The Overwatch Collective (T.O.C.) Podcast is hosted by three U.S. Marines and a Police Officer! Greg is located in Louisiana while Jesse and Mike are located in North Carolina.
T.O.C. podcast hosts guests from the first responder and military community with the ultimate goal of sharing traumatic stories in order to normalize mental health amongst our community. In addition, our podcast provides resources for those in a dark place and all guests are available to be contacted if needed.
T.O.C. is also a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit connecting and financially assisting our community to our contracted therapists. As of 9/19/2025, T.O.C. has financially assisted 276 people in our community to attend 2,924 therapy sessions spending $299,888.50 since August of 2022!

Thank you to Trevor Ellis for joining T.O.C.'s Podcast! Trevor was a U.S. Marine for 10 years where he spent 6 years flying the MV-22 Osprey and did two combat deployments. After flying the Osprey, Trevor found himself working with the grunts on the ground.
Trevor touches on the challenges of seeking mental health assistance while being. pilot, losing two fellow Marines to suicide, the fun and dangers of flying the MV-22 Osprey, and what is needed in our community to reduce the stigma and number of suicides.
