The Overwatch Collective (T.O.C.) Podcast is hosted by three U.S. Marines and a Police Officer! Greg is located in Louisiana while Jesse and Mike are located in North Carolina.
T.O.C. podcast hosts guests from the first responder and military community with the ultimate goal of sharing traumatic stories in order to normalize mental health amongst our community. In addition, our podcast provides resources for those in a dark place and all guests are available to be contacted if needed.
T.O.C. is also a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit connecting and financially assisting our community to our contracted therapists. As of 5/5/2025, T.O.C. has financially assisted 262 people in our community to attend 2,793 therapy sessions spending $285,547.50 since August of 2022!

Joining via zoom is David Pingree, a prior professional motocross rider turned fire fighter in Southern California. During this quick 25 minute podcast, Pingree talks about some of the stigma, culture, and considerations for our first responder community in regards to mental health.
After losing a few fellow fire fighters to suicide, Pingree discusses the importance of checking in with your fellow crew, the need to reduce suicides, and how one suicide impacts so many people.
