SZN 1 EP 17 - Doc Soto: My Veteran Passion Non-Profit
We had the privilege of going to Arizona to attend his fundraiser for his nonprofit and record an episode with him. Doc was a U.S. Navy Corpsman with 2nd battalion 7th Marines out of 29 Palms. When he discharged from the U.S. Navy, he took it upon himself to start a non profit in order to help fellow veterans. He started My Veteran Passion (MVP), which brings fellow veterans together while playing video games, conducting physical fitness training, and other events. Tune in and learn how MVP is raising awareness to mental health and normalizing discussing about it.
