This week on the World of Sports Performance Podcast we are speaking with Darcy Norman. Darcy is currently the Head of Performance for the USMNT and Performance Strategist at Kitman Labs. Previously, he was the Director of Performance at AS Roma and the Fitness & Rehab Coach at FC Bayern Munich as well as the German National Team. Darcy tells us what it was like moving to Germany and working with a new sport in a new environment. We then transition to his time in Rome and some of the differences between Germany and Italy. Towards the end of the episode we discuss his current roles and the state of US Soccer.
