The Overwatch Collective Podcast
The Overwatch Collective (T.O.C.) Podcast is hosted by Greg Grogan, an active Police Officer, U.S.M.C. Veteran, and current U.S.C.G. Reservist.
T.O.C. podcast hosts guests from the first responder and military community with the ultimate goal of normalizing mental health challenges our community faces on a daily basis. In addition, our podcast enjoys recording episodes with other non-profit organizations that offer support and resources for our community.
T.O.C. is also a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization connecting and financially assisting our community to our contracted therapists while maintaining confidentiality. As of 4/1/2026, T.O.C. has financially assisted 302 people in our community to attend 3,150 therapy sessions spending $334,043.50 since August of 2022!

He talks about some of the cool stuff he did while he was in as a handler and why we wanted to be one. He discusses some f the struggles of losing he working dog that he was able to bring home with him and explains some of the low points that he has been able to push through.
While in Magic started his own company called "Duc Exercitum" - Duc Exercitum is Latin for Lead the Way. As K9 Handlers we are constantly put in situations where we need to take charge and lead the way. If we are going to do that, might as well do it effectively and with good quality, that's why we created Duc Exercitum!
The meaning behind the design: The Shield represents being a guardian. The Arrow represents leading the way. The Snake represents graceful travel over any terrain. The Lightning bolt represents the danger in the work we do.
