Paul and Ross talk about their experiences working as Quantity Surveyors outside the UK and Ireland and how other countries perceive the profession. Ross is a big believer that the role of the QS is changing rapidly, and he talks about how he uses digital tools to create value for his clients and the design team throughout the project with a real focus on pre-construction.
