The Overwatch Collective (T.O.C.) Podcast is hosted by three U.S. Marines and a Police Officer! Greg is located in Louisiana while Jesse and Mike are located in North Carolina.
T.O.C. podcast hosts guests from the first responder and military community with the ultimate goal of sharing traumatic stories in order to normalize mental health amongst our community. In addition, our podcast provides resources for those in a dark place and all guests are available to be contacted if needed.
T.O.C. is also a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit connecting and financially assisting our community to our contracted therapists. As of 9/19/2025, T.O.C. has financially assisted 276 people in our community to attend 2,924 therapy sessions spending $299,888.50 since August of 2022!

SZN 8 EP 11 - Joshua Fernandez / U.S. Army 11 Bravo / Suicides Following Discharge from the Army / How Physical Fitness Benefits Mental Health
Joining via zoom from Northern California is Joshua Fernandez. After spending four years in the U.S. Army as an infantryman with a deployment overseas, he switched to the Army National Guard for three years.
After discharging from the military, he unfortunately lost several friends to suicide in addition to a suicide attempt. Joshua touched on the lack of resources and the challenges of discharging from the military.
After some challenges adjusting to life outside of the military, Joshua now co-owns two CrossFit gyms in Northern California and is starting a firearms training company!
