Founding faculty director of the Price Lab for Digital Humanities, Dr. Jim English (John Welsh Centennial Professor of English, University of Pennsylvania) joined us to discuss the creation of the Price Lab and his forays into incorporating digital humanities tools and methods into his own research and pedagogy. A specialist in modern and contemporary British fiction, his essays have appeared in PMLA, The New York Times, The Atlantic, Harpers, and the Los Angeles Review of Books.
