Rohan

What's the relationship between an actor and the theatre? Because clearly there is a relationship. But what happens when one of the two parties decides that things can't go on as they are?

That's the premise of 'In Which A Love Affair Possibly Ends'.

Katrina Kleve plays The Actor. Guy Hughes plays Theatre. They meet up for a coffee. And a really quite loaded conversation.

And given that theatre as a whole finds itself in such a precarious situation at the moment, and that actors have been walking a financial cliff edge for almost a year and a half, there are quite a few conversations going on out there in the world that ask what's the point of going on? And is it even possible?

So our script might strike a few chords.

See what you think.

Oh, and the script is written and directed by Rohan Candappa. But to be honest, Kat and Guy really directed themselves. Because they know what they're doing. And The Lockdown Theatre Company is really lucky to be able to give them the chance to do what they do so well.
