This week as we move into the holiday season proper, we're talking about something that affects almost every worker in the UK at some point - and that is the strange and frustrating reality that millions of you are simply not taking the annual leave that you are legally entitled to. And, the reasons why you are giving back your holidays to your boss, are worth talking about. Some of the reasons you are not taking your holidays are about personal choice. But, a lot of the reasons are about pressures at work that get in the way of being able to take time off.
