The Overwatch Collective Podcast
The Overwatch Collective (T.O.C.) Podcast is hosted by three U.S. Marines and a Police Officer! Greg is located in Louisiana while Jesse and Mike are located in North Carolina.
T.O.C. podcast hosts guests from the first responder and military community with the ultimate goal of sharing traumatic stories in order to normalize mental health amongst our community. In addition, our podcast provides resources for those in a dark place and all guests are available to be contacted if needed.
T.O.C. is also a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit connecting and financially assisting our community to our contracted therapists. As of 5/18/2025, T.O.C. has financially assisted 262 people in our community to attend 2,793 therapy sessions spending $285,547.50 since August of 2022!

SZN 2 EP 11 - Magic, A Marine Corps Dog Handler and his business Duc Exercitum
Sit back and enjoy Magic talk about his time in the Marines as a K9 handler and how he was able to get that job. He talks about some of the cool stuff he did while he was in as a handler and why we wanted to be one. He discusses some f the struggles of losing he working dog that he was able to bring home with him and explains some of the low points that he has been able to push through.
While in Magic started his own company called "Duc Exercitum" - Duc Exercitum is Latin for Lead the Way. As K9 Handlers we are constantly put in situations where we need to take charge and lead the way. If we are going to do that, might as well do it effectively and with good quality, that's why we created Duc Exercitum!
The meaning behind the design: The Shield represents being a guardian. The Arrow represents leading the way. The Snake represents graceful travel over any terrain. The Lightning bolt represents the danger in the work we do.
