April Week 4 Theme Vision: Unlocking Divine Wisdom
What separates divine wisdom from mere human knowledge? As we conclude our exploration of "Uncommon Wisdom" and spirit-led foresight, we unpack the profound truth found in Proverbs 9:10 – "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding."
This wisdom isn't simply intellectual prowess but a transformative perspective that comes only through proper relationship with God. To help you develop this life-changing fear of the Lord, we introduce the F.E.A.R. framework – four essential practices that unlock uncommon wisdom in everyday life.
Faith in Christ serves as our foundation, for Jesus himself declared, "No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). Engaging deeply with Scripture follows, as we're called to "meditate on it day and night" (Joshua 1:8). Application moves us beyond mere knowledge into true wisdom, as Jesus taught that the wise person "hears these words of mine and puts them into practice" (Matthew 7:24). Finally, Reverence for God positions us to receive divine insight as we "set the Lord always before us" (Psalm 16:8).
Whether you're facing critical decisions, navigating relationships, or seeking purpose, these principles provide access to wisdom beyond human understanding. As you implement the F.E.A.R. framework, may you build your life on the solid rock of God's wisdom and experience His guidance in every area. Subscribe now to continue receiving biblical insights that transform ordinary living into extraordinary purpose!

Praise the Lord and welcome to this wonderful moment of sharing the Word of God, this being our last Monday in the month of April, where we have had a great focus on the uncommon wisdom, spirit-led foresight. We've had a great time in the Word of God, just unpacking the wisdom of God, and I pray that, even as we get into the new month of May, that you have gleaned something as far as wisdom is concerned. And therefore, as we conclude this aspect of uncommon wisdom, I invite us together to look at Proverbs 9, verse 10, a very common passage when it comes to matters, wisdom. And this is what the Bible says that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. Knowledge of the Holy One is understanding, and quickly, as we come to the end of this month, how can you develop the fear of the Lord? I want to suggest to us four aspects that you need to look into so that you can develop this fear of the Lord that unleashes his wisdom to be applied in your life. And the first thing, I will be using the word fear as an acronym. Fear as an acronym, and so the F stands for faith in Christ.
Speaker 1:If you're going to fear the Lord, if you're going to unlock the uncommon wisdom, you must first put your faith in Jesus Christ. It is when we put our faith in Jesus Christ that we access the wisdom of God. And so Jesus says in John, chapter 14, verse 6, god. And so Jesus says in John, chapter 14, verse 6, talking to his disciples, he says that I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father, no one has access to uncommon wisdom, unless they have a relationship with the Father by putting their faith in Jesus Christ. But not only is it important to put your faith in Jesus Christ, but the E stands for engage, and we are saying consistently engage deeply in the Word of God.
Speaker 1:If you are going to unlock uncommon wisdom, this wisdom that comes from God, you need to engage deeply with the Word of God. And God, speaking to Joshua when he was taking up the mantle of leadership, he tells him in Joshua, chapter 1, verse 8, this book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, engage with it day and night, consistently, so that you are careful to do that which is written in it. And by engaging the Word of God you unlock the wisdom of God. But number three, the A stands for apply.
Speaker 1:It is one thing to engage the word of God, it is another to apply God's word in all areas of your life. So, apply the word of God in all areas of your life. James tells us in James 1.22,. And then Jesus tells us in Matthew 7, 24,. He says Therefore, he who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man. It's like a wise man who builds his house on the rock. Apply the word of God in your life. Builds his house on the rock. Apply the word of God in your life.
Speaker 1:But finally, if you are going to grow and tap into this uncommon wisdom, you need to have reverence, and therefore the R stands for reverence for God at all times. David tells us in Psalm 16, verse 8, that I have set the Lord always before me. Because he is at my right hand. I shall not be moved. And with that, then, as you reference God, as you put him as the first position in everything that you do, you will be tapping, you will be unlocking this wisdom of God and therefore, as we close this month, I invite you to put your faith in Christ, I invite you to consistently engage the Word of God, I invite you to apply the Word of God in all areas of your life and I invite you to reverence God all the time. As you unleash this uncommon wisdom in your life, may the Lord bless you, may this month end well for you and may you get into the new month with joy and celebration, because our God is on your side. God bless you.
