The Overwatch Collective (T.O.C.) Podcast is hosted by three U.S. Marines and a Police Officer! Greg is located in Louisiana while Jesse and Mike are located in North Carolina.
T.O.C. podcast hosts guests from the first responder and military community with the ultimate goal of sharing traumatic stories in order to normalize mental health amongst our community. In addition, our podcast provides resources for those in a dark place and all guests are available to be contacted if needed.
T.O.C. is also a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit connecting and financially assisting our community to our contracted therapists. As of 5/5/2025, T.O.C. has financially assisted 262 people in our community to attend 2,793 therapy sessions spending $285,547.50 since August of 2022!

A huge thank you to Maggie & Erik from 809 Fight 4 Awareness for the amazing work they do in raising awareness for mental health amongst our first responder community. On top of being members of the Board of Directors, Maggie is an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist contracted w/ T.O.C. while Erik is an active Fire Fighter/Paramedic in Southern California.
This podcast debrief's 809 Fight 4 Awareness's latest fundraiser, which was a fantastic comedy event that they knocked out of the park. The fundraiser was completely sold out, brought people together to discuss mental health, and raised over $20,000! T.O.C. was fortunate enough to receive $10,000 as a donation from 809 Fight 4 Awareness following the fundraiser.
