The Overwatch Collective (T.O.C.) Podcast is hosted by three U.S. Marines and a Police Officer! Greg is located in Louisiana while Jesse and Mike are located in North Carolina.
T.O.C. podcast hosts guests from the first responder and military community with the ultimate goal of sharing traumatic stories in order to normalize mental health amongst our community. In addition, our podcast provides resources for those in a dark place and all guests are available to be contacted if needed.
T.O.C. is also a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit connecting and financially assisting our community to our contracted therapists. As of 5/5/2025, T.O.C. has financially assisted 262 people in our community to attend 2,793 therapy sessions spending $285,547.50 since August of 2022!

SZN 7 EP 7 - Egan De Los Cobos, A Fire Paramedic / PTSD Diagnosis / Peer Support Team Lead / Near Death Experience With Child / First Wellness Health
Joining via zoom is Egan De Los Cobos from Santa Barbara County in California. Egan is married with three children and has been a fire fighter for 17 years and is currently a Paramedic.
In this episode, Egan talks about his time as a fire fighter on calls for service, the stigma of getting help, working as a lead on a peer support team, and a near death experience in 2013 with his child.
Furthermore, Egan runs First Wellness Health where he helps stressed moms, dads, and first responds with psoriatic arthritis, psoriasis, and weight management.
