Today's guest on the ‘You First’ podcast is Alexandria Maria. 

Alexandria is an Empowerment Coach & Business Mentor for Female Entrepreneurs. Her mission is to reignite the spark within thousands of women, to reconnect them with their true desires and make their dream life their reality. 

Her coming home began following a breakdown she experienced in her corporate career as a broker. Her breakdown became her breakthrough, as she realized how unhappy she was with the life she had created. She then ripped up the rule book, left her corporate job and decided to create her own path. 

She set up the health food brand CHAM, a chia seed based jam, taking it from her kitchen to Selfridges, Ocado, Whole Foods and Holland & Barrett. And she has since been featured on the BBC, in Balance Magazine and more as an inspiring entrepreneur, in addition to being shortlisted for Young Entrepreneur of the Year (2019) & Start Up Business of The Year (2019), as well as taking part in Dragon’s Den. 

Now Alexandria coaches women  to create the business of their dreams so that they can live a life they love. 

And she does all of this whilst she explores the world, currently living in Miami with her husband Jake and their dogs coco and bagel.

Beyond all that Alex is also a 400 hour qualified yoga instructor and certified health coach.
