, don't put it off. Tomorrow's not promise. Tomorrow is not promise. Today is the day of salvation. Tomorrow's not promised to none of us. We don't know we're gonna go to sleep at night where we're gonna wake up in the morning. As many people have gone to sleep and did not wake up. When we don't wake up, we either gonna end up one place or the other, eternal life if we're right with God. Our soul and spirit go to be with the Lord. But if we're not right with God, eternal damnation with the devil, not gone with God. Very important that we understand it tonight. God is talking to the body of Christ tonight. You're not right, get right. Ask God, Lord, you search me. See if there be any weakness in me. Lead me in your way everlasting. I want I want to go all the way with you. I don't want to be playing church. Very important. Let's go back to Romans.

Romans 5 and 3. And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also, and the fact that tribulations do not hurt us.

Oh, it don't hurt us. We think some people think it do. Well, I'm going through what I'm going through. I don't understand why I gotta go through look like ain't nobody going through but me. It don't hurt you. God has a purpose for the tribulation, for these testing and trials. See, you can't see that far off. You gotta trust God with your life. Lord, if you have taken me this way, you has a purpose for my life to go this way. He's not gonna take you to He had a purpose. He has a purpose why he takes you this way, because he's doing something, he's getting you prepared for something you can't understand it. You think that, oh my God, do he really see what I'm going through? Do he really know how much it hurt me to go through this? Do he does God really care for me? Do he really love me? Like he said. The Bible said, For God so loved the world. He was ready to go to the cross that he gave his only begotten son, his only son, that whosoever will come and take us water life freely. So he said here, and not only so but we glory in tribulation because we have a hope. Ooh, glory. We have a hope that Jesus is coming back. That same Jesus that left here. He's coming back again. That's why we can go through our tests and trials like grumbling and complaining because we have a hope. If we didn't have a hope, we couldn't do it. But we have a hope because Jesus had given us a hope. His grace is sufficient. You have to go through something to get to the next season. You have to go in the valley sometimes. You are in the valley now, and you're gonna have to trust God while you're in the valley. Look like ain't nothing going right. Everything is off. Look like you just want to give up sometime, just like Job. Only thing God was trying to do with Job was get Job to get to know him. It's not enough to go to the building with your big Bibles. The Bible Christ, a lot of times people got that big Bible to get home. You ask them, What did the pastor teach you? I don't know. I know it was a good message, but I don't know. How you gonna grow like that? Well, when he tested and tried, something hitting your left and right, you will get into the word of God. You'll be glad to get to the building here with the like Job. Only thing God was trying to do with Job was get Job to get to know him. It's not enough to go to the building with your big Bibles. The Bible Christ, a lot of times people got that big Bible to get home. You ask them, What did the pastor teach them? I don't know. I know it was a good message, but I don't know. How are you gonna grow like that? But when he's testing and trial, something hitting your left and right, you will get into the word of God. You'll be glad to get to the building here with the word of God. Do they have a word for me? Come on now. Let's be real for God. Not on the soul, but we glory in tribulation. Why? Knowing that tribulation does it's doing something. You got to understand that the tribulation is working out something in your life. But you can't see with your natural eyes, it's in the spirit. If you can see with your natural eyes, you say, Yeah, okay, Lord, I see what you're doing. But he's doing something that you can't see. But now you got to trust him, you gotta have faith, you gotta believe that he's doing it's all for my good. I don't understand it, Lord, but I know you got my best interest at heart. I know you love me. I know that much. So if you love me, I know whatever you're doing is all for my good. That's what I'm talking about. When you really get to know who you are in Christ, you'll be able to go through these things that you have to go through without grumbling and complaining. Knowing that God loves you. Let's look at Matthew 5 and 11. Hold on till it's Roman. Coming back. Matthew 5 and 11. Thank you, Jesus. See, a lot of people don't think God loves them. The devil done told you God don't love you. Just like a fool, Adam and Eve. God really did God really mean that? He don't want you to be wise like him. You be wise like God. The devil lie to get your attention. Sometimes people listen to it too. The body of Christ needs to grow. Five and eleven. Let's see where they're at. Very important that you go back over this. And then when you get ready, go to your test and trial, you will feel confident that God loved me and what I'm going through, He already knows about it. He's not gonna let me be tempted above my able with the temptation. He already made a way of escape that I'll be able to bear. That's the way you look at it. You won't look at it as though God hates me so much that he lied to happen to me. Why he let this happen to me? We begin to call God in question. Don't question him. Just trust him. All right, we look Matthew 5 and 11. What is everybody got it? Look what Jesus said. Look what he's saying here in Matthew 5 and 11.

Now listen to that. Do you see that? He said you're blessed. But we don't think so a lot of time. It's somebody talking about us and talk saying bad things about us. We don't think we think they're against us, they hate us. And we get upset. And we then we begin to hold unforgiveness in our heart and bitterness. The enemy got a plant, y'all. God says you're blessed. But the enemy wants you to get upset with the person. And then you hold bitterness in your heart. Unforgiveness in your heart. And you can't move forward now, you're stuck. But God, but if you would take this and say, Lord, you say, I'm blessed. Blessed are you when men should revive you and persecute you. Persecute meaning, God said, You didn't live God are going to suffer persecution. He already told you you're going to suffer persecution. It's not like he keeps anything from us. He let us know ahead of time in the Bible that those that live God are going to suffer persecution. People are going to talk about you because it offends them when you're living right and they ain't living right. And he gone to the building, but they're not living what they're being taught. It's an offense. So when it's an offense, they're going to come against you. They're going to talk about you. They're going to say all kinds of things about you. But you got to know that you know that you know that you have been delivered from the powers of darkness. You're in God's kingdom and you're living for God. Surely gonna talk about you. You can't stop them. And should say all manner of evil. They're gonna say all manner of evil against you. Falsely for my sake. They did it to Jesus. They call him the devil. They're gonna talk about you too. Why you think we better than Jesus? They did it to the green tree. What do you think they're gonna do to the dry? They did it to Jesus, they talked about him. They called him the devil. He walked right around in the midst of them. And they could have accepted him, but they didn't want it. The religion people can be the worst people because they got their own mind made up, what they're gonna do and all that. They don't believe in doing what God said do, but they do what they want to do. Well, I think I'm gonna do this today. I think I'm gonna do this. I uh they'll never consult God. That's what religion is all about. Self-righteous. I call them self-righteous. You're doing your own thing, you're not doing what God said do. I don't care how much you go to the building, it's not about the building, it's about your life, your heart. There will be after God. Do what God said do. Look what all right, what is it? Rejoice. What's that? Uh what does it say we gotta do when this stuff happened? Tyreek 12th verse or what?

So you see what he's saying here? He's telling you to rejoice. Oh, have mercy. How many people you see rejoice when he goes on to the test of people talking about him? Dear man, hmm, I ain't done nothing to them. Why are they talking about me like that? Why are they doing this to me? He told you we do the opposite. If we're not, if we don't know what the word said, we do the opposite. And if we're not at a place in God where we need to be, we're still gonna do the opposite. We're gonna get upset. God said, rejoice. And be exceedingly glad. Past glad. Exceedingly glad. Why? For great is your reward in heaven. God said, You're living for me. That means you're living something. That's why the offense is coming. Offense is going to come. When you live for God, offense is going to come. People that you saw about your best friends, even kin folks are going to turn against you. Some of Jesus' kinfolk turn against him. His own mother and his brothers in all came to the he's beside himself. He comes trying to get him to stop doing what God said. What Jesus said, I must be about my father's business. He didn't let nobody stop him from doing what God had called him to do. And we got to be the same way, regardless of what people say. If they hate you, they hate you. But you must be about your father's business. Watch who you got in your circle. Watch are the other are the other are you an offense to them and they're coming against you, they're going to try to do things to you, hurt you, or whatever way they can do, and then you get unforgiveness and bitterness in your heart, and you can't move forward. Very important. So persecuted the prophet which was before you. God said, You know, I want went through this. There's other people before you went through what you're going through. Why are you saying you don't have to go through? If you're going to be mad, you're going to have to go through. What does he do? He chasing them that he loved because he has sons and not bastards. You want to be a bastard? He's chasing those. He chasing you so you take you to that place when he began to chase you and move you from where you are to where you got to go. That's the same way it is when you correct a child. As long as you let the child run around and do what they want to do, they're going to keep doing it. But when you begin to correct them, then they'll cut some of that stuff going to cut out. Because they know they can't get away with it. And it's the same way it is with God. He's chasing us, that's He's showing us He loves us. And sometimes kids might say, Well, my parents don't love me because they always getting on me up by this, getting on me up by that. That's why they get on you because they love you. They don't want to see you go down that same road that the other person went down the road on the death road. That's why they try to stop you from going down that road in jail, whatever it is. Very important. James 1 and 3. Y'all, these scriptures, go back over these scriptures. James 1 and 3. Faith always wins, y'all. Remember that. Faith always win. Faith is not a loser, it's a winner.

What's going on here? Knowing this. That the trying, your faith is being tested. Trying of your faith works patience mean endure. Go through. Hmm. Your faith is being tested. Do you really love God showing up? You just talk the talk. Your faith will find out when the test comes. Do you really love God showing up? Are you just grumbling and complaining like showing Israel? That's all he did was grumble and complain. I don't know, he brothers out here. This is gonna happen, that's gonna happen. We can't go in and possess the land. There's giants up there, and we're like grasshoppers in that sight. God already gave him the land and he couldn't even go up there and possess it. God already gave us eternal life and we gotta go forth and do what we need to do. There's giants up there. We like grasshoppers. These are stuff like grasshoppers. Very important that we go forth and be what God calls us to do. John 16, 33. St. John. Always gonna be tribulation, y'all. We're not gonna get around it as long as you're in this body. But we gotta hold on to that hope that we have. My hope is built on nothing less. But Jesus' blood and righteousness. I dare not trust the sweetest friend, but solely lean on Jesus' name. My hope is built. You can't build your hope on nothing less. You can build on it and say, Yes, you're gonna come down, gonna sink. God said, I want my people to mature. I want them really to get to know me, get to know all that I accomplished for them upon the cross. So they stop grumbling and complaining. The body of Christ is grumbling too much, and all the stuff is going on all around us right now. They can't see the end time, the things that's going on. Jesus could put in his appearance anytime. Are we ready to go back with him when he comes? Are we still trying to get stuff? More money, more of this, more of that. You can't take none of it with you. Wherever your heart is, that's where your treasure is gonna be. Wherever your treasure is, that's where your heart is gonna be. Build up and throw up your treasure, throw it up to Jesus, throw up the prayer, fasting, praying. Do what you need to do. Spend time in God's presence. We get too busy, we ain't got time. In and out, running at present, two minutes out. Rest of the day we're doing what we want to do. But it's not gonna work. God don't let that thing work out. Now, even AI is taking on a lot of people's jobs and stuff. All them people that went to college and stuff, trying to get all this computer education, all this stuff, working on computers. A lot of the men were saying that this the AI that took a lot of uh computer work and stuff like that. A lot of people now trying to get trade, do trade work, get you know, going to school for trade and stuff like that. Because AI is taking so many jobs, so many people have lost their jobs, they had all this high education, they don't went to college, paid all that money, and now they don't have a decent job. That's what I'm saying. You gotta do what God said. You if you don't pray and see what God tells you to do, you do all these things on your own. See, you did what you wanted to do. 16, so it's John 16, 33. And now what they're gonna do, the job's gone. God knows what they're doing. He soon put in his appearance, and we gotta be ready to go back with him. Make sure whatever you're doing, God is in it. Now you got a trade or something like that. I can't do too much with that. But AI, a lot of these jobs and the robots and all the stuff they got out, they're taking a lot of people's jobs, office jobs and stuff like that. That's right. And if they was saying, Oh, I ain't got no job. What I'm gonna do. Oh, this education, you got you got all these doctor degrees, all the stuff on the wall, master's degree, they're all the stuff on the wall. What good is it? You gotta put God first. He will lead you, he will guide you, he will direct you, he will let you know when to go, what to do. But you want people to know, oh, I'm so great. I got doctors, I got this, I got that. Do you have Jesus? That's the main thing. Make sure you got him. That's the main thing. All right, what would uh read John 16, 33?

See that? How did he overcome the world? Let's tell you right there, he did this through the cross. Colossians 2, 14 and 15. How did he overcome it when he went to the cross? And me, that means we got to get in him, and me, you may have what? Peace. It's so much better when you have peace. Everything just so you're not stressed out, you're not worried about this, you're not anxious for this. You just know that God is working it out. He's doing something right now on my behalf. I know he's working it out. You you you relax. You're not jumpy, you're not scared, but you know that in his due time, I'm coming out. He's gonna bring me out just like he did the last time he brought me out, he's gonna bring me out again. See, we we we walk by faith. Does faith always win? That's what I'm talking about. Faith always wins. But people don't want to get into the word and find out what God got for you. We got to find out what God has for us and stop dreaming on all these other dreams. I'm gonna be successful in this and that and that. And we go after things ourselves God ain't told you to go after nothing. We go and after stuff God ain't told us to go after. So much stuff I could go after. For what? I wouldn't have time to get into God's word. If I would go after a lot of things the devil tell me to go after, I wouldn't have time. Very important. Hear from God, hear and obey. Once you hear, then obey. But he's not gonna push us to do nothing. He's not gonna make us, he's not gonna twist my arm. If I get up in the morning and don't want to pray, he's not gonna make me pray. If I don't want to spend some time in his word, he's not gonna make me do it. I gotta want it. I gotta want to get closer to him. I gotta wanna I gotta wanna know my purpose, that's what he has for me. Because when I stand before him one day, we all gonna stand before him. I want my crown. The crowns. I don't want him just say, Well, yeah, you got salvation, but no crowns. You didn't do what I told you to do. I gave you this gift and you didn't use it for my glory. You didn't do what I told you to do. You please people, but I told you things I want you to do. Teach my people how to mature so they'll learn by me. Give them the word so they can learn about me, so they can grow. That's what God wants.
