The Overwatch Collective Podcast
The Overwatch Collective (T.O.C.) Podcast is hosted by three U.S. Marines and a Police Officer! Greg is located in Louisiana while Jesse and Mike are located in North Carolina.
T.O.C. podcast hosts guests from the first responder and military community with the ultimate goal of sharing traumatic stories in order to normalize mental health amongst our community. In addition, our podcast provides resources for those in a dark place and all guests are available to be contacted if needed.
T.O.C. is also a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit connecting and financially assisting our community to our contracted therapists. As of 5/5/2025, T.O.C. has financially assisted 262 people in our community to attend 2,793 therapy sessions spending $285,547.50 since August of 2022!

We are excited to announce The Overwatch Collective's Therapy Assistance Program is officially re-opened! After being paused for several months to due fundraising challenges, T.O.C. is back up and running after receiving some amazing donations.

T.O.C.’s Therapy Assistance Program is for active/retired first responders and service members affected by job related trauma in addition to family members who have lost their loved ones to suicide.
