I’m thrilled to have Randy Myers on the show. His story is one of transformation, resilience, and following your passions wherever they may lead. Randy's career journey began as a voracious reader and film enthusiast, which evolved into a successful career in journalism—covering features, sports, and reviewing films for major publications. But it was his training for the AIDS Life/Cycle ride over a decade ago that set him on a completely new path into becoming a fitness instructor and trainer. I admire how Randy dove right into a new career path - even though he started in his 50s - all the while still happily continuing being a journalist!

I met Randy over a year ago attending a bunch of his amazing fitness classes and I was always interested in why he always spoke about screening films, writing reviews and interviewing actors and directors while also giving these skilled fitness classes. I really do admire his passion for both journalism and fitness. These careers seem so far apart which is why Randy's story is so inspiring!
