SPEAKER_01Now, Jesus, when he was on that cross, when he said it is finished. And what God began to show me, he said a lot of people, it's not about a lot of times we say just these big churches or whatever it is. What don't mean a big church or little church, it doesn't matter. We say, yeah, because we go to the building. We're fine. We're good. But that's God required more of us. Every one of us can just go into the building. You'll come here, we come here all together. We pray and we do things together. But you have to have a relationship with God. Every one of us has to have our all personal relationship. I can't have, I have had my personal relationship. Bitch has had his personal relationship. Husband and wives got to have that personal relationship. Children got to have that personal relationship with God. We've been time in God's presence and here with the Holy Spirit is saying unto us as a child of God. We understand that we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior. And we ask him to come into our heart. We ask him to be Lord of our life. And he did just that if you believe it by faith. Now, when we say Lord, Lord means exactly what it means. Rule. He rules now. We no longer rule ourselves. Our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. And we have to realize that. If we don't realize that, we do what we want to do, when we want to do, how we want to do it. But when we come to a place in our life where we realize I'm not my own boss no more. When I was in the world, maybe I did this and I did that. But now because I'm with Christ, I'm in Christ, I got to hear what he's saying to me. I got to listen when I get up in the morning and see what do you want me to do, Lord? Like today, he didn't need me to walk today. I have to see what my mind wants to walk, but he didn't need me to walk today because he gave me other things he wanted me to do today. So we got to always hear what the Spirit of God is saying unto us. Because it's not enough to just read God's word. We got to be a hearer and a doer of God's word. So this with Lazarus, you will think with Lazarus, Martha, and Mary, that was the same Mary. We said we love God. I'm sure they said the same thing. But we got the Holy Ghost on the inside of us. Now we should be a little bit better than them back, even though Jesus would walk around with them. You know, and all that. But they already didn't know who Jesus was. So we're gonna read a little bit here. We're gonna break it down a little bit more. 11th chapter, John St. John 11th chapter. Just read the uh the black right there, uh Tari.
SPEAKER_00John 11 and 1. Now a certain man was sick named Lazarus of Bethany, the town of Mary and her sister Martha. Continue. It was that Mary which anointed the Lord with ointment and wiped his feet with her hair.
SPEAKER_01Now, it was that Mary that anointed Jesus' feet before his bearer, before he went to the cross, when she washed his feet, dried with her hair. It was the same Mary, you know good and well that she had to love him to do to take her glory, her hair, and dried with her hair, washed his feet. So even though we can say we love God, but if we don't do what God tells us to do, we can say all we want, oh I love the Lord, I love the Lord. But God required us to do, to be a doer of his word. Sure, everyone, if you ask anybody now who's safe, go into the building or whatever it is, if you ever do the love of the Lord, you know what they're gonna say? Yeah, sure, I love God. You can't make him think that they don't love God. How do he say, how do you how do I know I love God? If you love me, you will do what? Put in the words. Anybody know that? If you love me, you do what? Keep my commandment, my word. We say we love God, but do we keep his word? Do we do it his way, what he's saying? If you love me, that's how you know whether you love him or not. Are you doing what you wanted to do, when you want to do it, how you want to do it? Are you doing what God said do? Are you seeking him? The Bible said all thy ways, not some. Acknowledge me, and I'm going to direct your path. I want to direct you because you belong to me. So I want to tell you when to go, when to come, when to do this, when to do that. Now, Mary was the one that anointed Jesus' feet before his burial and all that. The rest of the people there, they ain't want to be bothered with Jesus. He said, Y'all been with me all the time. And y'all, he said, when do he know who she is and all that? He's making fun of her. When do Jesus know who she is? Like it though, Jesus don't know. He knew her, but he knew her heart. And I believe it was in herself, she might say that she did love God. But you can love God all you want and say you love God. But when the test comes, that's when you realize, do I really love? I say I love him, but do I believe him? If I love him, I trust him with my life. When you love somebody and you had that much faith in that person, you trust them. She washes feet and everything. Now, y'all read, I'm sure y'all read that. I'm not gonna go over all let Toby read all of it because it's too much. But we see what happened later on. See, we all, every one of us in here is gonna be tested. Whether we love God or we don't love God. We say we love God, but we say that our might don't mean two sin. By this, should all men know that you're my disciple by the love. If I love God, I'm gonna do what God said do. I'm gonna I'm gonna come to him because he's my Lord. I can't move with like if somebody I need to make a decision, I gotta ask him before I can jump into this, jump into that. So now, Mary and Martha, hear their brother. I didn't love that brother so much. He's sick. You can love somebody very much, and that's how the test, when the test comes, you want to, you say, Oh, I gotta call. Just like right now, when somebody gets sick in your family or something like that. First thing you want now that your face is gonna be tested. Maybe your children or whoever it is, or your loved one, or whoever it is. Now your face is gonna be tested. You say you love God. You read your Bible all the time, and you're praying all the time. You're doing a lot of praying, but how much are you doing or listening? How much are you obeying? Obedient is better than sacrifice. So, what is happening here? Here, Mary and Martha, they realize that Lazar was sick. Read the third verse, uh, Tari.
SPEAKER_00John 11 3. Therefore, his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick.
SPEAKER_01He whom you love. Jesus loves us. He whom you love. You would have thought that Jesus would drop everything and go running. Because he loved Lazarus. He will go over there and eat with them, he will go over there and give them the word. That was his friends, we would say naturally. And you see, he hanging around with nobody else. But he will always go to Mary and Martha. Now, here now, their brother is sick. Now it's time to be proven. Do I really trust Jesus? See, you don't know yourself who you what you would do until something happened to somebody close to you, your loved one, your husband, your wife, and your children, or somebody close to you. That's when your faith is being tested. Do I really love God enough to trust God with my loved one? You don't know until something happens. So now they have a chance of to be proven by faith. So now Jesus heard about this. He heard that they were sick. But Jesus didn't rush because he knew who he was. When you know who you are, and you when you know how God operates through the word of God, we don't get all upset. Oh my God, oh get fall like all that kind of foolishness. But we trust God with our situation, with our life. When Jesus heard that, this he said, this sickness is not unto death. He spoke faith. This sickness is not unto death. That's what he said in the fourth verse. But for the glory of God. When you're going through what you're going through, God says for the glory of God that somebody will see what you're going through and how you come out of it without grumbling and complaining and trusting God. But when we come out of the trust of grumbling and complaining, I don't know what I got to go through. I don't know what I gotta let this happen to me. You're being tested. You have to understand. And every one of us is gonna be tested with something, they don't have to be sickness all the time, it can be other things. But whatever you're being tested with, you're gonna be tested. Your faith is gonna have to operate. You're gonna be tested, every one of us. Nobody's exempt. We say we love the Lord. We say he's my savior. All this, how much I love him. But now, when somebody close to you, something happened to that person, do you really trust God sure enough? When Jesus heard that, he said, this sickness now unto death. Now, even if they're gonna believe Jesus, what he said in that. He said, Before the glory of God that the Son of God might be glorified, God wants to get the glory out of every one of my lives. He cannot get the glory that we grumble, let me complain. I'm not gonna know what this happened to me. We can get the glory, he wants the glory. That's what he wants, that's why the heart fellows have so we're gonna get the glory. But when we moan and complain, he don't get no glory. People watching us, we are on the light. We are the light to the dime. Somebody watching your magnitude when sickness hit you, somebody watching your magnitude when you don't have no money, somebody watching your magnitude when you go to your test, whatever the test is, somebody watching you. What you say you're saying, somebody alive is on you, whether it's on your job, whether it's in your apartment building, wherever you are at, wherever you at. Somebody, the enemy wants somebody to see it. They want somebody to see that you're not where you need to be. Oh, there's word that Jesus has been going to murder mom's husband. Mather's word that's been taught us. Murray sat at his feet. And moms are in the kitchen cooking, trying to fix him a nice meal. But the word of God is more important than anything else that you would do in your life. I'm talking about the word of God. Murph sat at his feet, and she began to eat the word. That's why Jesus said, I send my word to heal. I send my word in the beginning was the word. The word of a whisper, the word of the woman's coming. I send my word at the word Jesus who went to the cross. Glory. I send my word, and we got to stand on it. The word I always said will never go down. It's exalted above his name. But a lot of times we don't stand on it. We stand on it till something happens. That's where you where your faith is. We don't know how strong we are until something happens. Do I give in? Do I take down? We don't understand it. We say, oh yeah, I'm I'm I'm ready to go in the gate. Praise and worship. Can you still praise and worship when this all is gone on? Can Mary and Moss still praise and worship when the last of their brother is dead? Can you still live up the name of Jesus? When something happened to your loved ones, it was a test. Testing of our faith. Our faith must be tested. Great faith. Must be great and tested. So Jesus can get the glory. That's what it's all about. It's not about us. He had given us everything we need. He said, I've given you everything you need pertaining to life and godliness. And it's through the knowledge. Get in my word by faith. Walk by faith. We got to walk by faith. So what's happening here? Martha in the kitchen cooking. Nothing wrong with it. Sometimes we want to cook and everybody cook, cook, cook, eat, eat, eat. It's all right. That's natural food. But God is more concerned about the spiritual part. He told Martha, you're troubled by many things. All is gone because Barry wouldn't get in the word. You're a trouble. Wait, see that part, Tyree? Let's let's read that part. You don't have no word, you're a trouble. You don't have no peace. Everything's going on around you, you don't have no peace. Let's see where that at part. Let me know where you find it. There's a lot in this lesson. Yeah, I'm telling you, I got a lot out of this. When I began to read this, I read this balance so many times, but I never looked at it like this. And God began to open my mind understand until it's Sunday. He began to show it to me. Let's see where that part at. Y'all anybody see that part where she told Martha, you're in trouble by many things? Mm-mm-mm. Thank you, Jesus. Martha in the kitchen cooking hot ham hocks and everything else in the pot, greens and ham hocks, and all this kind of stuff. Ribs, barbecue. Ooh, that looks smells good. Mmm. Jesus wasn't concerned about the food. Don't get me wrong now. Jesus ate at times there, but that wasn't a time. Now it was a time for Mary to set at a martyr to set at Jesus' feet. See, a lot of times it's not time for you to do what you're doing. God has a set time for everything we do. You gotta what verses.
SPEAKER_00Luke 10, 38. Now it came to pass as they went that he entered into a certain village, and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house. And she had her a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus' feet and heard his word.
SPEAKER_01Mary always was set at Jesus' feet, that she heard the word. She was sitting at Jesus' feet. Go ahead.
SPEAKER_00Verse 40. But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him and said, Lord, does thou not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Bid her therefore that she help me.
SPEAKER_01Well, she must have spoken the wrong tone or something to him. She didn't realize who he really was. That's what I'm saying now. He'd been very dressing the heights all the time. And it said I didn't know who Jesus was. So it goes on in 41st saying, Jesus was answered unto her, Martha Maza is said in pity pity and love. Jesus said in pity and love, you are careful and trouble. 41 about many things. Concerned things which were important, but not the most important. You're not concerned about the thing more than Paul. You saying, but cooking, cooking, cooking. Nothing wrong with it, but this is not the right time for it. It's a time for everything. But one thing is needful. Proclaim to us the mind of God and tell us where all victory is. And Murray has chosen the good part, meaning that this is a choice which should not be taken away from her. The greatest thing is communion with Christ. See what happened. Both of us are doing a great thing, but Jesus knew, just like with us, he knew we're gonna get so caught up with the natural things. He knew down the road the test is gonna come and we're not gonna be able to go through. Because we are too caught up with the natural. But Murray said it's a feet and eat the word. We need to eat the whole road. We're going back to the 11th chapter. Mira said at Jesus' feet. And she was concerned about the most important part, which was the word. The natural food wasn't the most important part. Yes, we love natural food, but it's a time for it. We can't put that before God. Well, let's put on a pot roast today. We're gonna cook a turkey and everybody gonna eat. We all back in the dining room eating. Nobody, then test come this week. Nobody can't go through. Y'all see what I'm saying? The word is more important. It's gonna be a time that God will say, okay, it's fine. But you gotta make sure God is in it in all thy ways, acknowledge him, and he will direct your past. We can't just take it on our own and say, Well, this is what I'm gonna do. And look what happened here. So now, because Murray and Martha, their brothers are dead now. Now they don't have enough faith. When you don't spend time in God's presence like you should, you're ripping up and down the road, up and down the road, going to the store, going to this place, going to that place. Take some time. Spend in the presence of the Lord. Hear what the Spirit of God is saying unto you. Don't be just making up your own decision. This is what I'm gonna do. Because the enemy will take you out the house every day. If I listen to the enemy, I'll be out the house every day. Because he wants me to get, he knew I come back, I'm gonna be too tired to get into the word. See, the devil ain't no dummy. He's been around for years. He knows when you come back in the house, you're gonna be too tired to get into the word. So you have to set aside and find out what God wants me to do today. Set aside a time for God. Set a time when I can do all this. Maybe you can do two or three things in one day. God said, okay, today I want you to do this, do this, do that. You do that. But tomorrow, you spend that whole time in the house fasting and praying, seeking the face of God. Lord, what are you saying to me? Get into that word. What are you saying, Lord? And Marza was so busy cooking, cooking for everybody else. She had time. Like I said, don't get me wrong. She did a good job. She did good. But that's not what God wanted right there. He wanted her faith to be built up. Faith comes by hearing, hearing by the word of God. So her face was not built up to the place when Blasphere died that she was able to go through it. Now, look at Mary too. I was gonna get that too. Mary wasn't too much going through it either. Even though Mary sat at Jesus' feet. But when the test came, that's why I say it's not enough to come to the building. You can come to the building and still miss it. Word going forth, you sitting there listening, but you don't go home and go back over it again and don't allow the word to take root in your heart. When the test comes, you're not gonna pass it. I remember they taught that, but I can't what you're not gonna remember. But when you go home and go back over it again and say, Lord, this is the word that was taught today. Open up my understanding more. Because I don't want to just hear the word. I want to be a doer of the word. And get some time, spend some time with God. Hear what the Holy Spirit is saying unto you. And when you begin to do it that way, then what's gonna happen? That word will get in your heart. There are words that I heard in my heart that I may not sin against God. Not in my mind. I'm here, I'm listening at it. You listen in your mind, but that word gotta get in your heart. When you go to do the wrong thing, the heart. The heart. The word is in the heart to direct you, to tell you no. When you hear it from the Holy Spirit, no. That's not the time for that. But we don't listen, we're too busy doing this. So Mars is too busy in the kitchen. Mary's sitting at his seat. Now it's time to be tested. We come to God's house. It's time to be tested. Which way are you gonna go? Are you gonna be able to pass it or not? It depends on you. Now we're gonna see what's happening here. Jesus. Okay, let's see what he had.
SPEAKER_00John 11, 11. These things said he. And after that he said unto them, our friend Lazarus sleeps.
SPEAKER_01See, our friend Lazarus sleeps. Okay, go ahead.
SPEAKER_00Jesus is not teaching soul sleep here at death. It is only the body of the believer that sleeps, not the soul and the spirit, which immediately go to be with Christ. Actually, the soul and spirit of Lazarus went down into paradise at this time because Jesus had not yet been glorified. But I go that I may awake him out of sleep.
SPEAKER_01The disciples walking around with him, they don't understand. Go ahead and speak to everybody. And said his twelve.
SPEAKER_00How be it Jesus spoke of his death, but they thought that he had spoken of taking of a rest and sleep. Verse 14. Then Jesus said unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead.
SPEAKER_01Can you imagine? Lazarus is dead. They thought he was asleep. He was okay as long as he was asleep. But when we say he's dead, what did it say? Come on.
SPEAKER_00Verse 15. And I am glad for your sake that I was not there.
SPEAKER_01God said, I was glad for your sake that I was not there. A lot of times when we go into our tests and trial, God is glad you can't get in touch with nobody to pray for you. Pray you through. I was glad that I wasn't here. Because if I was here, last wouldn't die. Because everybody said, Pray for and pray for and pray for. But I was glad because I wanted you to, I want you all to see where you are. See, God wants us to see where we are. When these tests come, that's how you finally where you are. You don't know where you are until the test comes. When your test comes, you realize, oh my God, I can't get in touch with nobody. I can't get nobody to pray for me. Oh my God, I gotta depend on God. Well, you that's the time you have to depend on God's word, or else you're gonna give up. Look what happened here. The disciple, look what he said, 16 verse. He told that he's dead. These figures all hope is gone, now he's dead. So they're looking at his door and saying, He's dead, but he's sleeping. You could you can wake him up, Lord. All that time they've been walking with Jesus. But they still don't know who he is. He's dead. Oh, these problems got shocked. Go ahead, read the 15. Then said Thomas.
SPEAKER_00Then said Thomas, which is called Diddy Mus, unto his fellow disciples, let us also go that we may die with him.
SPEAKER_01He's gonna go and die with him. He's dead. They didn't have enough faith to believe that Jesus said, He already told him, I'm gonna wake him up. He's asleep. He should do well. He's asleep. Jesus said that I may awake him out of sleep. Then Jesus turned around and said, He's dead. It didn't shock them. They felt like Jesus can do this if he's asleep. But that's what we do sometimes if we're not careful. Certain things we give to God and say, Lord, you can fix this. But certain things we don't believe God is big enough to fix it. He can do exceedingly abundantly above all that we can ask or think, according to the power of the Holy Spirit of working on the inside of us. See, a little thing we think God can do that, He can take care of that, but He can't do this. So that's what Thomas died in Thomas, which called the well, he said unto his fellow, let us also go and die with him. These loving so much they want to die with him. Sometimes your loved ones something happened to I want to die with this. Oh God, you want to get in the coffin. But there's no time for that. It's time to believe God. Well let's see what Jesus said here. 17 verse.
SPEAKER_00Verse 17. Then when Jesus came, he found that he Lazarus had lain in the grave four days already. Now Bethany was near unto Jerusalem, about fifteen furlongs off. And many of the Jews came to Martha and Mary to comfort them concerning their brother. Verse 20. Then Martha, as soon as she heard that Jesus was coming, went and met him.
SPEAKER_01Verse 21.
SPEAKER_00But Mary sat still in the house. Verse 21 and said, Martha unto Jesus, Lord, if you had been here, my brother had not died.
SPEAKER_01You see that? They didn't really know who Jesus all that time. I would bring it back to people today. All that time they've been going to the building. All that time they've been hearing the word. Now here comes a test. Now here, Martha, they really don't know who Jesus is. Then Martha said, if you had been here, my brother have not died. They don't realize who Jesus is. But I know that even the 22nd verse said what?
SPEAKER_00But I know that even now, whatsoever you will ask of God, God will give it to you.
SPEAKER_01Now I know if you ask God, God will give it to you. They don't realize Jesus God's. Go ahead.
SPEAKER_0023. Jesus said unto her, Your brother shall rise again.
SPEAKER_01But they still unbelief. Unbelief. How many times Jesus telling us things that through his word, I'm the God that healeth thee. No weapon form against you gonna prosper. Things that he tells us, do we believe? That's why I sung that song, only believe. All things are possible when you believe. Alright, where we at Tyree.
SPEAKER_00Verse 24. Martha said unto him, I know that. Oh, wait, 23. Oh yeah. 24. Martha said unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day. 25. Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection.
SPEAKER_01Do you know who you're talking to? Do you understand who you're talking to? I am. I am the resurrection in the life. All the time they walk with Jesus. How many times people go to the building, read their Bible, and all this and that? But when tests come, they can't go through. He let them know I am the resurrection. Do they believe? He said, He who believed in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live. 26.
SPEAKER_00And whosoever lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?
SPEAKER_01He asked her a question. Do you believe this? How many times he asked us a question? Do you believe I'm able to do it? What I say I can do, do you believe I'm able to do it? You read the word, but do you believe it? We read the word, but do we believe it? Look at 27.
SPEAKER_00And she said unto him, Yes, Lord, I believe that you are the Christ, the Son of God, which shall come into the world.
SPEAKER_0128.
SPEAKER_00And when she had said so, she went her way and called Mary her sister secretly, saying, The master is come and calls for you. 29. As soon as she heard that she as soon as she heard that, she arose quickly and came unto him. Thirty. Now Jesus was not yet come into the town, but was in that place where Martha met him. Thirty-one. The Jews then, which were with her in the house, and comforted her when they saw Mary, that she rose up hastily and went out, followed her, saying, She goes into the grave to weep.
SPEAKER_01She goes unto the grave to weep. That's what they're looking for to do, weep. What happened? 32.
SPEAKER_00Then when Mary was come where Jesus was and saw him, she fell down at his feet, saying unto him, Lord, if you had been here, my brother had not died.
SPEAKER_01Same story. Murray and Martha. Martha in the kitchen cooking. Mirror sitting at Jesus' feet, but you still don't get it. Y'all see what they're saying? Died in unbelief. Murray, if you had been here, how many times have you said, Lord, I know you can do this, but if you can you do this, I really don't really, your your diet and unbelief is there. If you had been here, if whether Jesus there or not, speak the word and their servant shall be healed. That's what the sent to us say. If you had been here, he wouldn't have died. Jesus took his time. How many times have we going through what we're going through? Jesus don't deliver us sometime right then. He wants to wait so our faith can be built up. Take his time. He waits, he waits, he waits. He wants our faith to be built up to the place where when we get what we need, that we trust him. So we he got, he said, I gotta take you this way. Because if I do things right away, you won't have no patience. You won't be able to do this. You won't believe it. You think you did it. You you done this, somebody else did the doctor did this. It was me that opened that door. It was me that did that. A thousand people waiting for us, but I gave it to you. Y'all see what I'm saying? So Jesus allowed us to go through what we're going through. Build up our faith. See, we're gonna obey. Listen. When we come out of the way, once God keeps us in there, He's gonna get the glory. Why? Because we're gonna never forget. I remember when I was going through that, and nobody couldn't brought me back by Jesus. You'll never forget, you have a testimony. Somebody waiting on your testimony. We ain't got no testimony, we ain't never been through nothing. But somebody talked about me and somebody said this about me. There's not no testimony. Talk for everybody. But when you go through what you're going through and you can't make in the doctor, gave you up and this is going on, that's going on, and you still have your faith in what Jesus has done for you. And say, Lord, I thank you. I thank you, Jesus. Just praise him and worship him. You don't just praise and worship when everything's going good. You praise him when you're in the valley. It ain't like a praise on the mountaintop. But when you're in the valley, when it looked like nothing happened, nothing's gone. Your child laying up there sick. Uh this person laying up there, whatever's going on. You looking at them looking like they're almost gone. And you have to have faith. Meredith didn't have it either. Even though Meredith said at Jesus' feet, but she didn't have the kind of faith if you had been here. If. Because neither one had enough faith to believe God. Now let's let's look here. Where you at, Toby? What verse?
SPEAKER_0033. And when Jesus therefore saw her weeping, and the Jews also weeping, which came with her, he groaned in the spirit and was troubled.
SPEAKER_01She was troubled.
SPEAKER_00I guess he said, All this time, I've been giving you all this word, y'all ain't got it here. Go ahead. 34 and said, Where? Where have you laid him? They said unto him, Lord, come and see. 35. Jesus wept.
SPEAKER_01Jesus loved Lazar so much, but he didn't let that get between him and God. Because he took his time. He said, I he meant to take four four days. He could have came in two days. He meant to take four days. Why? Because he wanted to prove that the person was dead, dead, dead, dead. Four days, you gotta be stinking. Go ahead.
SPEAKER_0036. Then said the Jews, Behold, how he loved him.
SPEAKER_01See, he loved you the same way. He loves us the same way. So why would we think God don't want to also get delivered of whatever you're going through? He loved us, but he wanted his glory to be manifest in us.
SPEAKER_00Go ahead. 37. And some of them said, Could not this man which opened the eyes of the blind have caused that even this man should not have died?
SPEAKER_01See, they all ran trying to find out what's going on. Go ahead.
SPEAKER_0038. Jesus therefore again, groaning in himself, comes to the grave, and it was a cave, and a stone lay upon it. 39. Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha and her sister, who was dead. Martha, the sister of him who was dead, said unto him, Lord, by this time he stinks. See, it still ain't got no faith.
SPEAKER_01By this time, Lord, you if you had been here, Lord, she's still saying the same thing. If you had been here, by this time he's stinking. He done been in the grave four days. By this time, he's stinking. How many times have you said that to God? Lord, that you just if you had been here earlier, then the doctor would give me a better report. But I I just been praying and praying, but you didn't come in time. How many times have we said that? If you if you had just healed me, Lord, if you had just did this for me, Lord. Now these telling you, but look what Jesus told the 40th verse. That's the first I like right there. What did Jesus say?
SPEAKER_00Verse 40, Jesus said unto her, said I not unto you that if you would believe, you should see the glory of God.
SPEAKER_01If you would believe, you will see the glory. If you would believe, if I can get you to believe, I can show you the glory. Whatever you're going through, if you can believe, you will see the glory of God working in your life. But God got to get his people to believe. If God can believe, faith cometh by hand, hand by the word of God. If you believe, if you can believe, said not unto you that if you would believe, you should see the glory of God. I don't care what you're going through, how bad you hurt, how bad the pain is, how bad the racking your body. If you can believe, stop grumbling, stop complaining. That's what he was doing. If you believe. So the whole thing is dying and unbelief will not work with God. You have to believe. If you don't believe, you cannot receive the things that God got for you. You have to know that God loves you so much that He knows what you're going through, but He wants to get the glory. He got to get the glory out of your life. Every one of us alive. He got to get the glory. He don't get no glory when we grumble and complain and give up and backslide, go back to the world. Well, it do they believe God? That he's able to do exceedingly. He's able to keep you through what you're going through, but you gotta believe. Faith cometh. We got to get into this word now, the word that's soaking our heart. Faith cometh by hearing. Hearing by the word of God. So somebody sees you going through what you're going through and say, Oh my God. How did you go through it? Faith. Jesus. Faith in the word of God. Get into God's word and let the word of God get in your heart. That word that I hid in my heart. That's where we got to hide the word at in your heart. I don't care how bad the situation is. Is anything too hard for him? Nothing too hard. You it might be hard for you, but for him. Oh Lord, when you gonna heal me, Lord? He said, I'm already dead. I paid the price for your healing, for your delivery. Now all you gotta do is tap into it by faith. It's a faith walk. The jest to live by faith. Jesus is faith. The jest should live by faith. He done done everything. He gotta come back and do nothing else. He done done everything. All you gotta do is believe. And if I can just believe all things are possible. Send to it, say, Lord, you don't have to go to my house. Speak the word. My servant will be healed. You don't have to come to the heart. You don't have to go lay no hands on. It should be right now with all of you in here. You going through something, all you gotta do is speak the word. Speak the word. And you get your deliverance. But it's take faith. It takes faith. Faith comes. You gotta keep getting into word. You can't be ripping and running all day long and think you're gonna get the face. You ain't gonna get no faith like that. We got to get in God's word. Lord, I just thank you. Not because we are so good, but you're good. You're training every one of us to get into your word. You're telling us tonight. It's not how much we read our Bibles. But how but we've been a doer of your word. We can read it every day. Mary sat at your feet. And you were the word. She sat at your feet. But when the test came, she couldn't go through. That's what I'm talking about. She couldn't go through. Martha was in the kitchen, she didn't get no word. But Mary was just as bad. She sat at Jesus' feet. Listen to the word, but the word gotta get in your heart. It can't just be in your head. Head knowledge. Head knowledge is no good when it comes to the test. Very important. We'll be like Martha, Mary and Martha. Hearing your word and not letting it take root in our hearts.
