Are you neglecting yourself?
Do you know how to prioritize yourself? Was taking time for yourself modeled to you in childhood?
For a long time, I thought that serving and prioritizing others’ needs made me more valuable and lovable and a better mom. But this ultimately led me to feeling resentful, exhausted, unappreciated and unhappy. This week, I share my story about how I had to learn to prioritize myself in order to be a better mom and how I had to overcome certain beliefs and patterns. This is possibly the most important thing that I have learned! It’s also a lesson that I want to teach to my children.
I would love to hear from you!
