Dr Asher Sefanit-Wudasee, your podcast host, is an experienced employment rights advocate, having spent 25 years working with trade unions whilst also serving as an Employment Tribunal Lay Judge. Dr Asher delves into these subjects from the point of view of all types of employees and workers! As we move towards the new year and the start of 2024, we wanted to extend new year wishes to you all.
In this week’s episode we take a look back at some of the key employment rights movements in 2023, that will give a steer for the employment rights you can expect to see in 2024.
