Welcome And Why This Rant
SPEAKER_01Hey gang, welcome back. It's another edition of the Rant Network. I'm David Solomon flying solo yet again. Stuart's out. We'll hope to see him again next week. And I thank him for filling in for me while I was out this past Wednesday. But I was there out for a reason. And the reason is what my rant is going to be about today. And that is, it's just incredible to me how the world continues to shit on Jews around the world. And the media's response, it all depends on the angle. And it's interesting because on Wednesday, as Stuart was ranting here, I was in downtown Montreal celebrating with thousands and thousands of people Israel's 78th rebirth, birthday, call it what you want, Independence Day. A lot of people like to use that term. In Hebrew Yomat's Maut, the day of independence. Yep, I got it. But what was interesting about being there is that I didn't need the media to tell me what I saw or what I heard or what I experienced. I knew exactly what I saw, what I heard, and what I experienced. And I'm going to share it with you because I'm going to tell you how it was versus how the media wants you to forget it, how you should feel about it, and why media is so guilty of lying to you. So Wednesday, as I said, was the rally here in Montreal. Now, one thing I'd like to say very proudly is it is considered one of the largest rallies outside of Israel on the day of independence in the world. Between 5,000 and 10,000 people have annually shown up in downtown Montreal proudly, carrying not only Israeli flags, Canadian flags, Quebec flags. It's been a tradition since 2002. And it other than COVID breaking it up, it's been every year. And what's interesting is that the expectation of the organizers is to ensure, listen to the three flags I said: Israeli, Canadian, Quebec. Proud to be living in Quebec, proud to be living in Canada, but also proud of our Jewish identity, which connects to the state of Israel. Now, that's the visual. It's been there every year. But this year there was a bit of a twist. And I would like you to understand that I'm going to give you two versions of this. What you see with your eyes, what you hear with your ears. So let me go one more step back. And every year, during this rally, across the street, there tends to be dozens of protesters. In the past, we used to call them the, you know, the Palestinian whatever, but now these are the people who have been preaching and screaming for intifada and death to Israel. And mixed, interspersed in there are a handful of the Neturikata, a sect of very ultra-orthodox Jews who do not believe that the state of Israel should exist until the Messiah shows. And annually they all show up together carrying Palestinian flags. Okay, so I've laid the groundwork for you. This side of the street in the small park, the dozens are there. And across the street are thousands of people celebrating. Now, here's how it is. If you open your eyes and you look at what the park, the small park had with the dozens of people, and I'll call them people in respect. But to me, they're vermin. Because when you see what they're carrying, yeah, you want to carry Palestinian flags, knock yourself out. You want to say you want a Palestinian state, knock yourself out. But when you start do, when you start having placards with from the river to the sea, Israel should be destroyed, and all that stuff, where is this two-state solution? Where is this reconciliation? All they're calling for without saying a word. Remember, I've been said what they've said. Death to Israel. That's what it is. All you see are Palestinian flags. All you see are the hate. It's all you see. Now go across the street and what do you see? Well, like I said, you see people carrying Israeli, Canadian, and Quebec flags. But this year there was a twist. The Iranian community came out in high numbers. See, they've been marching every Saturday around the world protesting against this regime, but asking the United States and Israel to continue its mission to liberate Iran from these oppressive, the oppressive regime. So a couple of weeks ago, they announced in their rally to join the rally for Israel on Wednesday. And once you know it, so many showed up with the original Iran flag, with the lion in the middle of the flag. There were American flags interspersed. But what you didn't see there was stomping on Canadian flags, stomping on Israeli flags, none of that. What you saw with your own eyes were smiles, cheers, where you saw the elation, you saw the flag waving. There were even a handful of new Syrian flags, because there are people who believe that a new Middle East must emerge. And they all came in in high numbers. And when you look around the flag waving proudly, of all of these flags, there's a pride. And you can get a sense, just if you just watch, you get a sense of the beauty of what one side wants and what another side wants. All right, now close your eyes, and now let's say what do you hear? What you heard in this small park across the street for hours was chanting, long live the intifada, long live the resistance. The resistance is legitimate from the river to the sea. Jews should go back to their homeland, go back to Poland, go back, go back, go away. You don't deserve to live even in Canada. You go back. The chance of death to Jews didn't come out, but the chance were clear again and again and again. Israel's illegitimate, and that whatever they're chanting is what you need to listen to. Not one word of peace, not one word towards reconciliation, not one word to negotiation. It's an all-or-nothing game that they play and that they chant it. All they want is the entirety of the land. Judenrein, as they said in German back in the World War II, gone of Jews. Now let's go back across the street. There's a stage, music, dancing, singing, cheering. Very few speeches, by the way. But what were those songs were played? Songs of peace, songs of love, songs of friendship. Even one of the songs that was played is called Salam, which in Arabic means peace. That peace should be amongst everyone, all nations. And it's interesting the different angles that were taken. The speakers got on the stage to talk about, you know, thanking the Iranian people for coming, the Chinese community, the Filipino community, the Greek community, thanking Canada for helping to whatever it could, thanking, you know, Israel and thanking, thanking and being praised for and just a positivity. But you don't get that when you're listening to the other side. They're yelling death chance, and on this side is cheers and happiness. Here's the problem. Okay, there's a street that divided the two uh the two parks, right? And once you know it, where's the media standing on the street? How do they report this? Competing protests. They protested for sure. We weren't protesting. It wasn't a protest. In fact, it was a celebration, and that's exactly what they called it. If you looked at the posters that were put up, it has been for years a celebration of Israel's independence. What they have been calling it is a resistance, a protest, an into intimidation. That is what they're doing. But their media reported it as competing, competing protest. Now, these reports didn't go into the crowd to say, check out all these Iranian flags. Look at these American flags.

SPEAKER_01Irresponsible. And that's why you're being misled by this media. It's fascinating even to hear the commentary afterwards. Some of the commentary from people, but also from the media of houses, asking, why do Jews need to celebrate Israel? They're Canadian, aren't they? Why are you doing this? You must choose between Israel or Canada. You can't be both. Now I challenge that. Again, media statements, social media, you see this every in a lot of places. And I'm asking myself, wait a minute, why did they get to make that remark? Have you ever heard of Indian Independence Day, Greek Independence Day? I marched in Greek Independence Day a number of years ago here in Montreal with a Jewish people. We celebrated Greek Independence Day. It was part of a whole walk. And when we did the march in the little Greek community here in Montreal, we passed by then Prime Minister Print Truto waving happy smiles, wishing everybody happy Greek Independence Day. Nobody questioned the Greeks and their commitment and their loyalty. So why does it get to the Jewish community? And why doesn't the media squash it? It's because they still need to pass on that agenda. That agenda of trying to pit Jews tied to Israel as the enemy. Your media has been really doing a great job of trying to twist the truth. That Israel having an you know having to have a ceasefire with Lebanon as an example. Sure, they'd want to stop, but it's Hezbollah who's who's controlling it. And while Israel is talking to the prime minute to try to create a ceasefire, the negotiation is about what is Lebanon going to do to help get rid of Hezbollah because Hezbollah is hated by the Lebanese. But no, you won't hear that. Did you ask yourself the question is why is Iran deciding for Lebanon on a ceasefire? Through Hezbollah? Like, did you ask yourself that question? Nope. Did you see the reporting of how many times Hezbollah has violated the ceasefire? No. What you get is a shoveled amount of garbage. The universities haven't really calmed down. The protests in universities, the condemnation, the attempts by student movements to literally shut down Jewish events. Students, these are institutions that not all people are equal. Ironically, the same classes that kept talking about we should treat everybody equally and fairly, regardless of their where they are, race, creed, and religion, except the Jews, because the Jews just now. We see this with politicians want. In years we did not hear any condemnation of these terrorist groups, just Israel. And again, the media wouldn't do anything about it. And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why you can't trust these entities. And you were sitting here today going, this is again the conspiracy, guys. You got to get off your conspiracy. Try me, test me, challenge me. I know you will. Many people put in these comments, and we've seen it, propaganda statements that the media themselves have been pushing. Israel's a genocidal state, disproven. Israel kills babies, disproven. Israel is complicit of war crimes, disproven. Again and again, disproven. But the media doesn't tell you, oh, that has been disproven. It's fascinating to see how journalists have gained such power. And what they need to do in order to get your attention right now is to create controversy. And what better controversy than Jew versus fill the blank? And in this case, it's the Palestinians. There's no thought that maybe they got this formula wrong. Nope. We double down. Jew and Muslim standing together? No, no, that can't be right. That shouldn't be right. But if you go to Israel, that's exactly what is happening. If you look in the streets of Montreal and other streets when the Iranians are out in big numbers, so is the Jewish community. Muslim and Jew standing together, arm in arm. And what is each one of us want? Peace in the Middle East. A different regime to stop with terrorism. And dawn of a new day. And to continue to blame Israel and Jews for what's wrong in the Middle East. Even the Arabs in the region are going, that's not what's happening. Lebanese media is upset with Hezbollah. Furious. UAE media is upset with Iran, not Israel. Go again and again. But you're not going to see that here in Western media. Western media has been duped into and is literally convincing you and convince themselves Jews are the enemy. It's fascinating. If you don't believe me, stay tuned for the comments that come into this in this channel. Watch how people react to what we've said here, even in this channel. The comments, the intimidation, the absolute negativity, the crudeness, the racist remarks. If it was any other community, it wouldn't stand for it. But it's Jews. And therefore, there are news. And we will continue to broadcast the news the way we see it fit. That is their message. Thanks, everybody. We're looking forward to catching you on the other side on Monday. Have a good weekend. Take care.
