In this week’s episode, we look at how a worker challenged name-calling bullying, by taking his employer through the civil courts using stalking laws via a non-employment rights piece of legislation.
Today, the case of Majrowski vs Guys & St Thomas’ Hospital, continues to be a major player and legal decision in how your employer is supposed to handle complaints about bullying.
In next week’s final name-calling bullying episode, we’ll look at the narrow existing employment rights routes you can use to challenge name calling bullying, if you do not want to go through the civil courts - so remember to listen in for that episode.
