that revival fire falls and I want to believe that we have a common faith that revival fire falls and falls the same way it did in Pentecost, which is a long time ago, over 2,000 years ago. revival and therefore they get very dramatic and sometimes even appealing to emotions. 00:09:47.191 --> 00:09:55.874 But I want to say here once again that revival is a work of God, is not a work of man. 00:09:55.874 --> 00:10:02.427 Man cannot achieve this kind of revival we find in the book of Acts, chapter 2. 00:10:02.427 --> 00:10:22.493 A revival so profound that it can reach the soul of man, the mind of man, the spirit of man, the whole social fabric of life, that can touch economics and touch politics, you know, a revival that just changes everything. 00:10:22.493 --> 00:10:28.568 Man cannot generate such a fire that will change things. 00:10:29.541 --> 00:10:40.106 Of course we tend to see strange fires, but the revival that the Holy Spirit brings is not a strange fire, it is a fire from God. 00:10:40.106 --> 00:11:01.375 In the book of Leviticus, chapter 10, verse 1 and 2, we see some two men there, nadab and Abihu, who are sons of Aaron who tried to put up a fire, but it was strange because this fire lacked authority and it was a fire that God had not commanded. 00:11:01.375 --> 00:11:08.162 God had not commanded. 00:11:08.162 --> 00:11:16.361 We know that the fire that comes through the Holy Spirit was promised in the days of Joel, long time ago, concerning the last days and how God will pour out his spirit upon all flesh. 00:11:16.361 --> 00:11:28.822 And when his spirit and the fire of the spirit comes upon all flesh, then manifestations like 1 Corinthians 12, verse 7, will say and to everyone, a manifestation of the Spirit has been given. 00:11:28.822 --> 00:11:40.306 Then manifestation, manifestation of the Spirit would come, and the manifestation of the fire of the Holy Spirit is very, very clear. 00:11:40.306 --> 00:11:42.008 People love each other. 00:11:42.008 --> 00:11:43.470 You know clear. 00:11:43.470 --> 00:11:43.929 People love each other. 00:11:43.929 --> 00:11:46.413 You know there is love, joy, peace, patience. 00:11:46.413 --> 00:11:48.255 Galatians 5, verse 22,. 00:11:48.255 --> 00:11:57.951 The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, long-suffering and self-control. 00:11:57.951 --> 00:11:59.417 And he says again, as such, there is no law. 00:11:59.417 --> 00:12:17.446 A strange fire is not able to produce this kind of manifestation, but the fire of the Holy Spirit produces a very powerful manifestation and therefore it is a sovereign work of God and it can only be ignited by the Holy Spirit. 00:12:19.068 --> 00:12:21.533 In this revival season that we are launching today. 00:12:21.533 --> 00:12:25.370 We have titled it Unbound Dominion. 00:12:25.370 --> 00:12:28.009 That is the theme Unbound Dominion. 00:12:28.009 --> 00:12:38.510 And during the week, from Monday all 00:14:38.166 The fire we are calling today and the fire that is being ignited this week here, is a fire from the Holy Spirit, and I want to say this that the fire of the Holy Spirit will reignite your fire of prayer, will ignite your fire and desire of reading the Scriptures, will ignite your fire for the nations and will also ignite your fire of worship. 00:14:38.166 --> 00:14:43.484 It's a very Father has promised, but stay in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high. 00:15:47.500 --> 00:15:54.322 Goes on to say when he had led them out to the vicinity of Bethany, he lifted up his hands and blessed them. 00:15:54.322 --> 00:16:01.922 That was the last activity of Jesus, and while he was blessing them, he left them and was taken up into heaven. 00:16:02.283 --> 00:16:12.067 Pastor Ambrose, I said in the first service, the reason we bless people at the end of the service is because Jesus, when he was taken off, he was actually blessing, and so we continue in own strength and those who light up strange fires. 00:16:37.375 --> 00:16:58.476 You see on television and some preachers come there and they light up strange fires of revival and you look at the activities and what is happening there and it's just despicable and you can sense in your spirit that is not from God. 00:16:58.476 --> 00:17:02.746 All kinds of gimmicks happening right now on television and people ask you to do all kinds of funny strange things. 00:17:02.746 --> 00:17:03.368 You've seen it. 00:17:04.457 --> 00:17:05.662 I'm not going to all the details. 00:17:05.662 --> 00:17:13.484 Some of these things we see and some of them are embarrassing for us who are preachers and we say Lord, why should this happen? 00:17:13.484 --> 00:17:21.728 And I know many people have stopped going to churches because of the embarrassment that some of these services bring to the people. 00:17:21.728 --> 00:17:26.878 And they are pushed and shoved Pastor Kiniti mentioned last week. will make you feel good for a very short time, but in the long term, when you go back to your house and you have to love somebody, in the long term, when you have to carry joy in situations that are very difficult, in the long term only the fire of the Holy Spirit can take you through. 00:17:54.555 --> 00:17:59.047 And if you are here or listening to me online, and you are in a place of strange fires. 00:17:59.047 --> 00:18:06.907 I'm calling you out of that strange fire in the name of Jesus Christ and I'm calling you back to the fire of the Holy Spirit. 00:18:06.907 --> 00:18:24.278 You know, Moses, in Exodus, chapter 3, verse 2 and 3, I thank God that the fire that he went to was not a strange fire, and when the fire of the Holy Spirit comes, there is a way he directs you and there is a way this fire guides you. 00:18:24.278 --> 00:18:31.017 It says this there, the angel of the Lord appeared to him in flames of fire from within a bush. 00:18:31.017 --> 00:18:36.426 Moses saw that, though the bush was on fire, it did not burn up. 00:18:36.426 --> 00:18:43.422 So Moses thought I will go over and see this strange sight, why the bush does not burn up. 00:18:43.422 --> 00:18:52.758 When the Lord saw that he had gone over to look, god called to him from within the bush, moses, moses. 00:18:53.259 --> 00:19:00.103 And Moses said here I am, here at Parklands Baptist Church, the epicenter of global revival. 00:19:00.103 --> 00:19:13.576 We are raising an altar of revival, and this altar of revival, the fire there, is ignited by the Holy Spirit and I see God are going to be trooping here I am prophesying Hallelujah, trooping into this sanctuary Because it's not by power nor by might, but by God's Spirit we make it and therefore the fire of the Holy Spirit went to Westlands, I was telling the first service and between the petrol station or Libya and Shell, that's where I was plying, or rather walking this way and walking the other way, and I was just Kituwe. 00:24:04.122 --> 00:24:19.199 They were in the Kituwe area and it's a group of young people and I'm telling you, when the fire of the Holy Spirit of God is ignited, by the Holy Spirit on your gift, the gift you have as it is, you become different. 00:24:19.199 --> 00:24:21.365 In that boardroom, in that workplace. 00:24:21.365 --> 00:24:25.039 You are no longer afraid and you start making Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them. 00:25:44.296 --> 00:25:50.141 Now they were staying in Jerusalem, god, fearing Jews from every nation under heaven. 00:25:50.141 --> 00:26:01.875 You know, when the Spirit of God comes, he comes without discrimination and it doesn't matter the age, the gender, the status, the background, the status, the background. 00:26:01.875 --> 00:26:09.344 He comes upon everyone, everyone, and we see it in the book of Acts, chapter 2. 00:26:09.344 --> 00:26:12.964 And so this revival is for everybody. 00:26:12.964 --> 00:26:24.808 It is for everybody and I'm praying that this revival gets into homes and this revival reaches out to every person without discrimination. 00:26:25.394 --> 00:26:47.843 And somebody feeling maybe this is not for me, but I want to tell you, some of the revivals that have affected nations were started by young people who are otherwise inconsequential, young people who felt like Gideon in the book of Judges, chapter six, who would say I come from a small family, a small tribe, we are not big. 00:26:47.843 --> 00:26:53.685 But let me say this God works in humble places to do global stuff. 00:26:53.685 --> 00:26:57.063 You know, don't despise small beginnings. 00:26:57.063 --> 00:26:58.902 Zechariah, chapter four, in verse 10. 00:26:58.902 --> 00:27:06.825 Never despise a small beginning or feel like you are too small to be a catalyst of the move of God. 00:27:06.825 --> 00:27:11.240 This fire rests on every person. 00:27:12.516 --> 00:27:15.963 I am reminded, pastor Ambrose, of a young man called Evan Roberts. 00:27:15.963 --> 00:27:29.483 And Evan Roberts, god used him to catalyze the Welsh revival, which was a revival that took place in 1904, at the beginning of the 20th century in Wales. 00:27:29.483 --> 00:27:36.890 He was a student coming from the coal mine areas and these young men joined other young people. 00:27:36.890 --> 00:27:49.442 They became 17 of them and they started praying and the prayer was very simple Lord bend me. 00:27:49.442 --> 00:27:52.446 It's like Lord bend me. 00:27:52.446 --> 00:27:56.290 And then they started praying, lord bend Wales. 00:27:56.290 --> 00:28:10.407 And as they were praying, like that revival fire descended on them, a small group of young people, and each of them received an impartation of the revival fire. 00:28:10.407 --> 00:28:13.044 You are not too young to receive this fire. 00:28:13.044 --> 00:28:15.363 You are not too old to receive this fire. 00:28:15.363 --> 00:28:21.460 Your status is neither here nor there to receive the fire, this fire of the Holy Spirit. 00:28:21.460 --> 00:28:27.465 You could be a boss, ceo of an organization, but you could also be the person serving in the grounds. 00:28:27.465 --> 00:28:35.409 This is a fire that spreads without discrimination, reaching everyone, and you know, even Roberts and the team. 00:28:35.409 --> 00:28:48.721 God used them to catalyze a revival that actually affected the whole, let me put it, the whole century, the last century that we know, from year 1900 all the way to year 2000,. 00:28:48.721 --> 00:28:51.847 Even Robertson team, 1904 in Wales. 00:28:52.455 --> 00:29:00.229 In fact, it was the Welsh revival that motivated the revivals that went into the 1906 in the United States. 00:29:00.229 --> 00:29:08.375 That went into the 1906 in the United States, the Azusa Street Revival in Los Angeles, california, that came in April 9, 1906. 00:29:08.375 --> 00:29:15.384 That revival, and the catalyst there was a preacher, a black preacher, who was called William Simmons. 00:29:15.384 --> 00:29:24.638 That revival was a result of the revival that happened in Wales, and so the revival went across, reaching nations. 00:29:24.638 --> 00:29:32.615 And let me tell you, the change was so big in Wales that even the prisons became depopulated. 00:29:32.615 --> 00:29:52.607 The courtrooms had no cases to deal with, the police did not have work to do because of this revival, and even the horses became confused, because, you see, the coal miners would use horses and they were using cusses as they were riding their horses. 00:29:52.607 --> 00:30:01.692 And you know, the cusses stopped and blessings started and the horses became confused because the instructions, you know, sounded different. 00:30:09.474 --> 00:30:12.480 I am telling you, this revival falls on everyone and God can use somebody who feels insignificant greatly for his glory. 00:30:12.480 --> 00:30:22.846 All you need to say is that, lord, let this revival come upon me and you know, when God comes upon you, he begins to do that which man cannot do. 00:30:22.846 --> 00:30:26.262 You know, in Luke, chapter 4, from verse 18 to verse 21,. 00:30:26.262 --> 00:30:30.164 This is what the Bible says Luke, chapter 4, verse 18 to verse 21. 00:30:30.164 --> 00:30:35.446 And this is my prayer, that each one of us would pray, this prayer. 00:30:35.446 --> 00:30:42.008 The Spirit of the Lord is on me because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. 00:30:42.008 --> 00:30:52.768 He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor, Of course, it goes on to say. 00:30:52.994 --> 00:30:56.945 Then he rolled up the scroll, gave it back to the attendant and sat down. 00:30:56.945 --> 00:31:00.561 The eyes of everyone in the synagogue were fastened on him. 00:31:00.561 --> 00:31:11.759 He began by saying to them today, this scripture is fulfilled in your hearing. 00:31:11.759 --> 00:31:15.588 May I say this week, this scripture is fulfilled in our hearing and I see the Spirit of the Lord upon every one of us. 00:31:15.588 --> 00:31:26.025 Like Jesus said, the Spirit of the Lord is upon me and because of God's Spirit upon every one of us, the fire of the Holy Spirit then descends upon us. 00:31:26.025 --> 00:31:33.905 Then there is revival in our homes, revival in our cities, revival in our countries and also revival around the world. 00:31:33.905 --> 00:31:47.684 Just like even Robert, a young man, allowed the fire of the Holy Spirit upon his life, gathered a group of young men and that fire started spreading from there. 00:31:47.684 --> 00:32:03.923 That fire is resting on you and me in this 21st century, and my prayer is this that the fire of the Holy Spirit descend upon every one of us now and also throughout this week. 00:32:04.694 --> 00:32:09.082 Some of these things we are trying to 12, now they were staying in Jerusalem, god fearing Jews from every nation under heaven, when they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment because each one of them had in their own language, their own language being spoken. 00:33:58.080 --> 00:34:04.445 Utterly amazed, they asked aren't all these who are speaking Galileans? 00:34:04.445 --> 00:34:08.786 Then how is it that each of us hears them in our native language? 00:34:08.786 --> 00:34:14.668 And then he mentions quite a number of places and languages there. 00:34:14.668 --> 00:34:17.744 And then let me jump to verse 12. 00:34:17.744 --> 00:34:22.226 Amazed and perplexed, they asked one another what does this mean? 00:34:22.226 --> 00:34:26.365 And of course, some of them thought these people were drunk. 00:34:27.936 --> 00:34:41.427 This fire that the Lord sends individually to each one of us is supposed to spread, and each one of us has a calling to actually spread it to the ends of the earth. you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit does what it's come upon you and you shall be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in Judea, in Samaria and also to the uttermost parts of the world. 00:35:02.755 --> 00:35:18.422 Matthew 28, verse 19 and 20 says Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, in the name of the Son, in the name of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. 00:35:18.422 --> 00:35:25.224 And then he says if you do this, then I will be with you to the end of the age. 00:35:26.175 --> 00:35:30.947 This revival fire is not meant to be stored up in a locker. 00:35:30.947 --> 00:35:38.601 This revival fire is supposed to spread out, is supposed to reach others. 00:35:38.601 --> 00:35:42.659 In the first service I gave the illustration of a candle. 00:35:42.659 --> 00:35:56.592 If you all receive a candle with no fire and I get one candle and I light it, we are probably 3,000 people plus the ones in the pavilion, probably 3,000, 4,000. 00:35:56.592 --> 00:36:07.043 My single candle will be capable to come all the way around, lighting your candles, your candles. 00:36:07.043 --> 00:36:09.885 And secondly, my candle. 00:36:09.885 --> 00:36:16.454 Even after lighting all the candles, its light will not be diminished. 00:36:16.454 --> 00:36:25.530 Amazing A single candle, a resources and so that we become vehicles of this fire and, using our platforms wherever God has actually put us, then we light the fire there. 00:37:00.563 --> 00:37:21.306 And when you light your fire and I light my fire everywhere I go like yesterday I was in Makueni County, in Em like yesterday I was in Makueni County, in Emali and I was there lighting up, you know, my candle in that place where the Lord has placed you and you light up that world. 00:37:21.306 --> 00:37:30.626 I am telling you then, revival has arrived and this revival therefore needs all of us, but also needs us going. called Jane who came forward. 00:37:42.451 --> 00:37:48.208 She was sitting somewhere there and Jane came up, and Jane is an English teacher. 00:37:48.208 --> 00:37:57.789 Jane has been praying for a long time for the 1040 window around the world, which is a belt. 00:37:57.789 --> 00:38:04.505 It's a belt area around the world 10 degrees latitude north, 40 degrees latitude north. 00:38:04.505 --> 00:38:10.775 In between there around the world, it forms a belt called the 1040 window. 00:38:10.775 --> 00:38:47.427 Within that window are some of the religions that are still unreached Hinduism, buddhism, islam, zoroastrianism, confucianism five of them, and so many people are locked by this religious prison of sorts, and there is need for the gospel of Christ to break its light forth in that darkness so that those prison doors can be open and so that those people can also enjoy what we are enjoying. 00:38:47.427 --> 00:38:50.608 You know what the cross is able to offer us. 00:38:50.608 English teacher and the Lord has actually opened a door through her English platform to actually go this week to Asia, taiwan. 00:39:10.541 --> 00:39:14.222 And she told me, pastor, I'm going as a missionary. 00:39:14.222 --> 00:39:25.086 Yes, we can give a hand to the Lord, I'm going as a missionary to Taiwan and I'm going to use my English platform to propagate this gospel. 00:39:25.086 --> function very quickly, your story will end very fast. 00:40:27.027 --> 00:40:42.130 But I would come clandestinely from Hong Kong into China, shenzhen, guangzhou and I would go those places with my Bibles and distributing Bibles among the underground church. 00:40:43.519 --> 00:40:53.844 I want to say there is a fire in you and there is a fire in me and it must not be contained in a small, even places where we have been stuck and we must now walk out with this fire of the Holy Spirit and begin to share it with the nations, one of the things I love doing every time I come to my office, every
