Dr Asher Sefanit-Wudasee, your podcast host, is an experienced employment rights advocate, having spent 25 years working with trade unions whilst also serving as an Employment Tribunal Lay Judge. Dr Asher delves into these subjects from the point of view of all types of employees and workers! For the last 25 years, being dismissed during your probation period or even well after you finished your probation, came with very little employment rights. All this has changed, and we bring you up to date in this week’s episode.
