Note: Effective ways (covered in previous episodes) to 'pause' thinking is to stare straight ahead, unblinkingly, and/or to suddenly stop breathing for a few seconds (on the inhale or exhale-- doesn't matter). Ramana Maharshi said these act like temporary reins or brakes on thinking, revealing the Love that's always (t)here. Then, when blinking and breathing resume, you stay with the Love, unwaveringly.

Keep recognizing that this felt-Love is always 'on' and available to you. Even though the world screen, and its memory and imagination programs play, the WORD screen... the LOVE screen, and its programs are always playing, have always been playing, and will always be playing.
