Six book fantasy series located in the Smokey Mountains of Tennessee. Katie Johnson a Junior in high school doesn't realize she is about to enter into a fantasy world. Where she and others turn into were-animals. Each move she makes is like a game on a chess board where the decisions she makes will be life or death to her friends and family. The supernatural is common and is trying to destroy the natural world.

Chapter 15: "Fighting with Jared"
Jared realizes Katie is not telling him everything. He demands Katie to trust him. Since she promised her older self not to tell him she is cagey. Jared walks away leaving Katie alone.
Chapter 16 "Kat"
Katie introduces Kat to the compound and the Pure Hearts and Seekers who stay there. Kat meets Cole.
Chapter 17 "The Plan"
Katie meets up with the Sleeper's and comes up with a plan on how they will allow themselves to be captured by the Fallen.
